“Handy search filters”
Pros
The search filters are really useful and make it much easier to look for exactly what I need.
Cons
One thing I don't like is how simple it is to make a mistake and there's no undo option to fix it.

“Free trial with rich features”
Pros
Getting started was refreshingly simple since the free trial doesn't ask for any credit card details upfront. The paid plans also include plenty of valuable extras, like revenue forecasting and product catalogs. It's definitely worth taking the time to test out the free trial.
Cons
Other than noticing a few misspelled words on the website, such as "catalogue," which might make some people question their attention to detail, the service is still really great.

“Powerful integrations”
Pros
This software is incredibly capable. On top of that, you can extend it with additional integrations which adds even more functionality and helps connect it with other parts of the business.
Cons
Coming from Salesforce, I do miss the deeper level of customization it offers. That said, the simpler and more approachable setup will probably be a big plus for a lot of users.

Getting started with it was super simple, the setup was quick and the pipeline visibility is really strong.

The functionality feels a bit limited in places and the access rights could use more multi-tiered control.

“my review”
Pros
Using a kanban-style setup makes this CRM feel like a natural fit. Prospects are moved through the pipeline according to the sales stage so it's always clear where everything stands. It also includes most of the standard CRM features we need and works especially well for organizations that prefer something lean instead of overloaded.
Cons
One possible issue is that if things became extremely busy some items might not show clearly on the page. Having the option for wider stage columns would be a helpful improvement.

“Scrum-ready sales workflow”
Pros
Among the best scrum-based sales tools I've used. It's very user-friendly and makes workflow automation simple to manage.
Cons
One thing missing is the ability to send emails directly from the platform. You have to rely on third-party email marketing integrations like MailChimp and similar tools.

“Customer follow-ups made easy”
Pros
Having this in place has really cleaned up the way I stay in touch with customers. I used to have notes scattered all over the place and had to depend on memory to keep track of deadlines or when it was time to follow up. Now there's no guesswork involved. It also makes working with other team members much better since we can collaborate without overlapping or duplicating anyone's efforts.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about this software. It's been a big help in keeping me organized and making me feel on top of every customer relationship status at any given moment.

“Flexible visual customization”
Pros
It felt very easy to use. The email integration and mobile app connection work really well for what I need and there are plenty of visual customization options to make it look the way I want.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is having support available on weekends too, if possible. I'd also love to see more themes added so it can match different styles better.

“Customizable CRM”
Pros
Right away, this CRM felt like a perfect match for the way I work. The customizable fields and flexible workflow let me set things up exactly how I wanted, email sync works well, the iPhone app is excellent and the drag-and-drop functionality makes everything feel more simple. Support has also been quick whenever I've needed help and the interface is clean and pleasant to use. Honestly, it checks all the boxes for me and I'm not being paid to say that.
Cons
There's really very little to complain about. I looked at a few other CRM options before choosing this one and to me this one clearly stands above the competition.

“Time-saving pipelines”

Flexibility in PD is what I appreciate most. I can create multiple pipelines with custom stages and when I pair it with Zapier, it saves me countless hours by automating tasks.

The platform comes with a comprehensive system for handling workflows and tasks which makes day-to-day operations much more organized.

Pros
Getting this up and running was easy and the platform is very user-friendly. The pricing works well and it scales nicely as your needs grow. Overall, it's simple to set up and adapt to what you need.

“Real-time team visibility”
Pros
Keeping tabs on our 2,000+ wholesale staff is much better with this because the team can communicate in real time and instantly check everyone's status. The template feature cuts down a lot of repetitive work and the email archives tied to each person are incredibly useful even for messages that weren't sent through the platform. It's been a fantastic tool for us and one we genuinely enjoy using.
Cons
One limitation is that we still can't sort all leads by city.

“Simple platform with fast support”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels easy to use and that simplicity is honestly one of its biggest strengths. It may not come with every extra feature other tools offer but that stripped-down approach makes it feel more great and dependable. On top of that, their support team is consistently quick to respond and very professional.
Cons
At this point, I haven't run into any major issues or felt that any important features are missing.

“User-friendly CRM”
Pros
Across my team, both the tech-savvy people and the ones who are very non-technical have been able to pick it up quickly which means it actually gets used consistently. I compared it with several other CRMs and most of them felt dull, difficult to work with and far more expensive. This one handles about 99% of what we need it to do.
Cons
The one thing I'm still waiting on is the NetSuite integration to be released. We use NetSuite for accounting and having all sales connected there would help us track performance against budget especially since some sales are currently kept outside the system for different reasons. I know the integration is on the way but at the moment it's still not available.

“Fast platform and app”
Pros
Getting around this platform is really easy. It's simple to access, the mobile app is excellent and the web version feels much faster than a traditional software-based CRM.
Cons
At times, I do wish it had a bit more depth when it comes to automating communication, for example, automatically sending an email after a milestone is completed. Still, it hasn't been a major problem overall.

“Smart tool automation”
Pros
Compared with most CRMs, the biggest relief here is how little time gets wasted on filling out forms. It automates a lot of the work and keeps manual data entry down to the bare minimum. The app feels very dynamic in day-to-day use which honestly makes it enjoyable to work with. On top of that, it's simple to customize and comes with a wide range of features and integrations.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is auto-save while taking notes because if I forget to hit the save button, everything I wrote can get lost.

Pros

“Sales workflow that works”
Pros
Right from onboarding through everyday use, the team has made the whole experience feel very easy. They've clearly considered almost everything a productive salesperson would need to get their work done well.
Cons
I'd really like to see built-in proposal creation instead of relying on third-party integrations because I'm sure their own version would end up being much better.
