“Clear pipeline visibility”
Pros
The progress bar and the management columns for every step of the sales pipeline are really well done. They make it simple to spot where each deal stands without a lot of sorting or extra hassle.
Cons
It keeps things pretty simple and doesn't come packed with tons of extra features but honestly that ends up being a benefit.

“Save time with fewer clicks”
Pros
Across the company, this software has cut down the number of keystrokes we need and that has ended up saving us time we didn't even realize we could get back.
Cons
At times it can feel a bit tough and users do have to keep in mind that this isn't a state-of-the-art software platform.

It's a really strong customer relationship management tool and the interface looks clean and well designed.

Even though the interface is simple, it could still be improved a bit so customers can navigate it more easily.

“Simple email setup”
Pros
Using this tool keeps things easy for users and the email customization options are a really nice touch.
Cons
One downside is that support isn't available on weekends and email functionality has to be connected through Mailchimp.

“Useful contacts but messy setup”
Pros
Once everything is organized, it's simple to find the deal and contact you need.
Cons
It feels too messy overall. You really have to stay extremely organized and think carefully about how you're going to plan it.

“Limited sync for leads”
Pros
Being able to follow the entire lead process is a real advantage and gives a clear view of progress from start to finish.
Cons
Missing two-way integration with Outlook/Office365 is a big downside. I really don't want to enter the same data twice and contacts plus calendar appointments should sync in both directions.

“Mobile-friendly CRM”
Pros
One thing that really helped our team was how mobile-friendly it is for day-to-day sales work. It works really well with a lot of Google apps especially Google Calendar and Contacts which made it very convenient to use. Staying connected with my sales team was simple and we could quickly share leads along with other useful information that helped everyone perform better. I'd definitely recommend Pipeline to any sales team since our group has consistently enjoyed using the app.
Cons
Difference between the monthly pricing tiers definitely matters. I'd strongly suggest going with the higher-tier plan if you want this program to fully support your sales team because it includes a few extra features that may seem minor at first but actually make a noticeable difference. In my opinion, the added cost is worth it.

“Clean time-saver”
Pros
The interface looks polished and it cuts down the amount of manual CRM entry you have to do while still making sure the important information is there when you need it.
Cons
Its UI and feature set are fairly basic so it may be tougher to match the more complete functionality you'd get from other CRMs.

“Smart collaboration”
Pros
Getting started with it didn't take much effort and working together with co-workers is very convenient. The interface is simple to understand and easy to use. It also helps a lot with managing leads and the "Smart Data Search" feature makes it possible to gather more customer information. On top of that, the support team has been very helpful.
Cons
Scheduler still needs improvement and the pricing feels a bit high which are the main downsides I've noticed.

“Great value and support”
Pros
Right from the start, the Gmail sync worked really well and the system was simple to use without needing much training. Their customer support has been incredible and I really appreciate being able to track people and companies with custom tags to keep everything organized. Most parts of the platform are customizable and overall it feels very cost-effective for what it offers.
Cons
There's nothing major to complain about. Just a couple of small nitpicks, it doesn't have auto-login and when adding a person or organization, the quick-add pop-up doesn't include all the fields I need.

“Cloud access and value”
Pros
Excellent software at a very good price. Being cloud-based means I can access my information from anywhere which makes my work much easier and helps me keep everything under control.
Cons
Nothing to complain about but it would be useful to add features for canceling users or seats with a refund option and also let users retrieve their data if they decide not to renew.

“Helpful sales tracking”
Pros
Since this is the software we use across the company, I can honestly say it has been really helpful for the business especially when it comes to tracking sales and handling everything around that.
Cons
It's not a very user-friendly platform right away. You need at least a bit of training before you can really use it properly.

“All-in-one sales control”
Pros
This is a well-rounded product that gives you great control over your business. It works as a complete sales platform with integrated email, sales and growth tools and it makes tracking everything very easy, whether it's customer activity or sales calls.
Cons
A few competing tools with similar modules do offer a broader set of features.

“Flexible setup and support”
Pros
The biggest advantage has been how customizable the software is. It can be configured to match specific business needs and workflows really well which makes it much more practical to use day to day. Whenever support is needed, the customer service team is excellent and genuinely helpful. It also comes with a great range of integrations which adds a lot of value.
Cons
One area that could definitely be better is the scheduling tool since it still feels like it needs improvement. I'd also like to see the automation features developed further and made more advanced.

“Easy setup and app”
Pros
As the administrator rather than a day-to-day user, the biggest thing I can say is that deployment went incredibly well. The setup process is easy and users can start using it quickly without much training at all. Everything feels very simple and the app is excellent too.
Cons
There really aren't many issues for me to point out. If I had to mention one, it would be that the web interface is missing some of the search and sorting functionality I was used to in my previous CRM. That said, it keeps improving regularly and I'm pretty confident I won't be missing anything before long.

“Affordable lead tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of all our sales leads has become much simpler with this tool. It also helps us stay on top of follow-ups so nothing gets missed. The mobile apps are a real plus and the interface is clean, easy and user-friendly.
Cons
It's not packed with a lot of advanced features but at this price point that hardly feels like a real downside. Compared with software like Salesforce, it offers excellent value. That said, it's still important to see it for what it is, a simple solution.

“Pipeline visibility that works”
Pros
The left-to-right pipeline layout is the part I enjoy most. It lets me see not just where each prospect stands but also how many prospects are sitting in each stage. That makes prioritizing a lot more easy because I can judge customer status at a glance and decide what needs attention first. Instead of jumping around trying to work out who is where, I can look at it for 10 seconds, know exactly where things stand for the day and start prioritizing prospects and tasks right away. When I first began using it to sell funnels, it made tracking so much easier.
Cons
Honestly, there's very little to complain about and nothing specific comes to mind. It's simple, easy and works exactly the way you'd expect it to.

“Helpful lead alerts”
Pros
It has been really helpful to get notified whenever a lead is added, assigned, won or lost. I can also set leads for my team and if no activity happens on an assigned lead, it turns red. That makes it much easier to keep everyone focused on their leads and ensure each one gets a proper response and follow-up.
Cons
At this point, I don't have anything to complain about. I'm happy with how it's working right now.

Pros
Getting the team up and running takes almost no effort because the platform is very easy to use so there's no need to spend much time or energy on training.
