“love the useful integrations
Pros
I have been really impressed with Pipedrive for pipeline management because it feels very user friendly right from the start. In my case, I was able to set up and personalize my pipelines in under 15 minutes which saved me a lot of time. What's also stood out to me is how features like custom fields and integrations have helped me track progress better and manage deals in a much more efficient way.
Cons
One thing I did find frustrating was the billing side since it felt a bit complicated to work through. It took me a while to understand the steps for downgrading from a higher-priced plan to a cheaper one and I definitely think that part could be made clearer.

It is a complete and user friendly platform to work with. It lets me organize, manage and schedule my leads in a really easy way so keeping track of opportunities feels much more practical. it's a tool I'd definitely recommend to anyone who wants a reliable CRM.
Cons
Personally, I still prefer using the desktop version over the mobile app.

“Flexible sales tracking value
Pros
What makes Pipedrive a smart long-term investment for companies is how well it can be tailored to fit different business needs and industries. To me, that makes it a really valuable option for companies that need a CRM that can adjust as their processes evolve over time. I have also found that it comes with a great set of tools for handling sales more efficiently especially when it comes to lead tracking, deal management and reporting. Those features make it much easier for me to stay organized and keep visibility into the sales pipeline. Another thing I appreciate is the pricing. From my perspective, Pipedrive is affordable compared to many other CRM platforms and the different plan options make it accessible for businesses of various sizes. I think that is especially helpful for startups and smaller teams that need to watch their budget closely. On top of that, I like that there's a mobile app, because it lets me manage sales activity while away from my desk. For remote teams or people who are frequently on the move, that flexibility is a big plus.
Cons
One drawback I have noticed is that the integration options can feel somewhat limited. While I can connect Pipedrive with well-known tools like Google Apps and Zapier, it may not be the best fit for businesses that depend on deeper or more advanced integrations with other software systems.

“User-friendly crm with helpful integrations
Pros
The combination of simplicity and connectivity is what works for me. Pipedrive's interface feels user friendly so I can navigate it without confusion and get things done quickly. I have also found that its integrations with tools like email, calendars and marketing automation platforms help me improve my workflow and save a lot of time during the day.
Cons
Pipedrive can feel a bit pricey for some customers when compared with other CRM software. That said I do appreciate that it comes with a free trial period and I can choose from different pricing options depending on my business needs. I have also seen that the customization features are somewhat limited especially when it comes to the sales pipeline view.

“easy to use for the whole team
Pros
The reason our team was able to hit the ground running is how user friendly Pipedrive feels right from the start so my whole team was able to understand it almost immediately. In my experience it has really streamlined tasks that used to take us a very long time and that has made our daily work noticeably faster and more manageable.
Cons
At this point, I honestly do not have any issues to report since I have not run into any problems so far while using it.

“Pipedrive academy made onboarding faster
Pros
I found Pipedrive Academy to be an outstanding resource for learning the software quickly and effectively. From the start, I was able to tailor the workflows and sales pipelines to fit the way I work and that ended up saving me a lot of valuable time.
Cons
While using the Academy, I did notice that progress tracking could feel a bit inconsistent at times.

“Useful for organizing sales
Pros
Pipedrive CRM has been really helpful for managing clients and keeping track of sales across different departments. I have also been able to build a database without much hassle which makes organizing information a lot more practical in day to day work. It feels like a useful tool when I need everything related to customers and sales in one place.
Cons
Not everyone gets access to the software which can be limiting depending on the team. It also comes with both a free and a paid version and naturally the paid plan includes more features. In my use, the platform can become a little slow at times and that has been a bit frustrating when I am trying to work quickly.

“Practical features at a fair price
Pros
What I like about Pipedrive is that it covers all the core features a company needs when the goal is simply to stay productive and get the work done without unnecessary complexity. I also found the pricing to be a strong advantage especially when I compare it with options like HubSpot or Salesforce which can feel a lot more expensive for similar day to day needs.
Cons
the software's ergonomics are a little less attractive than some other tools so the overall feel and layout could be a bit more polished.

“Very practical for sales
Pros
I find it very practical to use every day especially since several of us on the sales team rely on it regularly. In my experience it fits well into daily work and helps me stay organized when managing sales activities.
Cons
I have noticed that the connection with third-party APIs can be a bit troublesome and from time to time I run into bugs. While it does not happen constantly, I have definitely seen occasional issues that interrupt the workflow.

“Excellent crm for sales teams
Pros
In all my years in business, I can honestly say this is the best CRM I have worked with. I really like how polished the interface feels and the overall user experience has been excellent for me from the start. It's easy to move around the platform and actually get things done without feeling lost. What stands out most to me is the value for the price, because I am getting the core features my sales team actually needs without feeling like I am overpaying.
Cons
the platform is very pleasant to use overall but importing lists through CSV files was a bit tricky for me at first. I also feel that some of the newer tools especially email automation, still need a little more refinement before they feel fully developed.

“sales tracking features are top notch
Pros
What makes Pipedrive feel like it was designed for how I actually work is how user friendly the interface feels in day to day use. I can move through the system without getting lost and it's simple for me to find the information I need without wasting time. Another thing I appreciate is how it brings contact management together in one place so I am able to manage contacts, companies and leads with all the relevant details organized for each potential customer. On top of that, I find the activity tracking really useful because it helps me plan, monitor and manage sales-related tasks like calls, meetings and emails in a practical way.
Cons
Honestly I haven't come across many real weaknesses worth pointing out so far.

“Flexible customization that stands out
Pros
What appealed to me most about Pipedrive was how customizable it is. Even though the platform is designed to feel user friendly and fairly easy, I was still able to tailor fields, views and workflows to match the specific way my business operates. In my experience it's a very flexible CRM that gives me plenty of room to adjust things based on my team's needs instead of forcing me into a complex setup.
Cons
What I liked the least was that Pipedrive can still take time to fully understand and use well. From my perspective someone who is completely new to CRM software might find it a bit challenging at first since learning all of the features and functions requires a real investment of time and effort.

“Clean ui with powerful integrations
Pros
As someone who is pretty particular about interface design, I have found Pipedrive to have one of the best layouts I have worked with. The UI feels clean organized and very user friendly so using it never feels overwhelming. If you're just getting started with a CRM, I'd definitely say this is one of the better options to consider. What stood out to me even more is how much it covers across sales, marketing and management. I have been able to track activities organize information and even keep backups of important data all in one place. On top of that, I really like how many integrations it supports. In my experience it has connected well with Outlook, Zoom, PandaDoc, Slack, Zapier, Asana, MailChimp, Google tools and several others which made it much more useful in my day to day work.
Cons
I did run into a few email-related glitches especially with syncing although those issues were resolved pretty quickly. One thing I'd still like to see improved is the customer support, because I feel it could be a bit better. That said my overall experience with Pipedrive has still been a positive one.

“Affordable crm with a polished feel
Pros
If you are looking for a CRM that respects your budget, here is my take. Pipedrive gives me great value without feeling overpriced. the platform is affordable and still delivers a really polished user experience which makes using it feel pleasant day to day.
Cons
One issue I have noticed is that the configuration report can be a bit difficult to work with at times. In my opinion, that part could definitely use some improvement to make it more easy.

“Simple workflow wins
Pros
One of the things I like most about Pipedrive is how easy it feels to use. the interface is very user friendly to move around and the features are presented in a clear, uncomplicated way which makes it especially helpful when I am working with a team. I have also found the workflow automation module to be a real time-saver since it cuts down a lot of the effort required for repetitive daily tasks. On top of that, I am genuinely impressed by how detailed the reports are and I really value being able to share those insights with my team and external partners in real time.
Cons
While I do like that Pipedrive offers several plan options, I have noticed that once I get used to the more advanced features, it becomes harder to feel satisfied with the lower-tier plans. From my perspective, that can be a bit limiting when the company has to make decisions based on a tighter budget.

“Fast sales setup and adoption
Pros
I honestly hadn't used a sales management tool before that felt this quick and easy when handling my deals. With Pipedrive CRM, I was able to get the app up and running with my team in very little time and that was mostly because the system feels user friendly and simple to work with from the start.
Cons
One thing I personally don't like is that I cannot track each salesperson's progress in real time since the updates only appear after the whole team manually logs their productivity. I also feel the interface could use a refresh, because to me it looks a bit outdated and could be much more modern and visually appealing.

“Pipeline visibility that delivers
Pros
The reason Pipedrive has become such a natural part of my routine is how user friendly the interface feels when I am using it day to day. I can move through deals, contacts and activities without wasting time trying to figure things out and that makes it practical for sales teams of different sizes. the customization options are useful too so I can set things up in a way that fits how I prefer to work. Another thing I appreciate is that the whole platform is built around the sales pipeline which helps me organize, visualize and track sales activity from beginning to end. I am able to create custom pipelines, define stages and move deals through each step in a very clear way and that really helps me stay on top of the process. On top of that, the reporting and analytics tools give me a better view of performance, progress and results so I can spot bottlenecks and make smarter decisions based on actual data. I also like that it connects with tools like Google Apps, Slack and Zapier, because I can fit it into my existing setup without much hassle and keep productivity up.
Cons
One drawback I have noticed is that Pipedrive is much more focused on sales than marketing so the marketing automation side feels pretty limited. If I needed one platform to fully handle both CRM and advanced marketing automation, this probably would not be my first pick. Although the system does offer customization, I feel it can still be somewhat restrictive for businesses that need very specific workflows or highly tailored processes. In that sense, it may not go far enough for teams with more complex setup requirements. Another issue for me is the support structure since help is mainly available through email and chat, with no phone support included. Even though there is a knowledge base and a community forum, I can understand why some users might feel that the available support options are not enough for more urgent or hands-on needs.

“Powerful automation and reliable support
Pros
What stands out most to me about Pipedrive CRM is how much time it saves through task automation. When I need to step away from the office and handle things on the go, I can still keep track of progress from my phone which has been really valuable in day to day work. Another part I genuinely appreciated was the customer service team. In my experience the people I dealt with were well prepared, responsive and capable of resolving issues without wasting my time.
Cons
One drawback I have noticed is that it doesn't come with built-in marketing automation so certain processes, like renewing customer contracts, end up needing to be handled every year instead of being managed more seamlessly. I also feel the pricing runs a bit higher than some comparable tools, including others that offer more advanced features. That said from my perspective, its task automation is still one of the strongest parts of the platform and performs better than a lot of competing options.

“Feature-rich portfolio tracking
Pros
It comes with a lot of really useful features for managing portfolios and that has made it valuable for the way I work.
Cons
At the same time, I feel like there are so many features packed into it that things can get a bit complicated to manage. Sometimes I find myself getting lost in everything it offers, even though the platform is undeniably very rich in functionality.

“Flexible templates and automation
Pros
Using Pipedrive for email marketing has been a really positive experience for me. I like that it comes with a great range of email templates and I am able to tailor my campaigns so they actually match my brand instead of feeling generic. What has helped me a lot is the automation side since it takes repetitive work off my plate by handling things like follow-up emails, auto-replies and campaign sequences. On top of that, I can keep a close eye on how everything is performing because the reporting is detailed and useful. Another thing I appreciate is how well it connects with other marketing tools I already use so for me it works well as a more complete solution for running and managing campaigns.
Cons
One downside I have noticed is that some of the more advanced tools are locked behind the highest-priced plans and that can be tough to justify for smaller businesses or anyone working with a tighter budget. getting fully comfortable with the platform can also take a little time especially if someone is just starting out with email marketing. I have also found customer support to be slower than I'd like which becomes frustrating when a technical problem needs attention right away. Even with those issues, I still feel Pipedrive is a capable and well-rounded email marketing platform for businesses that want to strengthen their overall marketing efforts.
