“Top pick for sales tracking
Pros
Pipedrive CRM stands out as one of the best tools when I compare it with other similar products on the market. I have found that the integration with email and contact management apps works really well and that has helped me keep my workflow organized without much hassle.
Cons
What I have noticed is that many of the more advanced features are only included in the professional version which can feel a bit limiting. In my opinion, the professional plan could definitely be priced a little lower. Even with that, I still feel it's one of the best options available compared with similar tools in the industry.

“Flexible setup with useful integrations
Pros
I found Pipedrive CRM quick to get up and running and the deployment process didn't take much effort on my end. What I also liked was how much I could tailor it to fit the way I work so the customization felt practical rather than limiting. On top of that, I have had access to plenty of integration options which has made it much easier for me to connect it with the other tools I already use.
Cons
One area that still gives me trouble is reporting. I struggle to build customized reports the way I want and that can be frustrating when I need more specific insights from the data.

“Decent interface, limited outreach
Pros
I found the interface fairly user friendly and comfortable to work with so getting around the platform did not take much effort. Pipedrive also connects well with different applications which helps me manage lead communication and keep track of interactions in one place.
Cons
What stood out as a drawback for me was the customer support chatbot, because it feels slow and not very effective when I need help. I also wish I could email multiple leads at the same time directly from the application since that would make outreach much more efficient.

“Excellent call and contact management
Pros
Where Pipedrive really delivers in my daily workflow is the way it handles calls and contacts, along with how practical it feels to use day to day. In my experience the platform is easy to manage and I can move through its features without much effort. That combination of call management, contact organization and overall usability has made it a very positive tool for me.
Cons
One thing I feel is missing is a tutorial that could make the platform even more user friendly especially for someone using it for the first time. From my point of view, having clearer onboarding guidance would help me understand certain functions faster and get even more value out of the software.

“Helpful contact database
Pros
What I like most is how simple it is for me to search through everything quickly. I also find it really useful as a great database for managing my contacts and keeping track of tasks in one place.
Cons
At this point, I am still hoping for a proper to-do list feature and stronger email tracking, because those two areas feel like they could be improved.

“Powerful sales tracking features
Pros
What makes Pipedrive feel like a true command center is how many useful features it gives me for handling customer relationships, monitoring sales and keeping marketing campaigns organized. it works really well as a central place where I can store customer details and review every interaction without having information scattered across different tools. I am also able to create automated tasks, follow-ups and reminders which helps me stay on top of ongoing deals and daily sales activity. Another thing I have found valuable is the analytics and reporting side since it gives me clearer insight into how my sales process is performing and where I may need to improve.
Cons
One drawback I noticed is that Pipedrive CRM is not the most user friendly platform especially when I think about people who are just getting started with the software. In my view, the pricing is also on the expensive side and some updates seem to roll out more slowly than I would like. That said if I am willing to put money into it and spend time learning it, I can still see the value because it does a strong job of managing customer relationships, tracking sales progress and organizing marketing efforts.

“Perfect fit for our sales flow
Pros
Since we are a small to mid-sized business, I feel this platform fits our needs perfectly. I also really like that it is completely customizable which lets me set up the pipeline exactly the way we need it for how our team works.
Cons
Honestly I do not have anything to complain about. the tool fits our business exactly as needed.

“Helpful for staying organized
Pros
I found the software easy to implement and simple to work with and it really helps me stay organized with my day to day tasks and activities.
Cons
At first, it took me a while to figure out how everything worked. Since I am 69 and not as comfortable with computers as younger people are today, I needed some help from a younger person to get it all set up properly.

“Better focus and direction
Pros
Having Pipedrive in my workflow has honestly been a big win for me. It's the one platform that has really brought focus and structure to my business life and at this point, I cannot picture running any business without it. When I sign in and look at everything I have moved forward, I genuinely feel a sense of progress and accomplishment. It helps me prioritize tasks, keep track of what needs attention and organize my day far better than the way I used to manage things before.
Cons
some features feel a bit restricted when using the lowest-priced plans.

“Powerful workflows and role controls
Pros
What I have liked most about Pipedrive CRM is the range of functionality it offers especially the role administration and workflow tools. the platform comes packed with a lot of features and honestly I probably only end up using about half of them on a regular basis. Still, I appreciate having those extra capabilities available when I need them, because they really come in handy for occasional or specific situations. the overall feature set feels very capable and useful.
Cons
One thing that stands out to me in a less positive way is that the user experience feels somewhat outdated. I have noticed that this doesn't just affect how the platform looks visually or how the layout is presented but also impacts how I manage tasks and move through the tool. Because of that, using it can sometimes feel less user friendly than I'd like.

“Custom pipelines that really help
Pros
Another aspect I appreciate about Pipedrive CRM is the pipeline setup I can build for my workflow. I am able to move deals through different stages and create specific configurations for each one which gives me a lot more control over how I manage the process. that flexibility makes the platform feel much more practical for day to day sales tracking.
Cons
What has been harder for me is the complexity around configuration especially when it comes to exporting data and working with reports. In my view, a lot of that confusion happens because users are not always properly educated on how to use the platform so things can end up feeling more complicated and disorganized than they should.

“Simple to use but overwhelming at first
Pros
I haven't been using Pipedrive CRM for very long, just a few weeks so far but from what I have seen, I find it very simple to use and pretty approachable as a new user.
Cons
What I have noticed though, is that it comes with a lot of features and at times I honestly don't know where to begin or which part I should focus on first.

“Terrible support and broken promises
Pros
the software was fairly simple to get up and running. I found it well designed and practical enough to fit many different types of businesses and workflows.
Cons
What really ruined it for me was the customer support which has been absolutely awful. I have had tickets sit open for weeks with almost no follow-up at all. They keep telling me everything has been fixed but in my experience that is never actually true. It just drags on forever and becomes incredibly frustrating. On top of that, my company is paying for professional features that we still cannot access which makes the whole situation feel ridiculous. When nothing goes wrong, the software itself is decent enough but the moment there is an issue, I feel completely stuck. To me, Pipedrive seems much more focused on charging customers than genuinely helping them.

“Clear pipeline visibility
Pros
After using Freshsales before, I found that the pipeline setup in Pipedrive gives me much better visibility into how deals are progressing through each stage. that level of clarity has made it a lot easier to track opportunities and understand where things stand at any given moment. I also feel the insights feature delivers really useful information and I can use those metrics as a great benchmark when evaluating the performance of our sales representatives.
Cons
One thing I am not thrilled about is that features like LeadBooster, chatbots and forms are offered as paid add-ons. In my opinion, those tools should already be included in the core Pipedrive paid plan instead of costing extra.

“Useful info management
Pros
I also value how Pipedrive CRM allows me to handle and organize information. It gives me a practical way to keep track of details and I feel like my data stays much more manageable when I use it.
Cons
One thing I think could be improved is the reporting section. I'd like to see the reports become a bit more customizable, because that would make the platform fit my specific needs much better.

“Better lead follow-up results
Pros
What I value most about Pipedrive CRM is how it lets me keep close track of potential customers and that has helped me create more sales opportunities. having a clearer follow-up process makes it much easier for me to stay on top of leads and avoid missing chances to convert them.
Cons
The app's automation becomes difficult to handle when I am working on more complex projects. In those situations, I feel like setting up advanced automated processes is not as easy as I would like.

“ideal sales flow companion
Pros
The reason I was productive from day one is how user friendly Pipedrive feels from the start so I was able to use it without any confusion. In my experience it's a powerful and well-rounded tool that covers the entire sales process from beginning to end. Another thing I really appreciate is the mobile app, because for me it's one of the strongest parts of the platform and makes it very practical to work on the go.
Cons
From what I have seen, the only downside is that some features require an additional payment. Aside from that, I really haven't found much else to complain about.

“Accessible cloud crm
Pros
The flexibility of being cloud-based has been a game changer for me as I can get to it from pretty much anywhere without being tied to one device or location. In my experience the setup was very easy and I was able to start using it without dealing with a long learning curve. I also found the overall system simple to navigate which made daily use feel very natural.
Cons
The most affordable plan feels a bit limited in what it offers. When I needed access to more advanced features, I had to look at the higher-tier packages and those obviously come at a higher price. that means the entry-level option works but growing into the platform can get more expensive than I'd like.

“Good for basic crm needs
Pros
this CRM is easy to work with and handles the core features a small to medium-sized company usually needs. I have found it practical for managing everyday sales activities without feeling overly complicated.
Cons
What held me back is that I found its integration options with other software fairly limited. In my case, that made it harder to connect everything I use and reduced some of the overall flexibility.

“Clean starter crm for teams
Pros
Pipedrive is priced in a way that makes it a practical option for a lot of businesses while still covering the basics well. For a company that's just getting started or a team that only needs a simple CRM, it really fits the bill. What stood out to me was the clean interface and I was able to get comfortable with it very quickly. In my experience it feels almost plug-and-play since very little training is needed to start using it effectively.
Cons
What I have noticed is that the automation features are pretty limited and I definitely wish there were more of them. Beyond the core CRM basics, I feel like the platform doesn't offer a whole lot of depth. Reporting is another area that, in my opinion, could be improved quite a bit because it feels too limited for anything beyond simple needs.
