Pros
I like how easy it is to use. It's a very simple tool for sales teams.
Cons
You sometimes end up with duplicate contacts and you have to merge them yourself. If you have a huge list of contacts that can be a real chore.

“User-friendly interface
Pros
I am a big fan of its user-friendly interface with customizable sales stages, quick setup, mobile app access and smooth integration with my email and calendar.
Cons
I feel like reporting features are not very detailed and the price goes up when we need to add essential features. The basic tools are also limited which might mean paying more to get the functionality you need.

Pros
Having all my client details centralized in one spot was great and I loved the ability to plan my tasks ahead of time.
Cons
Since we were using the Beta version, we occasionally ran into a few bugs that needed fixing but other than that, I do not have any complaints.

“Simplified and allows visual sales tracking
Pros
Pipedrive simplified sales tracking for me immensely. I used to lose deals simply because I forget to follow up. Now everything is right in front of me and I just move deals between stages. It's very visual and incredibly simple which is exactly what I needed.
Cons
The only minor issue is that it can get a bit slow to load when we have a lot of active deals or are moving between different sales pipelines.

Pros
I like how easy it is to use. Also it is a user friendly platform that works well for any sales team.
Cons
Occasionally duplicate contacts get created and we have to manually sort them which can be a tedious task if we have a large number of contacts.

It is a powerful CRM. I am a fan of its visual design, the pipeline view is helpful and I especially like the graphics that show when you close a deal.
Cons
Some of my colleagues who are not as comfortable with technology had a hard time learning how to use it.

Cons
Customer service is just awful. I've been locked out of my main account for days. They refuse to call you and if you can't log in, you can't even use the chat support. Their AI helper is completely useless.

“great search and data linking
Pros
The search bar at the top is great, I use it all the time to find contacts, deals and companies. I also like how you can customize and link all the data for leads, deals and people.
Cons
I use Pipedrive for marketing. It handles the basics fine for now but I really wish it had better reports for our email newsletters and a way to track if people are clicking through to our website.

It is packed with great features but I still find it pretty easy to use.
Cons
Well the customer service is terrible. I have been unable to access my main account for days. They refuse to call you and if you cannot log in, you cannot use the chat. And their AI helper is completely useless.
