“Affordable fit for a small team
Pros
What stood out to me most was the pricing, because it felt reasonable for our budget. I found that while it doesn't come with all the extra features and complexity that Salesforce offers, it still gave me what I needed to manage things well in a small organization.
Cons
One thing that frustrated me was the limited sorting options since I wanted more flexibility when organizing information. I also felt like the main dashboard wasn't laid out in a very user friendly way so it took me more effort than expected to find what I needed.

“Fantastic lead tracking tool
Pros
This software is really impressive and it feels very user friendly in the way it's designed. Using it for managing leads has been a very positive experience for me and I genuinely like how comfortable it is to work with on a daily basis.
Cons
everything has been working really well and I honestly like most things about it. The platform feels user friendly throughout and so far I haven't run into anything that stands out as a real downside for me.

“Great tools for team communication
Pros
Besides the storage features, I really value the tools it gives me to communicate and stay in touch with my teammates. that part has been very useful in day to day work and makes collaboration feel much more natural.
Cons
What I have noticed though, is the lack of visibility and promotion in Latin America, along with very little public presence or outreach. In my opinion, it deserves more recognition in the region because not many people seem to hear about it.

“Helpful for multilingual sales
Pros
What stood out to me about Pipedrive CRM is how well it supports teams that work with multiple languages compared with a lot of other CRM tools I have looked at. I found the interface easy to navigate and it doesn't take any technical background to get comfortable using it. On top of that, it has been useful for sales automation and I like that the learning curve feels short while the overall cost still seems more affordable than many competing options.
Cons
From my point of view, the main drawback with Pipedrive is the pricing. Aside from that concern, I honestly feel it performs well and I have had a positive experience with it overall.

“Cleaner than salesforce
Pros
Having worked with both Salesforce and Pipedrive, I personally preferred Pipedrive by a wide margin. It felt much more user friendly to use and I was able to find the information I needed without digging through layers of menus or screens. In my experience Salesforce can feel overwhelming because there are so many buttons, options and interface elements competing for attention. With Pipedrive, I felt like everything was presented in a clearer and more accessible way which made day to day use a lot more comfortable for me.
Cons
So far I honestly haven't run into any real downsides. I mainly used it as a way to monitor and log my activity and for that specific purpose, it worked exactly the way I needed it to. From my side, it did the job perfectly and I didn't feel like anything was missing.

“Fantastic lead capture and speed
Pros
What I have really liked about Pipedrive is how well it connects with Sales Navigator, along with its lead management and lead capture features. In my experience the platform runs very quickly which helps our sales reps work more efficiently without feeling slowed down. I also appreciate how simple it is to use and that ease of use has made adoption much better for my team. For what our business needed at the time, the integration fit in really well and honestly it has been an awesome addition overall.
Cons
My biggest frustration has been the customer service, because it really hasn't been good in my experience. I also feel the marketing automation side is not strong enough yet and definitely needs improvement. On top of that, the mobile app doesn't offer the kind of flexibility I was expecting so using it on the go can feel limiting.

The reason I don't need to juggle a dozen different tools anymore is how many useful features Pipedrive brings together in one place. I can keep track of revenue figures, run email campaigns, manage lead generation and handle calling without constantly switching to other tools. On top of that, I have found plenty of helpful articles and guides that show me how to get the most out of the platform which has made the overall experience even better.
Cons
Moving between the different functions can take a little time so it does not always feel instant. I have also run into an issue where, when I send an email for the first time, it sometimes does not go through right away and needs another try.

What makes Pipedrive adaptable to how my company actually operates is how simple it feels to use while still giving me plenty of ways to adapt it to what my company needs. I have been able to modify the system without much hassle so it fits our sales process better and that has helped me get much better control over sales management across the business.
Cons
One part that still feels weak to me is the way emails are sent from the platform. I find the mailing interface not very user friendly and I honestly think it could be improved with better typography and a more comfortable writing experience. I'd also really like to have built-in templates, because that would make sending emails much more practical for me.

When I first started using Pipedrive CRM, what stood out to me was how effortlessly it brought all my contacts together in one place. I found it very usable from the start and it made managing information feel much more easy for me.

Compared to the complexity of tools like Salesforce, Pipedrive feels refreshingly different. I was able to get everything set up without much effort and it never felt like I needed a dedicated sales ops person on the team just to manage the CRM. Compared with tools like Salesforce, this has been much more approachable for me while still giving me what I need.
Cons
I honestly have not run into any major downsides so far. If I had to point out one thing, I would say the analytics could be a bit more detailed and offer more customization options.

The feature that has delivered the most tangible value for my team is definitely the reporting module, because I can tailor the reports the way we need instead of being stuck with complex templates. that flexibility has made it much easier for us to track performance and actually use the data in a practical way. On top of that, the platform feels easy to use and the pricing has been very reasonable for my team.
Cons
One thing I feel is missing is a stronger set of marketing-focused tools for generating and managing leads. From my side, it seems like the platform could offer more features around lead generation and I'd also love to see some AI capabilities added to help us work our leads more effectively and turn more of them into deals.

I have found this software really useful in day to day work and almost anyone can start using it without much trouble. What stands out to me is that it offers a lot of helpful benefits so I have been able to get real value from it in different parts of the job.
Cons
Some features feel a bit too complex from where I sit and it took me more time than expected to fully understand how to use them properly. Overall I also feel the efficiency could be improved a little more in certain areas.

What I have found most valuable in Pipedrive CRM is the scheduler feature especially when I am working with a large volume of data. It helps me automate part of the workload which saves me a good amount of time and makes day to day tasks feel more manageable.
Cons
the reporting and dashboard area still needs a lot more development. I can use the core system but when it comes to getting stronger insights or a more polished dashboard experience, I feel the product still has quite a bit of room to improve.

I got access to a lot of useful features once I was on the paid version and that really made the product feel worth it to me. When I was working as a parts manager for a marina, I used Pipedrive CRM regularly and found that it offered plenty of tools to support what I needed day to day.
Cons
At first, I felt a little overwhelmed because there are quite a few features to learn especially when it comes to handling leads and figuring out the best way to manage everything. Once I spent more time with it though, it started to make a lot more sense.

Overall it is a best tool. It is easy to use in day to day work and I have had no trouble getting new team members trained up on it without a long learning curve. What I personally like most is the high level of customization it offers, along with the reporting features which have been really valuable for the way I manage and track things.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is how well it interacts with NetSuite. That kind of tighter integration would be very helpful for us and would make the overall experience even better.

What makes Pipedrive a pleasure to open every morning is the clean layout and how natural it feels to use in day to day work. I can manage my contacts, update details and add new information without wasting time which really helps me stay organized. It also gives me room to adjust things based on how I work so it doesn't feel too complex. On top of that, I have been able to connect it with several other systems and the data export features have been genuinely useful for supporting my sales efforts and decision-making.
Cons
One downside I have noticed is that the contact limit for mailings feels a bit too low for what I need. I have also found customer support to be less helpful than I expected so getting assistance hasn't always been a very satisfying experience.
