“centralized database”
Pros
Enables everyone to work from the same data which helps improve accuracy and leads to better decisions across teams. I also really appreciated the custom fields since they let us capture the exact data points that matter most and adapt the system to fit our specific business needs.
Cons
Using it can be a bit complicated, people sometimes get frustrated and turn to outside tools for things the system can already do on its own which takes away from the value of having everything centralized. I've had to work on that through training and by showing people how much easier their jobs can become once they really understand the platform.

“clean data boosted planning”
Pros
Clean data has made a big difference for us and opened up a lot more possibilities. For instance, the system can capture details like the memo on an electricity bill which helped us assign expenses to the right accounting period. That has really improved our forecasting and budgeting process.
Cons
Analytics side is a little difficult to work with. I wish I had more time to really learn how to use it properly. After talking with other users, I realized I'm not the only one who feels it isn't very user friendly.

“helpful account manager support”
Pros
One of the best parts has been the support from the account managers. Their advice is genuinely valuable and the friendly way they work makes it much less intimidating to ask questions whenever something comes up.
Cons
The downside is the added cost of subscription add ons. There are plenty of really useful features available but the extra pricing makes it tougher for smaller businesses to fully take advantage of everything.

“promising AI for manufacturing”
Pros
The new AI driven features look very promising. I'd say they're highly relevant to our business espeically since we're in manufacturing and they seem like a strong fit for how our company operates.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind on the downside. It has continued to improve over the years and that's been exciting to see.

“integrated procurement and handy reporting”
Pros
Works well as an all in one system which makes procurement and invoicing easier. Reconciliation is also simpler to handle and the reporting tools are quite useful.
Cons
One frustration is that adding fields in for reporting isn't always simple, like trying to include Job ID as a column. The TPAR report also seems to pull both Yes and No entries, instead of listing only the ones actually needed for reporting, unless it was set up incorrectly by my colleague. On top of that the system can feel slow at times, with quite a bit of buffering before the next screen loads.

“solid customization”
Pros
Highly customizable and I can adapt it to fit specific business requirements, simplify workflows and create scalable solutions that genuinely improve day to day operations and overall efficiency.
Cons
Certain features can feel unfinished or not fully compatible with one another. For instance, the consignment functionality doesn't work properly when assembly items are turned on which becomes a real limitation in more complex inventory environments.

“handy automations to save time”
Pros
Having it in place has made a big difference because it pulls financials, CRM, inventory and reporting into one connected system. With everything updating in real time, daily operations run more efficiently and there is much less manual work involved. The dashboards are clear and can be customised which makes it simple to monitor performance and make fast, well-informed decisions. Its cloud based access is another big plus since teams can work together from anywhere without dealing with complicated infrastructure. The automation tools also save a lot of time on routine tasks while helping improve accuracy and overall productivity. All in all, it is a powerful platform that still feels user friendly and does a strong job of supporting business growth while making everyday management easier.
Cons
Getting started can be a bit overwhelming espeically for users who do not already have ERP experience. The learning curve is fairly steep so proper training is usually needed before someone can use the system effectively. Although the customisation options are powerful, they can also become expensive and take a lot of time when a business has very specific requirements. On top of that some reports and workflows are not very easy to configure which can slow down day to day work. There are also times when performance lags a little while handling large datasets. Overall, it is a strong platform but the usability challenges and installation effort may be tough for smaller teams.

“scalable ERP powerhouse”
Pros
A good fit whether you're a fast growing startup or managing a more complex multi entity business because the system adjusts to your processes instead of forcing you to reshape everything around the software. Workflows, dashboards and reports can all be customized to fit the way your team operates and as the business grows, the platform grows with it. I also appreciate being able to add modules like financials, inventory, EPM and CRM as needed, rather than being stuck with a one size fits all setup. That level of adaptability is hard to find in an ERP and it makes the software feel like a solid long term investment instead of just a temporary solution.
Cons
My biggest issue with it is the performance. The system can be noticeably slow espeically when running more complex reports, loading large amounts of data or moving between modules. Tasks that should take only a moment can end up involving too much waiting which breaks up the workflow and hurts productivity. It gets even more obvious during peak usage times, when the lag makes it harder for teams to work efficiently under pressure, particularly around month end close or other busy operational periods. This is clearly a powerful cloud based platform but the day to day speed doesn't always match that capability. For something businesses depend on to be their all in one solution, quicker and more reliable response times would make a big difference to the overall experience.

“Easily customizable to our workflow”
Pros
It offers a high level of customization which makes it possible to adapt the system to fit our company's specific requirements.
Cons
Right now, the biggest challenge for us is system performance. Even after reviewing the scripting and workflows and upgrading to 5 processors, we're still seeing delays on simple tasks.

“integrated visibility that delivers”
Pros
Finance, inventory, procurement and reporting all being connected in one platform was the biggest plus for me with NetSuite. Rather than jumping between separate systems, everything sits in a single database which helps improve both accuracy and overall efficiency. The real time reporting and dashboard tools are especially valuable because they make it easier to make faster decisions and give clearer visibility across the business. Its cloud based access is another big benefit since teams can work more flexibly without losing control or transparency. Overall, NetSuite does a really good job of streamlining operations, improving financial oversight and supporting growth in a practical, user friendly way.
Cons
Some workflows can be complex and not always very accessible, particularly for new users. On top of that certain customizations and reports can take extra time to set up or may require technical support.

“flexible fit for our business”
Pros
Very flexible and we can make it match our specific business needs. The inventory management side is also a strong point and has been very useful for us.
Cons
At times, the software feels quite slow and having more Asia-Pacific servers would really help improve the speed. It can also be fairly complicated so it takes a while to train new people and get them comfortable using it.

“powerful controls”
Pros
One of the best parts is being able to ask specific questions and then actually build the answers through Saved Searches and Reports. That visibility helps me spot weak areas and keep improving how we operate.
Cons
Downside is how technical it can be, along with the fairly basic learning paths. A lot of the challenge comes from not knowing what you're missing until you run into it. Getting to a deeper level with Saved Searches has been especially difficult.

“Keeps everything centralized”
Pros
SuiteScript and workflow options make this highly customizable and the financial management and reporting tools are very capable. It scales really well for growing companies and multi entity organizations and having everything centralized helps cut down the need for multiple separate tools. There's also a lot of room for automation when the system is set up properly.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost since licensing, installation and ongoing maintenance can get very expensive. It also comes with a steep learning curve and the user experience isn't very friendly. In many real world scenarios, it depends too much on customization to work the way you need, while the out of the box reporting is weak for non technical users. Support from the vendor can also be inconsistent.

Pros
Having financials, reporting and operations all under one system is the biggest advantage for me. The real time visibility is really useful and the level of customization helps make workflows more efficient while cutting down on manual tasks.
Cons
Can take time to get used to using it espeically for new users. Some tasks involve more steps than they should and reporting or customization can require technical know how. Performance is not always consistent either, particularly when working with large datasets or saved searches and that can slow things down.
