Simple tool for sales teams

Pros

I like how easy it is to use. It's a very simple tool for sales teams.

Cons

You sometimes end up with duplicate contacts and you have to merge them yourself. If you have a huge list of contacts that can be a real chore.

User-friendly interface

Pros

I am a big fan of its user-friendly interface with customizable sales stages, quick setup, mobile app access and smooth integration with my email and calendar.

Cons

I feel like reporting features are not very detailed and the price goes up when we need to add essential features. The basic tools are also limited which might mean paying more to get the functionality you need.

Great for centralizing client details

Pros

Having all my client details centralized in one spot was great and I loved the ability to plan my tasks ahead of time.

Cons

Since we were using the Beta version, we occasionally ran into a few bugs that needed fixing but other than that, I do not have any complaints.

efficient tool!

Pros

It provides a simple method for customers to get quotes online. Plus they can submit all their details through a web form.

Cons

Sometimes our clients do not fill out every field in the forms so we end up missing some important details.

Simplified and allows visual sales tracking

Pros

Pipedrive simplified sales tracking for me immensely. I used to lose deals simply because I forget to follow up. Now everything is right in front of me and I just move deals between stages. It's very visual and incredibly simple which is exactly what I needed.

Cons

The only minor issue is that it can get a bit slow to load when we have a lot of active deals or are moving between different sales pipelines.

An easy and user-friendly platform

Pros

I like how easy it is to use. Also it is a user friendly platform that works well for any sales team.

Cons

Occasionally duplicate contacts get created and we have to manually sort them which can be a tedious task if we have a large number of contacts.

Very user-friendly quoting system

Pros

The quoting system is user friendly and it works well for us in managing document templates with Google.

Cons

I feel like it would be great if it had more advanced features for managing a sales network, affiliated partners and deeper inventory and price list control.

Simple to use

Pros

Cons

Powerful CRM with a helpful visual design

Pros

It is a powerful CRM. I am a fan of its visual design, the pipeline view is helpful and I especially like the graphics that show when you close a deal.

Cons

Some of my colleagues who are not as comfortable with technology had a hard time learning how to use it.

powerful contact insights

Pros

This tool is incredibly powerful. The insights are fantastic, it shows you exactly which contacts are generating the most interest, so you always know who to prioritize.

worst customer support

Pros

it has a lot of features and is easy to use.

Cons

Customer service is just awful. I've been locked out of my main account for days. They refuse to call you and if you can't log in, you can't even use the chat support. Their AI helper is completely useless.

great search and data linking

Pros

The search bar at the top is great, I use it all the time to find contacts, deals and companies. I also like how you can customize and link all the data for leads, deals and people.

Cons

I use Pipedrive for marketing. It handles the basics fine for now but I really wish it had better reports for our email newsletters and a way to track if people are clicking through to our website.

Pros

It is an incredibly powerful tool that provides excellent insights and detailed information, helping us pinpoint which contacts are most engaged so we can connect with them effectively.

I love how it helps me keep all my tasks organized. The seamless integration with Gmail is also a huge plus.

Cons

Pros

Pipedrive has a clean, simple design that is easy to navigate. Plus its integrations with email, calendars and other tools are great and simple to set up which makes it excellent for sales tracking.

Cons

The cost is a bit high for smaller teams and I wish the reporting features were more powerful.

terrible service!!!

Pros

It is packed with great features but I still find it pretty easy to use.

Cons

Well the customer service is terrible. I have been unable to access my main account for days. They refuse to call you and if you cannot log in, you cannot use the chat. And their AI helper is completely useless.
