“Fast CRM deployment”
Pros
Getting from an idea to a fully deployed system takes days instead of months which is a huge advantage. The pricing is accessible and modular and the platform is customizable, secure, simple and reliable. If you still haven't found the CRM you've always wanted, this really feels like it could be the one. It's as simple to use as an iPhone and both the desktop and mobile interfaces are powerful, practical and visually appealing. It doesn't take long before you and your team feel empowered and ready to use it effectively.
Cons
Only frustrating part is that once you see everything it can do and the kind of forecasting it makes possible, you start expecting everyone else to fully use it too. It can be annoying when people don't access all the information that's already set up by default especially when the value of using the system properly feels so obvious.

“Cross-device tracking”
Pros
Across my PC, tablet and phone, this software is incredibly simple to use. I really appreciate being able to connect an activity, like a new sales lead, to a contact and then getting prompted to add notes automatically once a call is completed. It's also very useful that I can schedule a follow-up task, whether that's a call, meeting or email, directly from the app. Another handy feature is adding a BCC address so email exchanges with potential customers get recorded. Considering everything it offers, the pricing is excellent for the feature set.
Cons
Issue I run into is forgetting to BCC the system on emails I send from my external email account although it's easy enough to add that information afterward. It would also be nice to have automatic Gmail integration upstream, unless that feature already exists and I just haven't come across it yet.

“Handy app integrations”
Pros
The calendar and Gmail integration have been really helpful and the mobile app is something I've enjoyed using a lot.
Cons
The limitation is that it doesn't let you send group emails to large batches of contacts.

“Custom team notes”
Pros
After trying and abandoning plenty of other CRMs and similar tools, this is the first one I've genuinely felt comfortable working with and actually go back to for notes. Our entire team has customized the interface so management can quickly get a clear snapshot while everyone still adds useful notes. Since we work internationally, it has also become a key part of our conference calls.
Cons
One thing it really needs is integration with MS Outlook especially the calendar since that's the platform our company uses. Exporting meetings to Google is somewhat helpful but they end up on my personal calendar which isn't ideal. If that gets fixed, it would be very close to perfect.

“Better follow-up tracking”
Pros
One thing this tool does really well for my brokers is keep them accountable when it comes to moving prospects forward and actually following through until they become clients. It helps by prompting them to handle the next steps, whether that means sending a follow-up email, setting up a meeting or staying on top of other important touchpoints.
Cons
Notes section and activity section can be a little confusing at times.

“Easy tool but dated automation”
Pros
Unlike a lot of CRM platforms built for huge companies, this one deserves credit for making CRM understandable and practical for regular users. The interface is about as simple as it gets so there's little to no training needed before you can start using it. It also connects well with the rest of your tech stack, whether through built-in integrations or Zapier.
Cons
It doesn't feel like the product has evolved much over the past three years. It may have been innovative when it first entered the CRM space but it now seems like development has slowed and newer technology hasn't really been added. I especially expected more around data automation, data enrichment and funnel automation. In some ways, it feels like little more than a polished, user-friendly spreadsheet.

“Helpful support”
Pros
While we're beta testing a few CRM options, this one has stood out for being very user-friendly and for offering real-time chat. We've contacted their team several times with questions about different features and they've consistently been responsive and open to helping.
Cons
One issue that keeps coming up is with duplicate contacts after our import. We ended up with quite a few of them and only the admin can merge those records into the correct organizations, with no way to handle them in bulk. It's been a pretty tedious process and we may end up relying on a third-party tool like dedupe.ly to sort it out.

“Clear tracking”
Pros
Using this system feels very easy which is easily its biggest strength. That applies both to the admin side and to everyday users. Setting up a pipeline is simple and having all deals organized in one place is finally achievable.
Cons
The reporting part is a bit troublesome. It works fine when a salesperson is using just one pipeline but once they're handling multiple projects with multiple pipelines, it takes extra clicking to get what you need.

“Visual pipeline management”
Pros
Getting started was pretty easy and my favorite part is how the sales pipeline is laid out visually. You can clearly see each stage and move prospects through the process until they close which honestly makes it feel almost like a game.
Cons
If you have never worked with another CRM before, the setup can feel a bit tricky at first. It is not overly difficult but it really helps to take good notes on what you are doing and what you want to build. I always preferred mapping out all my fields ahead of time.

“Supportive but limited tool”
Pros
Honestly, I don't have much positive feedback about this CRM. The one thing I can say is that the support team was helpful.
Cons
When I started a new position, my primary responsibility was setting up a new CRM and I went with this one. It just didn't have the usability or the features I needed to do the job successfully.

Pros
This is a tool I'd gladly recommend to anyone doing email marketing. The setup is quick and the whole platform is very simple to use.
Cons
One area that hasn't impressed me is the customer support. It's not that they don't offer help but they really should have ready-made solutions for common issues.

“Simple sales tracking”
Pros
Getting the sales team on board was surprisingly easy because the system is so simple and there's been very little resistance around it feeling like extra work. Having the full history for leads, sales, notes and emails in one place has been incredibly valuable especially since it's so convenient to plug in or BCC specific deal email addresses. The integrations are another big plus, both with a wide range of apps and with Zapier for covering more specific needs.
Cons
I do wish the reporting and report calculations had more room for customization for the specific metrics we want to track. That said, it may just be a limitation of the base plan and those options could be available on the higher-tier subscriptions.

“Strong integrations”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths here is the great integrations which really matters for a system like this. It's also fairly approachable to use and gives you the flexibility to organize the contact flow the way that works best for you. Its long-standing position in the market feels deserved.
Cons
Downside is that it still feels a bit rough around the edges. While other competitors put more effort into a polished interface that makes customer work more pleasant, this one looks like it's a few years behind. You can adjust to it over time but the first impression may be a little off-putting.

“Better funnel visibility”
Pros
This CRM feels alive and constantly evolving. It really seems like the founders put in daily effort to improve the product and make customers happier. There's also a warm, lighthearted vibe around the brand that stood out to me, even their promo materials leave you with a genuinely positive feeling. As for the platform itself, it's one of the most innovative CRM systems I've seen especially because of how strongly it focuses on visualizing the sales funnel. That part is particularly impressive. On top of that, the integration options are extensive, the reports are smart and the task and goal tracking features add a lot of value. The mobile app is another big plus since it keeps you connected and gives you access to customer and deal information wherever you are.
Cons
One drawback worth mentioning is the pricing which feels high to me personally. Also some of the really valuable functionality is only available in the Silver and Gold plans.
