Pros
Pipedrive CRM helps me stay on top of my contacts. keeping everything organized feels much more manageable and their built-in email tool has been especially useful for me. I also get a lot of value from the email templates since they save me time and make routine outreach much more convenient.
Cons
One area where I feel Pipedrive could do better is customer support. When I reached out about an issue with the search bar, I didn't feel like my concern was properly understood or resolved. In my case, the response didn't really address the problem correctly so that part of the experience was disappointing.

“Up and running fast
Pros
Within just one month of putting Pipedrive CRM in place, I already felt like a power user. The platform clicked for me really quickly and I was able to get comfortable with its features much faster than I expected.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is future integration with email marketing services. having that connected directly inside Pipedrive would make the overall experience even better.

“Powerful pipeline visibility
Pros
The first thing I noticed and continue to appreciate is how clean and user friendly the interface feels when I am managing sales activity. I can keep track of deals without feeling overwhelmed and that makes my day to day work much more organized. Another thing I really appreciate is the customizable pipeline, because it lets me set up each stage around my actual sales process instead of forcing me into a complex system. That flexibility has made it much easier for me to monitor opportunities from start to finish. I have also found the reporting and analytics very useful since they give me a clear view of performance and help me spot where I can improve.
Cons
even though Pipedrive is very user friendly overall, it still takes a little time to fully understand how to use all of its features effectively. I noticed that there's a slight learning curve at the beginning especially when trying to get the most value out of the platform. As I spent more time with it, things became clearer but I still think new users may need some patience before feeling completely confident with everything it offers.

Pros
The way the pipeline is presented and how flexible it feels in daily use is simply amazing. From my perspective, the visual layout makes it much easier to follow deals and stay organized and I can adjust it in a way that fits how I actually work.
Cons
When some information is missing in a lead's details, it can end up creating quite a bit of inconvenience. In my experience that lack of complete data can cause unnecessary issues and slow things down.

Pros
Pipedrive CRM is very user friendly and the overall experience has been really positive for me. With it, I can get a clear view of my potential leads in one place which helps me stay organized. That visibility makes following up with leads much more manageable and it supports the sales process well when I am trying to move business forward.
Cons
I honestly like it a lot overall so I don't have many complaints. If I had to point out one area that could be better, I'd say I'd appreciate a simpler way to discover and identify new leads within the platform.

Pipedrive CRM has been very user friendly and I have really appreciated how many features it includes. It didn't take me long to get comfortable with it and I feel like it gives me plenty of tools to manage my work effectively.
Cons
There's a cap on how many people can log in using the same account. In my case, that restriction can be inconvenient when multiple users need access under one account.

What I like most in Pipedrive CRM is the pipeline or funnel view for deals, because it makes it much simpler for me to keep track of where every deal stands.
Cons
a lot of its features are also offered by competitors and some of them, like HubSpot, come with many more lead management capabilities than Pipedrive does.

This tool helps me track, analyze and log the leads and deals handled by our sales team. it gives me a clear view of sales activity and keeps everything organized in one place. I have also found the customer support side to be really helpful especially when we run into issues with phone calls or chats, because the team does a good job of guiding us and helping solve problems.
Cons
There is still a bit of limitation when it comes to customizing automations and building custom reports the way I want. the page also takes more than 30 seconds to load and that definitely needs to be looked into and fixed because it can interrupt the workflow.

Pros
What keeps me from missing important steps in my workflow is that Pipedrive keeps me focused on the right tasks and walks me through the steps I need to take. I have found that it does a good job of guiding my workflow so I am less likely to miss something important along the way.
Cons
the overall setup feels a bit basic in some areas. We've been using MailChimp because the integration with Pipedrive is excellent and that has meant I don't really need to pay for Pipedrive's Professional plan. Since MailChimp is cheaper than the added cost of moving from Advanced to Professional, it makes financial sense but personally I'd rather spend a little more for a more fully integrated solution inside one system. I also think the design is not quite as polished as HubSpot. That said I have found adding extra fields to contacts and moving between companies and contacts to be better handled here.

We've been using Pipedrive CRM for quite some time now and I can honestly say it has become a core part of how we run the business. In my experience it fits into our day to day workflow really well and I rely on it as an important tool for keeping things organized and moving forward.
Cons
So far I really haven't run into any issues with it. From what I have seen, everything has been working well and I also appreciate that the team does a good job of sending updates regularly which makes me feel like the product is being actively maintained.

Nothing gets missed with this CRM which has made a real difference in how I stay on top of deals and follow-ups. Instead of wasting time filling out endless details, I am able to focus much more on actually selling and moving opportunities forward.
Cons
At the same time, I felt that a few parts of the system were a bit difficult to use especially for someone without much experience. In my view, those areas could be confusing for newer users and might take some extra time to figure out.

The way Pipedrive takes the chaos out of deal tracking is how simple it feels for me to stay on top of active deals. I can quickly see what is moving forward, what still needs attention and where each opportunity stands without feeling lost in the process. it makes managing the pipeline feel more organized and a lot less overwhelming.
Cons
The way I keep track of communication with contacts could be set up better. I feel like that part is not as clear or as organized as it should be especially when I want to review past conversations quickly. that area could definitely use some improvement.

The thing I like a lot is that it connects with a wide range of third-party tools which makes it fit nicely into the rest of my workflow. I have found it to be an excellent visual pipeline management platform and I can shape the entire customer journey from start to finish in a way that matches exactly how I want my sales process to run.
Cons
If there's one thing I like the least, it's the pricing. While Pipedrive is still fairly reasonable compared with a lot of competing options, the total cost can add up quickly especially because most users will probably end up paying extra for third-party integrations as well.

What I like about Pipedrive CRM is its easy layout which makes the platform feel user friendly to use without being confusing. In my experience the web app runs very reliably and performs consistently well so I can work in it without dealing with lag or stability issues. I have also found that assigning tasks is very clear and the email templates together with the workflows really help me save time and stay organized in my daily work.
Cons
What has been less impressive for me is the weaker inbound lead management compared with other competing tools. I have also run into frustration with the API because the documentation feels insufficient and not very helpful when trying to implement things properly. On top of that, I haven't seen lead rotation between sales managers available out of the box which is something I would definitely expect in this kind of system.
