Clean layout but tricky customization

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how simple the interface is. Everything is organized well and laid out nicely.

Cons

Customizing potential client records sometimes feels harder than it should and there can be a fairly steep learning curve when trying to work through it.

Reporting limitations

Pros

It works as a very easy CRM. The navigation feels simple, it's easy to move around without getting lost and the sales pipeline visuals are genuinely well done. It also gives great value for the money especially if you want something simple and usable without too much complexity.

Cons

On the downside, it would be much better with Outlook or other email software integrations. It also lacks built-in telephony or other communication options which can be limiting and the custom reporting features are not as extensive as I would like.

steep learning curve

Pros

Keeping track of our clients' progress has been really useful with this software especially since it records the deadlines for each step that needs to be completed on time. It helps a lot with staying organized and making sure nothing gets missed in the process.

Cons

Getting around the system was difficult at the beginning and it took me about a week to really understand and get comfortable using it. I also think it would be much more helpful if it included a notification feature so we could instantly see updates on the status of our deals.

Sales pipeline tracking

Pros

Being able to follow exactly where each client sits in my sales pipeline was a huge plus for me. I set up my entire process once and after that, I just added each new client and watched them move from lead to prospect to client.

Cons

Feature set feels a bit limited when you stack it up against other CRMs. I'd also like more flexibility and more ways to actually use the client information I enter into the system.

handy integrations

Pros

To deal with day-to-day tasks is much easier because it follows every detail step by step for both me and my team. It has cut down a lot on the handwritten sticky notes I used to rely on since everything is right there just a click away. The Excel and Google Sheets plug-ins are a big plus as well and putting together charts and graphs for clients to review is very convenient.

Cons

One thing that could be better is the lack of a way to clearly distinguish certain leads by the category we need. Aside from that, the system works well overall and it really just needs a few business-specific adjustments.

Sales tracking that keeps pace

Pros

Keeping up with sales feels a lot less mentally draining with this tool. Creating, merging and updating leads, deals and tasks is very easy. The way it prompts the next activity right after you finish one is especially helpful because when you use it properly, it becomes really hard to lose track of a deal or forget what stage it is in. The email and calendar integrations add a lot of value and the portfolio estimation feature gives a helpful view of expected revenue.

Cons

Honestly, there is not much to complain about. The only downside is that we are not using the paid version even though it looks like it would save time and is fairly priced. The more useful plan costs about the same as Salesforce's basic version which feels much less useful by comparison.

great CRM for small teams

Pros

For a startup or small business with a team of fewer than 10, this CRM fits really well. It's easy to use and includes the standard features you'd expect from a sales CRM. The pipeline view with stage-based visualization is probably the most familiar part of the interface. On top of that, the email and calendar integrations, along with tags, notes and reminders, help keep sales work organized and partly automated.

Cons

One area that feels restrictive is the deal access and permission setup. We collaborate with external partners and channel contacts and ideally they would be able to update activities tied to specific deals without seeing the deals we manage directly. That setup is hard to achieve here. Because of that, we still end up relying on spreadsheets with external partners and then manually transferring updates into the CRM which makes the whole process more time-consuming and tedious.

Organized sales tracking and reports

Pros

From day-to-day lead handling to management reporting, this tool keeps both the sales team and upper management much more organized. Sales reps can quickly pull up lead data, while leadership gets clear statistics and reporting numbers. It also creates a better connection between the field team and management since lead updates can be entered directly into the app as soon as they are available. Another useful part is that it integrates with Google apps such as Calendar and Mail.

Cons

Pricing is a bit on the higher side. There are other options in the market so it does not feel fully worth the cost for freelancers or startups.

Fresh customer and sales boost

Pros

Bringing this software into our company felt like adding something genuinely new. It helps us build stronger connections with customers, keeps our contacts organized so relationships stay closer and handles sales really well while also giving me clear sales reports. It's simple to work with and one of the biggest advantages is being able to manage contacts from another CRM too.

Cons

The only issue I ran into was when I was on a lower plan but once I switched plans, the experience improved a lot. I really appreciated the support I received and overall it has been excellent software that's absolutely worth the cost.

Powerful win-loss workflow

Pros

The win/loss ratio feature is one of the best I've worked with. It can move a deal from one stage to the next and keeps the workflow organized all the way through.

Cons

It would be even better with built-in internal email messaging so the entire process could be managed from a single place.

Outstanding CRM personalization

Pros

Among the CRM tools available, this one feels like the best option on the market. The platform is very well organized and it makes it simple to achieve the level of personalization needed. I can import spreadsheets directly into the system which helps a lot when adapting to each client's specific requirements. It also lets me build customized reports and send them straight to company email addresses.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about this software. Everything has worked perfectly for me and I fully plan to keep using it for many years.

Travel-friendly scheduling

Pros

Using this app feels very simple. It's especially useful when I'm traveling and it syncs perfectly with my schedule. I've never even had to contact customer support because everything is clear, easy and simple to navigate.

Cons

The only issue I can remember was having trouble pulling a specific report once but that was more than a year ago.

Sales organization that delivers

Pros

Across different kinds of organizations, this tool works really well. It has been a big help for our team when it comes to managing sales and keeping everything organized.

Cons

A few features still need some improvement at this stage but overall it remains a really great piece of software. It has been very good for us and I'd definitely recommend it.

dull drag-and-drop

Pros

Right away, the interface feels well thought out and the platform comes packed with the features we need. It has been especially helpful for turning sales of our different SaaS products into business with clients overseas.

Cons

One downside is the drag-and-drop function which feels a little awkward to use on the platform and could definitely use some improvement.

Simple CRM for small teams

Pros

Compared with Salesforce, this feels far more simple to work with even if it is not as powerful. For a startup or a company with fewer than 10 sales reps, it works much better as a CRM. The Zapier integration is also a big plus because it connects nicely with the rest of our SaaS tools.

Cons

Any time something seems off, getting it resolved through customer support becomes frustrating. They reply quickly but because they cannot access the account due to their own GDPR restrictions, figuring out the issue turns into a slow process.

Helpful integrations but weak pipeline

Pros

Connecting it with MailChimp and Google was pretty easy. It also works well with click-to-call dialers which makes follow-up a little more manageable.

Cons

Pipeline is hard to work through when follow-up involves a lot of steps. It would probably fit sales teams with a simpler process better but in insurance it doesn't really support all the steps that are needed.

Fantastic support

Pros

Using it has been very easy and the customer support has been wonderful whenever needed. It connects well with email, works with nearly every Google profile without much hassle and can even be used entirely from a mobile device.

Cons

Haven't run into anything I truly dislike. If I had to point out one thing, I'd say the price could be a little lower.
