“easy record keeping”

Pros

Capturing purchase and sale transactions is really simple and it's easy to keep everything recorded without much hassle.

Cons

Reporting still feels a bit limited-there aren't many built in inventory reports, like FIFO reporting. Because of that gap, we ended up building workarounds and customizing reports in NSAW to get what we need.

A cloud based business management platform that covers financials, operations and customer relationship management in one place. Using it, I've been able to simplify everyday business processes, cut down on IT overhead and keep things moving faster across the team which ultimately boosts productivity.

The dashboard is really user friendly and handling my accounting has been easy. Everything feels organized and effortless to navigate which makes managing finances less of a hassle.

Customer support, however, is very weak. The response quality and help provided could use a lot of improvement so I'm hoping they work on that soon.

I really like that this software brings a lot of features together in one place. It covers a bunch of areas we need to run the business and being able to connect the whole company through this has been a big win. Even with occasional glitches, the overall setup still supports our workflow really well.

Cons

There are a few performance things that could be tightened up. Response time isn't always great. Loading when placing orders can take as long as 30 seconds which sometimes feels excessive. Integrations can also introduce occasional hiccups for the business but customer support has consistently helped when issues come up.

Consolidating my accounting in this software has noticeably sped up our month-end close and made reporting much less of a problem. It also fits well when you need to connect with other SaaS tools for more specialized financial requirements.

Cons

A few of the newer modules feel unfinished. They're missing small but necessary pieces of functionality. A couple of these gaps might've been preventable with reverse process flow diagrams and more thorough coverage of the workflow.

A broad platform that can help a growing company set up efficient financial management. The strong level of customization also makes it possible to generate very detailed reports which is genuinely useful when you want to spot new growth opportunities or identify areas where things could be improved.

While it isn't exactly a flaw, the sheer amount of information you need to absorb at the beginning can feel overwhelming. Typical of this kind of software because there are so many options to configure. This tends to be especially challenging for first time users. Since it's so highly customizable, it can also be a downside for companies that have a small systems department because they may struggle to handle the setup and ongoing adjustments.

Using the system has been simple and the built in functionality feels practical for day to day work. Everything is laid out in a way that makes it quick to get started and the features it includes are genuinely helpful.

Pros

Includes a bunch of useful features that really help a business get more of its workflow automated. The supply chain tools stand out especially how flexible it is to create purchase orders and manage vendor bills. I also appreciate how well purchase orders, vendor bills and inventory receiving are connected since it keeps everything in sync without extra manual work.

Cons

Learning it was a bit challenging because there aren't many learning resources available.

Pros

Using this for daily business tasks has been pretty smooth, mainly because the interface feels user friendly and well designed. There's a lot of flexibility for shaping business processes the way you need them. It also fits nicely alongside existing workflows and bringing financials, inventory management, customer service and analytics into one place makes it a solid all in one tool. Security is another strong point, with multiple layers of authentication and encryption protecting sensitive data. On top of that the support team has been genuinely helpful and knowledgeable whenever questions come up. Overall, it feels cost effective and delivers good value for the money.

Cons

A downside I ran into is that the customization options aren't as deep as some teams might expect. Even though the out of the box setup covers a lot, the limited customization can feel restrictive if you're trying to modify things beyond what's provided. Connecting it with existing systems can also turn into a time consuming effort and there doesn't seem to be much support or guidance for users who are attempting those integrations themselves. Occasionally, the software has felt slow or a bit unresponsive and a few features aren't the easiest to find or use. That combination can make it feel less user friendly than you'd hope at times.

I use this software as support for electronic invoicing and it's been really helpful. Overall, it handles the billing side in a practical way and makes the workflow feel a lot more manageable.

The platform is pretty easy to use and the search bar/navigation makes it easy to move around wherever you need to go. Reporting also feels solid and gives the visibility we're looking for.

Our NetSuite portal doesn't match our workflow as well as it could be and the implementation could allow for more customization during the setup phase. Also, AP bill entry isn't ideal right now though I understand Oracle is planning upgrades in 23.1 which should help.
