“Pipeline and email tracking”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels very user friendly. It lets me manage my pipeline, set tasks and keep everything organized in one place which I really appreciate. One feature I especially enjoy is the email integration since it alerts me when someone opens my email or clicks a link inside it.
Cons
Reporting side is the part I do not enjoy as much. It can be pretty confusing and if you type even one thing incorrectly, it can throw off the entire report.

“Great for small businesses”
Pros
For a small company, this software feels indispensable. At a low cost, it gives you plenty of useful options that can really support your business especially when it comes to providing statistics and assisting with forms whenever needed.
Cons
The downside is that it's not as simple as we would like and from time to time it throws errors when trying to send emails to certain platforms.

“Helpful sales tool”
Pros
It's been a really good partner for sales because it helps monitor my sales and keeps client handling convenient and manageable. The app is also very simple to use.
Cons
When I first open it, it can be a little slow to load but after that it works fine. Overall, it's still a cool app.

“Flexible platform”
Pros
After spending a long time searching for the most efficient CRM we could find, this turned out to be the one. We had still been relying on spreadsheets for a lot of our data tracking so the freedom in formatting and the simple interface were two of the biggest things we appreciated. We also needed customized web forms to collect leads for one of our courses and that fit our needs well. On top of that, being able to create multiple pipelines really helped align our process.
Cons
I'd like to see better consistency between the web version and the mobile app. Email syncing also felt like an area that needs improvement although we've been able to work around it.

“Easy pipeline management”
Pros
Getting started with this tool has been pretty easy especially since it connects nicely with Google Accounts. I only began using it recently and transferring leads from Freshsales into it has been extremely simple. It also helps me manage the lead pipeline well and moving leads through each stage is very convenient.
Cons
I'm still in the process of learning the tool so I haven't run into any bugs or noticeable flaws in the software yet.

“User-friendly software”
Pros
If you're looking for a CRM that feels simple to use and easy to understand, this is one I'd definitely recommend. It also works well with other sales tools so integration hasn't been an issue at all.
Cons
One thing it's missing is the ability to set goals for individual sales reps which makes it harder to track each person's productivity.

“Boards and email sync”
Pros
The standout feature for me is the email integration along with the visualisation. As a PM, being able to view everything laid out on boards is especially helpful.
Cons
Setting up the filters can be a bit fiddly and there's no option to customise the fields.

“Great for small teams”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy and using it day to day doesn't take much effort. It has the core functionality a small business needs to operate efficiently and support growth.
Cons
It's fairly basic and doesn't include as many features as a lot of competing products. As the business expands, there's a good chance it will need to move to another CRM platform which could end up being expensive.

It's available for both Apple in the App Store and Android on Google Play, includes email integration and lets you create sales reports.

“top CRM performance”
Pros
After trying quite a few CRMs, this one feels right up there with the biggest names in the space.

“Beautiful design”
Pros
This software feels incredibly well designed. It's very easy to use and training a new employee on it doesn't take much time at all. At this point, I'd say it's the best CRM available on the market.
Cons
Since the company is still fairly young and growing fast, a few features are still on the way and haven't been released yet. That said, with how massively the company has expanded over the past year, I'm confident those features will be added soon.

“Practical integrations”
Pros
After trying quite a few CRMs, this one has been a really great choice. It's easy to use and keeps the actions focused on what you actually need, without piling on extra features that don't add much value. The integration with Google Calendar and other Google apps is also very convenient and makes day-to-day work much simpler.
Cons
I can't think of anything I dislike about it at this point.

“Great workflow visibility”
Pros
Right away, the software felt very user-friendly and I really appreciate how customizable it is. Everything is placed exactly where I need it which makes the workflow feel organized and efficient. Being able to view the potential revenue in the pipeline is also a feature I really enjoy ,)
Cons
Honestly, there isn't much for me to complain about with this software. The only thing I'd like to have is a bulk emailing option but it's not a major issue for me.

“Easy sales tracking”
Pros
Running a small company, this software has been incredibly simple to work with. It may not be the flashiest option out there so I wouldn't say it's the best fit for big teams or larger companies managing lots of active clients and projects. That said, for a business our size, it's been extremely useful and has completely changed the way we handle sales. Our sales team really appreciates how simple it is to stay on top of sales activities and the added light project management features give us even more value from the platform.
Cons
Compared with some of the bigger names in this space, it doesn't quite measure up in every area. Still, considering the lower cost, there's a lot of value packed into it. I'm also not convinced it would work especially well for larger teams or companies but for the needs of a small business, it does the job really well.

“Budget-friendly funnels”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of this software is the affordable pricing. It's also really helpful that you can create custom sales funnels which makes it adaptable for different kinds of teams.
Cons
It still feels limited in some ways. You're required to create "deals," and that setup doesn't always translate well to every type of business.

“Custom onboarding”
Pros
The onboarding video goes into a lot of detail and walks through every field, plus all the places where you can customize the tool to fit your specific needs.
Cons
I do wish the onboarding were interactive instead of being only a video and the chatbots can be pretty annoying.

Pros
Being able to send unlimited messages is a big plus. Setting up A/B split tests, double reconfirmation and post automation is also very easy and doesn't take much effort.
Cons
Drag-and-drop features feel a little slow on my computer although that may be more related to my PC's performance than the software itself.

“Fast payments but pricey plans”
Pros
It feels a bit like a bad habit with how expensive it is but the payoff is immediate results that help me get paid faster.
Cons
The price is definitely too high but I haven't found another tool that can send contracts and help me collect payment as quickly so I'm pretty much stuck with PI. It does have some clever features though editing a proposal can be a little tough at times.

“Gmail-friendly tool”
Pros
Coming from other pipeline management tools, this felt familiar right away and matched what I was expecting. The Gmail and Chrome integration is quick to set up which makes the platform feel very approachable in day-to-day use. The interface is polished and well built and as a CRM it does a really strong job of keeping customer management up to standard. It also stores and tracks all customer-related information, including phone calls and voicemails which is especially valuable if you run a sales-focused business.
Cons
One part that gets a bit frustrating is managing activities through Google Calendar since changing activity titles doesn't really work the way it should. Another limitation is that deals have to be viewed user by user, being able to see everyone's deals together in one place would be much better. Aside from those points, I really don't have many complaints because it's still a very good platform overall.
