“all in one tool”
Pros
An all in one system and we were confident we could scale up later without having to replace or switch platforms again.
Cons
Using it takes a lot of effort and we ended up paying consultants to customize different parts and to train the users properly.

“Highly customizable workflows”
Pros
Using it felt very easy and it didn't take long to get the hang of the product. I also appreciated the flexibility of being able to build dashboards and reports. The saved searches feature is great and the ability to create workflows is a big plus.
Cons
ACS monitor consultant support-the tier of support offered didn't meet my expectations.

“Fast financial reporting”
Pros
Financial reporting feels simple and handling invoices and P&L is quick and clear.
Cons
Interface can feel a bit bulky at times and can get slow. Also, it's pretty restrictive when you need to adjust things or make changes on the fly.

“Simple workflow”
Pros
Being able to create and send quotes and contracts for signing is genuinely convenient. The workflow feels simple and it's nice not having to juggle extra tools just to get paperwork out to clients.
Cons
Loading takes ages and the whole app feels slow. Digging up older records is also slower than it should be so simple searches can get frustrating pretty quickly.

“reliable management of multi currency setups”
Pros
It manages multi-currency and multi-entity setups better than any other software I've worked with. The way it keeps everything organized across different currencies and companies feels really reliable.
Cons
Reporting could use some improvements because sometimes it's a bit complicated to pull the exact data you need.

“errors are fixed quickly”
Pros
Everything is bundled into one platform and when something does go wrong, it's usually handled quickly either by a developer or through a custom workaround.
Cons
Renewing the service is honestly the worst part. You end up working with a sales rep and going back and forth to negotiate yet another contract, often with different features which gets really annoying.

“powerful ERP”
Pros
With a solid partner or an in house dev team, it can be configured to handle pretty much whatever you need.
Cons
Analysts have gotten used to faster, more visual and more powerful reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI so it still needs to improve its reporting capabilities.

“Quick order tracking”
Pros
I really enjoy being able to generate reports on almost anything within the program. It also makes it easy to track open orders which comes in handy when multiple people are working with the same customer.
Cons
There are a couple spots where it could be improved. When you're inside a customer's profile, it would be great to see their overall balance due right there.

“efficient workflows”
Pros
We haven't run into any real constraints with the workflows our organization wants to roll out and if a development request ever comes up, their account management team seems genuinely ready to help.
Cons
The CRM portion could be more user friendly for quick-turn questions where you'd expect an immediate resolution-for instance, a call center rep answering a general inquiry over the phone.

“Many options for customization”
Pros
Editing, modifying and improving items as needed has been a huge win for me. There are also tons of options to customize things and even add extra functionality when you need it.
Cons
Dashboard could use some work so it's quicker to tell which tasks are coming up and what needs attention.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Lets users set up the proper suite keys and once you choose the right ones, entering the correct expense codes becomes pretty simple. It also eliminates a lot of the guesswork around which codes you're supposed to use.
Cons
Getting denied on an expense report can be frustrating since it's not always clear what specific reason triggered the rejection.

“solid accounting visibility”
Pros
Does a great job tracking our accounting activity. It's clearly built with finance as the top priority and that shows in how much it handles without feeling bolted on later. For the majority of our day to day business activity, it also works as a reliable single source of truth which helps keep everything aligned.
Cons
Using this to its full potential comes with a steep learning curve especially when it comes to reporting. On top of the standard software costs, there's basically no real support from the support team unless you pay large quarterly fees for their Advanced Customer Support. It feels like NetSuite would benefit from making customers more prepared to use the full feature set but proactive education and follow through don't seem to be a priority or incentive on their side. To be fair, other ERP vendors may not be dramatically better either. It still tends to offer strong value for medium sized businesses.

“Strong ERP”
Pros
Has a lot of potential for automating business processes. Overall, it feels like a solid ERP option for large companies and also for bigger startups that are ready to scale.
Cons
There's not a huge amount of literature or learning resources available for it so it can be hard to figure things out independently. That situation often forces you to rely heavily on consultants. Sometimes that works out well, other times it doesn't. Installation also tends to be quite complex. Even though it's become popular among startups, the complexity isn't a good fit for everyone. The platform's potential is real but it's worth doing thorough research before jumping in to implement it.

“powerful customization for finance”
Pros
Really helps a growing company set up solid financial management. The customization options are extensive and that shows in the reporting. There's enough depth to produce detailed insights which makes it easier to spot growth opportunities and uncover areas that need improvement.
Cons
Linking it up with our e-commerce platform turned out to be pretty difficult. We couldn't get the integration and sales automation to the level we were hoping for especially given how much we sell online.

“automated inventory tracking upgrade”
Pros
We moved to this because our business outgrew the website software we were using. It has made it possible to track inventory in a much more automated and accurate way. Once that visibility kicked in, our customer satisfaction went up. Previously, we had no real idea whether an item was actually in stock but after using this, that became clear and reliable.
Cons
Moving to this software took a lot of effort especially updating SKUs but it's paid off over the long run. Definitely worth it.
