“Affordable tool”
Pros
Running sales for a small non-profit theatre company, I chose this CRM because it fit our budget and still offered the features we needed. It connected nicely with our website and Office 360 which made setup more practical for our workflow. Having a clear view of the pipeline at any moment helped us forecast quickly and more accurately and that ended up making a noticeable difference in our sales results.
Cons
Getting the initial data migrated was a bit challenging. Some of that came from trying to handle the move ourselves from a very outdated database. After the transfer was completed though, everything worked out well.

“Powerful platform and project hub”
Pros
Right away, the interface felt very familiar to me in a Jira-like way which made it comfortable to work in. On top of that, it goes well beyond being just a CRM since it also functions as a project management system.
Cons
As with any platform, there's always room for ongoing UX improvements but honestly there isn't anything significant that stands out as a dislike for me.

“Simple software”
Pros
After dealing with Oracle for CRM, this has been a huge relief. Oracle was confusing, overly complicated and incredibly expensive and hardly anyone could work out how to get anything done. We had to rely on our inside sales team to manage everything which made the whole process frustrating. This, on the other hand, is simple and much more affordable. I was able to pick it up without any training and we've been really happy with it.
Cons
There are only a few minor inconveniences, like the fact that only organizations can have addresses attached to them. That becomes a bit awkward when exporting information. It's not a dealbreaker and there are ways around it but it would definitely be better if that were easier to manage. Overall, it's a pretty small complaint.

“Sales-focused pipeline”
Pros
Built with sales teams in mind, this platform really leans into pipeline management. It also connects well with email tools and similar integrations and getting started doesn't take much time or effort.
Cons
It doesn't offer the same level of depth as broader CRMs like Salesforce and to me it feels designed more for sales reps than as a general CRM that works equally well for every team member.

“Helpful pipeline visibility”
Pros
Even without every extra feature, it worked really well for my sales team. The dashboard was especially useful because it let me quickly see what was in my pipeline or check someone else's without any hassle.
Cons
It was missing some of the features I needed for my last sales team although it was a perfect fit for the sales organization I worked with before. It also doesn't offer as much customization as the larger platforms especially when it comes to things like changing field names.

“constant updates”
Pros
Using this software feels very easy because it follows a simple pipeline-based setup for managing your workflow. The product team keeps improving it too, with recent additions like custom fields, workflow automation, email integrations and more, all while keeping the pricing very competitive. The automatic contact import saves a lot of time and having support for multiple pipelines makes it useful for much more than just sales, including prospecting and different product sales processes. The mobile app is also fast and does a really good job of helping you stay updated on contacts, deals, sales and tasks.
Cons
Even though the interface is simple, the color scheme could be much better. At times, the app feels visually dull, almost like looking at a plain office cubicle so the option to add custom brand colors would be a welcome improvement. Another thing missing from the web app is a dashboard view like the one available on mobile since that kind of overview is very helpful for quickly checking sales, tasks, deals, forecasts and the bigger picture overall.

“Organized pipeline and setup”
Pros
Getting started with it is pretty easy even for people with very different levels of technical experience. The way deals and stages are structured makes everything feel organized and moving between leads and deals is simple.
Cons
It's user-friendly but the integration we use for marketing automation, is fairly limited. The one-way data sync means updates can be pushed from Mautic into Pipedrive but not back the other way and that can be frustrating.

“Flexible categories”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is being able to define the pipeline categories yourself which makes the setup feel much more customized to the way the team works.
Cons
At the company I worked for, the pipeline was very long and it was often difficult to view the whole thing at once.

There are still some problems when writing emails through the system especially around handling changes, replies and similar follow-up actions.

“User-friendly sales workflow”
Pros
Getting a sales process set up around the purchase journey is very easy and the platform is simple to work with overall. The workflow automation is also a nice addition even if it still needs a bit more depth before it becomes truly useful.
Cons
A weak spot is the limited integration support especially when it comes to Zapier. Since they make it clear they do not take responsibility for those integrations, it seems likely those gaps will remain. The email sync also needs improvement because it is not very reliable.

“Powerful sales CRM”
Pros
This feels like a full CRM package with all the automation features needed in one place. It connects with plenty of third-party marketing automation tools which makes it even more useful. It works especially well as a Sales CRM and I also appreciate that there's no extra cost for the API key. Another big plus is that it runs across all operating systems.
Cons
There really aren't any major issues with this software. Adding two-factor authentication would make it even better and the pricing is a little on the higher side.

“Clean UI”
Pros
Interface is clean and easy and the wide range of reports plus export options is especially useful for deeper analysis which I rely on every week.
Cons
After a while, it becomes difficult to maintain or automate certain workflows. Some information ends up buried in deal details which makes it harder to pull up quickly when needed.

“Flexible setup”
Pros
Getting started was quick and using it day to day feels very easy while still giving us all the flexibility we need. The integrations with Drive, Calendar and Gmail are genuinely helpful and even the basic view gives everyone a lot of useful information at a glance.
Cons
Reporting options are a bit limited and could be expanded to cover more areas although exporting to Excel handles most of what's missing.

Pros
Using it has been really easy and the functionality covers what I need. The integrations work well and the pricing feels very reasonable for everything that's included.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve if you're not sure how to build out your platform so it can feel overwhelming at first. That said, their customer support is very helpful and will guide you through any issues that come up.

“Overpriced and missing basics”
Pros
We were originally planning to go with amoCRM but chose to give this system a try instead and that turned out to be the wrong call. On the plus side, it does let you track traffic sources and the chance of losing data is quite low since the platform creates backups across several servers at the same time.
Cons
Subscription for this management system is nearly twice the price of amoCRM while offering fewer features. It doesn't keep a history of customer interactions, saved filters are missing and there's no IP telephony integration. Overall, it simply doesn't justify the cost.

“Pipeline visibility makes it a favorite”
Pros
Having a setup where I can build a pipeline for every new prospect and keep a clear view of deal progress is exactly what I needed. That visibility is a big reason this has become my favorite dealmaking tool.
Cons
One thing I'd still want is the ability to assign colors to categories. It would also be helpful to create pipeline deals in multiple colors.

“Visual pipeline that works”
Pros
Dragging and dropping contacts through the sales pipeline is one of the most useful parts of this platform. It makes managing everything feel very easy and gives a clear visual picture of where each contact stands at every stage of the sales process.
Cons
I do wish it offered more integrations but aside from that, it's a really great CRM especially for someone who prefers a visual way of working.
