“Clean dashboard and forecasting
Pros
From the start, I found Pipedrive CRM very simple to set up and managing all the tools has felt really easy for me. I personally like the dashboard a lot and the overall look and feel of the platform makes it pleasant to use day to day. Another thing I have enjoyed is the business forecasting which has been genuinely useful for keeping track of opportunities and planning ahead.
Cons
One issue I have noticed is that it isn't very simple for me to connect it with an ERP or billing platform. In my experience the integrations definitely need to be improved because linking Pipedrive with other platforms can take more effort than it should.

Pros
Pipedrive CRM API is user friendly when I needed to send in new customer information. it made that part of the process feel simple and efficient and I was able to work with it without much frustration.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that Pipedrive does a lot and because of that, the portal can feel a bit cluttered at times. As someone who only uses one part of the platform and keeps things fairly minimal, I sometimes found the interface a little noisy for my needs.

Pros
I like that Pipedrive CRM lets me bring in my contacts from CSV files without much hassle. What stood out to me was the automatic detection of categories which saved me time during setup. I have also found it really helpful that I can create new fields on the spot whenever I need to adjust the data structure.
Cons
the overall interface still feels like it could use some improvement. I'd also like to see more automation options built in, because right now it doesn't cover as much as I want. On top of that, the insights could definitely be stronger and more useful for deeper analysis.

“Flexible pipelines that fit us
Pros
Where Pipedrive sets itself apart for me is how flexible the whole setup feels. Because of its adaptable design, I have been able to simplify the way we handle lead management and even keep track of employee evaluation more efficiently. The interface feels clear and the process is laid out in multiple stages which makes it easier for me to follow each step without confusion. Another thing I appreciate is that those stages can be customized to match the specific workflow of a business so I don't feel stuck using a one-size-fits-all system.
Cons
One thing that has felt a bit frustrating for me is managing deals through the drag-and-drop method when there are a lot of leads coming in across all our accounts. In smaller volumes, it works fine but once the pipeline gets crowded, moving everything around manually can start to feel repetitive and time-consuming. Because of that, I have found it a little tedious at times in our particular use case.

Pipedrive CRM has been very user friendly to use and I have found that bringing it into our team's daily workflow was quite easy. I really liked how naturally the software fit into our process and the integration across the team made collaboration feel much more organized.
Cons
At the beginning, I did feel a bit confused when trying to understand the best way to manage deals. that part was slightly complex at first and it took some time to really figure out how everything should be handled properly.

I have had a really positive experience with this software and honestly there's a lot to like about it. From my perspective, everything about it has felt well done and it's been genuinely impressive to use. I find it to be an amazing tool overall and it has left me with a very strong impression.

Pipedrive has been one of the most easy CRM tools I have ever worked with. Since I am not especially tech-savvy and usually have a hard time picking up new software, I was honestly surprised by how quickly I learned my way around it. it felt very user friendly and simple to use right from the start which made the whole process a lot less intimidating for me.
Cons
One issue I have noticed is that the leads section doesn't always match the numbers shown in the reports. In my experience that inconsistency can be confusing when I am trying to track performance and trust the data.

If you are a small to mid-sized business wondering if Pipedrive is right for you, here is my experience: it has helped us tremendously especially in the early stages. I found it very easy to get started with and for a small to mid-sized business like ours, it felt like a really strong fit from day one. It has saved me and my team a lot of time thanks to the ready-made templates and I also appreciate that group emails and even workshops can be automated which takes a lot off our plate.
Cons
Even with all those benefits, I have noticed that Pipedrive can feel a bit slower than some of the other software platforms that are considered its main competitors.

Pros
It lets me manage clients while keeping a full history of everything that has happened with each account. Having that background available makes my approach to each customer much more informed and personal. Because of that, I am able to communicate better, build stronger conversations and ultimately sell more effectively.
Cons

I have found Pipedrive CRM to be a really useful tool for managing customer data. What I like most is that I can work with Excel alongside it which makes handling information much more practical for me. On top of that, I have been able to connect it with other software as well so it fits nicely into the way I already work.
Cons
One thing I definitely don't like is that some features require extra payments. After already paying for the product, it feels frustrating to keep being asked to pay more just to access certain functions. From my perspective as a user, that part is not very pleasant at all.

It is genuinely helpful when it comes to keeping my sales activities organized and knowing what to prioritize first. What stood out to me was its user friendly layout which made the platform fairly easy to work with from the start. I also like that I can customize different parts of it to match my own sales process instead of being stuck with a one-size-fits-all setup. On top of that, the analytics and reporting tools have been quite detailed and they've given me useful visibility into how our sales pipeline is performing.
Cons
What has been frustrating for me is the pricing, because Pipedrive can get pretty expensive especially once I look at the higher-tier features that are locked behind additional cost. I have also run into parts of the interface that feel confusing which makes certain actions less clear than they should be. Because of that, my overall experience hasn't been as positive as I hoped, even though the platform does offer some strong functionality.

this CRM gives me a lot of useful functionality while keeping the implementation cost fairly low. I feel the cost performance is strong and it offers great value for the money compared with other tools I have looked at.
Cons
At the moment, I am not dealing with any major frustrations which is honestly the main reason I rate it so highly. If I had to point out something, it would be the screen design when registering a company, because that part catches my attention a bit. There is a modal layout in place but I personally felt it could include a little more information to make the process better.
