“Fast lead tracking”
Pros
This tool took almost no time at all to learn. The interface is very easy to understand which makes it especially valuable for young or smaller companies that do not yet have fully built-out sales processes. It has been a game-changer for managing leads and contacts quickly and I really appreciate that there is almost no learning curve.
Cons
Looking ahead, I can tell we may eventually need to move to a more powerful CRM as our number of leads grows. As good as it is some of the functionality larger companies typically expect from a platform just is not there.

“Lead tracking that works”
Pros
Getting this tool up and running was incredibly simple which was exactly what we needed at the time. We could upload leads into the system and use it to monitor their status and progress throughout the pipeline. It was a product I genuinely enjoyed using and it fit our requirements really well. Ultimately though, we chose Salesforce because we needed a more complete all-in-one solution.
Cons
There really weren't any major problems or concerns with this software. It performed the way it was demonstrated to us and did a great job of tracking and managing leads.

“Clean sales tracking”
Pros
This works really well for easy CRM sales tracking and I've really enjoyed using it. The layout feels very linear which makes it simple to follow and use.
Cons
It doesn't offer much in the way of business intelligence and there's limited flexibility for building logic or setting up automation.

“Scales with your business”
Pros
A really great fit for a small business with plans to expand. The nice part is that as the business grows, there's no need to switch to another software platform.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve at first but the available tutorials are easy and helpful.

“Easy client sharing”
Pros
The functionality feels very easy and sharing items with others is really convenient. It makes it simple to stay on top of your own clients and also hand them off when needed while still keeping some involvement in the final outcome.
Cons
One downside is that someone can remove you from a client if the sharing settings aren't handled correctly. You definitely need to stay attentive while using the software to avoid mistakes.

“Pricey upgrades”
Pros
One positive I can point to is the wide range of third-party integrations it offers.
Cons
Pricing feels completely unreasonable for what the product actually delivers. They're constantly pushing upgrades and trying to make it seem like you need a higher plan which really just means spending more money. On top of that, the customer support isn't very helpful.

“Pipeline planning made easy”
Pros
One thing I really appreciated about this software is how well it helps manage day-to-day tasks. Everything is shown visually which makes planning the day much more practical. It's also very useful for setting priorities through pipelines and keeping track of how far each deal has moved. Another feature worth mentioning is contact importing. If you've used another CRM before, chances are you already have an important contact list and this tool lets you bring that data over from your previous CRM which saves a lot of valuable time. The interface is excellent and the small customization options throughout the app make it even better. It also comes with both Android and iOS apps. On top of that, the graphical statistics are helpful for monitoring team progress so you can quickly tell what's working and what isn't. That leads to better management decisions overall. Their customer support is also impressive, with assistance available in many languages and a very fast turnaround time.
Cons
Even though I've liked this system a lot and it's genuinely difficult to point out many downsides, there are still a couple worth mentioning. From time to time while updating my daily scheduled tasks in the Android app, it would suddenly crash. I'd really like the team to address those bug and compatibility issues. The other thing I'd like to see improved is the filtering system because a better way to sort and identify potential clients from the available data would make the platform even more useful.

“Easy booking setup”
Pros
Getting started with this software was quick and the system itself feels very simple to use. It also connects with email without any hassle and the phone app has been a really strong part of the experience.
Cons
To really get the most value from it, you pretty much need to choose at least the Gold plan.

“Sales CRM with useful tools”
Pros
Right from the start, this CRM feels incredibly user-friendly and comes packed with plenty of useful features and tools. Since it's built with sales in mind, the pipeline dashboard is especially helpful for staying focused on deals and keeping a close eye on leads.
Cons
One area that feels lacking is the statistics and reporting section. I was hoping for deeper insights and more detailed KPI tracking for my team.

“Secure cloud storage”
Pros
During the 15-day trial, this software felt impressive. After exploring it and doing some analysis, I could see that it really helps keep data safely stored in the cloud.
Cons
Because I only used the 15-day trial version, I can't say much more about it yet.

“Built for sales”
Pros
Compared with Salesforce, this feels like the opposite in a good way, it was clearly built with salespeople in mind. The interface is very simple especially if you already know Salesforce and getting everything set up and running is pretty easy. It's also starting to add stronger features around email, alerts and similar tools.
Cons
Reporting is still somewhat limited. You also have to keep in mind what the platform was actually built for because it's not meant to be a Swiss Army knife that handles everything.

“Nice design but poor support”
Pros
Interface looks appealing and setting up stages for each part of the sales cycle is easy. That said, as mentioned below, the moment even a minor issue comes up, the support offered is not genuinely helpful.
Cons
Customer service has been terrible. After starting a chat, it often takes several minutes to get an initial reply and the gaps between responses can be just as long or longer. On top of that, the support reps don't seem very knowledgeable and rarely manage to resolve the issue.

“Clear pipeline visibility”
Pros
Simplicity is what really makes this stand out. Building a easy pipeline gives sales teams a clear view of where everything sits while management also gets better visibility into what's happening overall. The automation built into the system is excellent as well.
Cons
User management can be a bit inconsistent at times and feels a little hit or miss.

“My daily task hub”
Pros
Out of all the tools I use, this one feels the most user-friendly. I manage a huge number of tasks and jobs that are always shifting and moving forward and this software helps me keep everything organized and on track. It's easily the program I rely on most and the one I open every single day.
Cons
One thing that does trip me up is the auto-fill in the drop-down menus. At times, when I'm entering dates, the drop-down tries to auto-fill and ends up covering the calendar which makes it harder to pick the right date. I've run into the same issue when trying to select a state as well.

“Great support and usability”
Pros
Once you understand how it works and have a clear idea of what you need, it's fairly easy to use. The customer support though, is on another level. I've honestly never had service this exceptional from a support team, they're friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and amazingly quick to respond even with the time zone difference.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about. It's easy to use though it is a bit on the expensive side.
