“simple crm”
Pros
Keeping track of prospects, sales and the pipeline feels really easy with this CRM. If you're considering Salesforce, this is honestly worth a look because it covers what most teams need without all the extra complexity. Getting started is quick and it has plenty of features to help stay on top of everything. One thing I especially appreciated was being able to manage multiple pipelines.
Cons
Downside is that email integration comes at an additional cost. That said, you can still send emails directly to your account which helps make up for it a bit.

“Reliable sync and features”
Pros
Right from the start, this software offered a long list of benefits. A few that really stood out were the Outlook integration, the ability to customize field types and the fact that it keeps working offline when there's no internet, then syncs everything later. The reports are simple yet very complete and exporting them in different formats is really useful. The mobile app is well designed and practical especially since it can store photos of customer ID cards directly in their profiles. It's also handy that contacts can be imported automatically or added manually from Excel and CSV files.
Cons
There are a couple of downsides worth mentioning. The Android app freezes from time to time which can be frustrating and customer support is not available on Saturdays. That can be inconvenient for companies in regions where Saturday is still a regular working day.

“Feature-packed and valuable”
Pros
Packed with features, fairly simple to get the hang of and definitely worth the price. On top of that, the support team has been incredibly helpful.
Cons
If you're completely new to CRMs, it can take some time to really learn your way around it. Then again, I'm not sure any CRM is truly simple.

“Clear loan tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of every loan stage is immediate. All the data, emails and file notes are simple to pull up in one place so you can see the full history of an application without digging around. The automatic linking of incoming emails to the client folder is also a really helpful feature.
Cons
One limitation is that you can only link a single email address to each person.

“Simple lead tracking”
Pros
Using this system feels very easy and it makes tracking leads and deals really simple. It also gives a clear picture of what's happening with revenue across the business which is incredibly helpful.
Cons
The only downside I see is that it isn't as powerful as the enterprise LMS platforms larger companies usually want. That said, it works especially well for SMBs and fits that market much better.

“Great app for call notes”
Pros
One of the best parts of this software is the app. Whenever you take a call, it automatically pulls up a screen afterward so you can document the conversation right inside the system. The app looks really polished and it's very simple to navigate and use.
Cons
Automation side still needs work. I'd really like to be able to text someone directly from the system and also have it automatically place a call when I schedule one.

“Highly adaptable CRM”
Pros
I set it up and configured it for one of our clients and it turned out to be a powerful, highly flexible solution that can fit just about any company's needs.
Cons
Setup process felt a bit convoluted at times and the documentation could have been much better but I was still able to work through it.

“Visual sales funnels”
Pros
The graphical tools really help boost productivity especially when working with the sales funnel. There's also a great range of apps available which adds a lot of value.
Cons
It's not the best fit for larger businesses that need more complex features since applying it in that kind of environment can be difficult.

“Easy B2B setup”
Pros
Having used it since the very early days, I've seen the tool evolve through all its development and changes. Recently, the team has been putting a lot of focus on pro features for the higher-priced plans while we've stayed on one of the cheaper tiers. Even so, I still recommend it often to other companies doing B2B sales because it's very simple, fast to set up and priced very reasonably.
Cons
Honestly, I can't point to any real downsides right now. My only concern is that if the product keeps moving further toward being a full marketing automation tool, I hope they continue offering the lower-cost plans that already cover everything needed for B2B sales while still allowing a bit of automation through Zapier.

“Helpful reports and integrations”
Pros
Using this has been very easy thanks to the simple interface. The offline access is really useful, the reporting works excellently and it connects well with the other apps our team already uses.
Cons
Only thing I'd want changed is the pricing or packaging model, it would be better if we could select individual features instead of having to go with preset bundles.

“Flexible CRM tracking”
Pros
Email tracking was the standout feature for me and working with the sales funnel felt very easy. I also really appreciated how much the CRM can be customized to fit different needs. Overall, it's a very good tool.
Cons
The part I liked least is that they seem to treat everything inside the CRM as a business opportunity.

“customizable workflows”
Pros
The standout for me was how much this software can be tailored to fit the way your business actually works. It makes handling customer accounts and transaction orders from beginning to end very easy and transparent. I don't have to jump back and forth between a bunch of screens just to locate the information I need since it's all there with a click. If you need certain fields added to a particular screen, that can be done too.
Cons
Even though it offers far more features than comparable tools like HubSpot, the pricing still feels quite high to me. It's definitely a strong program overall but I'm not a fan of how it integrates with Mailchimp. I've run into quite a few problems with Mailchimp's mailing system and I honestly would have preferred it to work with a different email platform instead.

“Versatile sales funnels”
Pros
Running my sales funnel through this has been fantastic. I've set up several funnels for upselling, inbound and outbound work and it also helps me manage tasks ranging from everyday activities like emails and calls to longer-term ones, such as putting together a commercial proposal or reconnecting with a prospect.
Cons
Getting started with it was difficult and becoming truly proficient has been even more challenging. Since the software includes so many features, it took quite a while to understand everything it can do.

“Powerful sales workflows”
Pros
Right from the start, it was simple to set up and adapt to the way our internal processes work. It's also easy to build a results-driven process that keeps the team focused on selling. There are so many useful features that I couldn't possibly list them all here but the agenda synced with my Google Calendar and the mandatory actions are especially valuable because they help make sure no prospect slips through the cracks and there's much more beyond that.
Cons
The only issue I've run into is that the mobile app doesn't offer as many integration options as the desktop version.

“Smart CRM automation”
Pros
Compared with the two other CRMs I used before, this one finally includes all the features I was looking for. After you get used to the layout, it becomes very simple to work in and the automation tools can potentially save a lot of time on data entry. The Gmail integration also works really well since I can email clients directly from within the platform.
Cons
There is a slight learning curve at the beginning but it doesn't take much effort to get past it. At times, the automated data-fill feature brings in incorrect or inaccurate information although that likely isn't the CRM's fault.

“Flexible pipelines”
Pros
Right away, the biggest win for us was how well it adapts to the size of the company. It has really helped us organize and align our sales process. The platform is simple, easy and very user-friendly. Since it only requires a device and a browser, getting started is convenient. Another feature we really value is being able to manage more than one pipeline at the same time. I also enjoy how task updates are shown with different icons based on status which makes tracking much clearer. The dashboard includes a lot of useful detail and having one place to upload all our documents and proposals has been very helpful. It was so simple that we didn't need any special training or onboarding to start using it.
Cons
One thing I still haven't been able to do is send emails from the mobile app which has forced me to rely on other service providers for that. The contacts page could also use some improvement.

“Visual dashboards”
Pros
A few things really clicked for me here, setting up a sales funnel for contacts was very easy thanks to the drag-and-drop tools and the dashboard's visual layout made everything easier to follow. The LinkedIn integration was also a big plus because it let me use LinkedIn's advanced search to find prospects and then add them as new contacts with a single click.
Cons
A couple of features gave me trouble though. I wasn't able to properly figure out how to assign one of my contacts to a VA or a coworker in my company so we could split follow-up responsibilities. Also, if I accidentally create a deal and I'm not set as an admin, I can't delete the duplicate myself which throws off my daily pipeline and reporting until an administrator has time to remove it.
