“The best search bar for looking up contacts!
Pros
The search bar at the top is simply the best. I use it constantly to look up contacts, deals and companies. I also really like how you can customize and connect all the information on leads, deals, people and organizations.
Cons
I use it for marketing. It handles the essentials we need for now but I miss having good reports for our email newsletters and the ability to track clicks from those emails to our site.

“A two-month struggle i finally had to abandon
Pros
One of Pipedrive's strengths was its extensive options and the detailed history it kept of all files emailed to contacts. That said I personally found it hard to use. I tried for at least two months on two different occasions but just couldn't get into the habit.
Cons
It just felt clunky to use. I tried but I could never get into the habit of using it consistently. It seemed like I was always entering the same information in multiple places.

“All-in-one platform!!
Pros
This platform brings a lot of products and functions together in one place, from lead capture and website chat to bulk emails, calendar management and project management. It's a very complete tool that, while not perfect, has become an extremely useful part of my workday.
Cons
My only small complaints are that it doesn't connect perfectly with all my other marketing tools so I sometimes have to manually type in new leads. Also the way you filter and manage groups could be simpler. But honestly these are very minor issues in the big picture.

“Lots of functionality but complex
Pros
This tool offered us a lot of functionality and maintained a detailed history of every file emailed to a contact. However I found the platform difficult to get used to. I tried using it for two months on two separate occasions but just could not make it a regular habit.
Cons
I found it difficult to use and just could not get into a routine with it. It felt like I was often entering the same information multiple times.

“very comprehensive & valuable tool
Pros
It brings a lot of different products and functions together in one place from capturing leads and website chats to sending bulk emails, managing calendars and handling projects. Also it is a very comprehensive tool that while it has some flaws, has become an extremely valuable part of my daily routine.
Cons
My only complaints are that it does not connect well with my other marketing apps, so I sometimes have to add new leads manually. Also organizing my contact lists could be easier. But overall these are just small issues.

Pros
I like that there are several different ways to record details for a client. The note-taking section is great too and I like having a source ID to easily link my account to an external platform.
Cons
Well I would like more detailed reporting options to get a better view of how deals are moving through the pipeline especially for the sales we have already won.

Pros
Managing the sales pipelines is very smooth and the automations save me valuable amount of time.
Cons
What I like least is that some of the more advanced tools like detailed reports and certain automations are restricted in the cheaper plans and require you to pay for extra add-ons.

Pros
Pipedrive is easy to use and understand. It has helpful customer support, automation that usually works well and a special inbox for new customer leads that many other systems do not have. It is also very easy to get started with.
Cons
A major problem for us is that if you delete an old email address from a contacts profile, the entire history of emails sent to that address is also erased from the record.

“great crm for growing teams
Pros
It is a user friendly system to work with especially for small and mid-sized businesses. Also the layout is user friendly and I can get around the platform without much effort. The reporting and analytics have been fairly useful for keeping track of performance and I also like that the workflow tools help me stay organized and keep processes moving.
Cons
Limited customization options were the major problem. As at times I wanted more flexibility to customize the system to the way I work but those options felt somewhat restricted. I also wasn't very impressed with the email functionality inside the platform since it didn't perform as well as I expected.

Pros
It connects well with many other tools so it fits smoothly into my existing workflow. The interface is also user friendly and easy to use means I did not waste time figuring things out. I also liked how the platform is organized as it gives me a clear, complete view of the sales pipeline at all times. And I really appreciated the customization options because I could adapt it to my business needs instead of forcing my process into a system.
Cons
Only downside I noticed was the price because it can definitely become a deciding factor for small businesses or self-employed professionals working with a tighter budget.

“Reliable crm with clear layout
Pros
The software is pretty easy to use and the whole setup is laid out in a clear, simple manner. Also I never felt lost while working in it because I could quickly understand where everything was and how the system was structured. To me that simple and organized design makes the platform pleasant to use on a daily basis.
Cons
I have noticed that there is not much flexibility to customize the software directly in the platform. So yes I would have liked more options to personalize certain parts so it could better fit my workflow and preferences.

“Fast workflow and smart docs
Pros
This tool has everything I need without requiring a lot of setup time. What stood out to me right away was the design as it is modern, easy to use and pleasant to work in every day. Also I can manage data in bulk, export it and import it back easily which saves a lot of time. The automation tools and integrations with Make and Zapier are simple to set up so I could get things running without hassle. I also really like Smart Documents as it is a valuable feature that would cost much more elsewhere. The email integration is reliable too and when my team uses it openly, I get much better visibility into deals and accounts.
Cons
It still lacks some customization options that would help me set clear rules or guide users through the right process. I have also hit limits with data access because not all information is easy to get through the API or in Excel the way I'd like. And for my needs, the pricing feels a bit high and the product models seem too simple for what I am looking for.

“smooth crm workflow
Pros
One thing I love about Pipedrive CRM is how connected everything feels and that has made the way I manage customer relationships far more seamless in my day to day work. Also the integrated setup helps me keep track of interactions and workflows without feeling like I am jumping between disconnected tools.
Cons
If I had to mention one thing, the interface could use a small update. A visual refresh would make it feel more modern even though the platform already works really well.

I really liked the dashboard because it feels complete for my needs and helps me a lot when it comes to organizing my work. in short everything I need is there in one place, means I can manage my tasks well and stay on top of what I have to do.
Cons
The design could still be improved as I think the interface could look more attractive and visually appealing. It works well overall but a few design updates would make the experience even nicer.

Pros
Pipedrive CRM reporting is my fav and the overall user friendly feel makes it even better. I can also get the insights I need without struggling and I find the platform quite easy to use on a daily basis.
Cons
After a while, the dashboard gets too crowded and becomes harder to navigate. So in those crowded views, it takes me longer to quickly find the information I need.

“Laggy when connection dips
Pros
It was fairly easy to use and I was able to understand how everything worked without much trouble. Also I found the overall setup and day to day operation pretty simple so getting around the system did not feel confusing.
Cons
What really frustrated me was that it would lag whenever my internet connection had issues. In those moments performance dropped and the CRM felt less reliable than I expected.

The thing I liked most was the very user friendly interface. I could get around the system without much effort and for basic pipeline management, I didn't feel overwhelmed by unnecessary tools or features. Plus keeps things fairly simple when all I need is a way to manage deals in the pipeline.
Cons
There is one thing that held me back which was how basic the contact management felt compared to other major CRMs. As I wanted more depth and flexibility but it just did not offer the same features I have seen elsewhere. Because of that, I felt it was too limited for anything beyond basic use.

Pros
Everything is clearly laid out so I can track my deals easily without getting lost and the process is simple for daily use. I also rely on the mobile app a lot. It is really convenient for checking updates or managing things when I am away from my desk.
Cons
I'd like more flexibility in customizing reports as sometimes the options feel a bit limited for what I want to see. I also think the email integration could be better since it does not always feel as polished or capable as I'd expect.
