“polished interface”
Pros
Interface feels very user-friendly and polished which makes the platform pleasant to use. It seems simple at first but once you spend more time with it, you discover a lot more features that let you customize the CRM to match your company's specific needs.
Cons
All in all, it feels like the platform already includes everything needed and has the potential to be one of the best sales CRM tools out there. My only small suggestion would be to extend the 14-day trial and make it at least 30 days.

“Useful reports but limited exports”
Pros
What that has been really useful is the reporting from the activity history board and upcoming activities. The sidebar can also be customized with specific details that fit our company which makes the setup feel more relevant to how we work.
Cons
I'd really like to see the statistics feature improved. I also wanted to export more complex data to work with recent months but that wasn't possible.

“CRM imports and sales tracking”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of this software is how well it connects with other tools, along with the ability to import data even from another CRM without major technical issues. Another strong point is that it helps manage upcoming sales activities like meetings, lunches and calls and it sends reminders by email or SMS so nothing gets overlooked.
Cons
It strikes me as a very complete and simple platform and overall it's simple to work with. I honestly don't have any real complaints about it. There is also the option to pay annual fees for a single user. The only recommendation I would make is that the person responsible for handling the software in a company or store should have some knowledge of digital marketing as well as basic administration.

“Easy setup”
Pros
It feels very natural to use. The interface is clear and easy and the onboarding process makes it simple to begin using right away.
Cons
Over time, it seems like the product has become less innovative with the new features it releases to customers. Meanwhile some competitors are starting to offer more functionality.

“handy mobile app”
Pros
Getting started with this CRM is pretty easy and the email integration is really useful. The mobile app is especially valuable for sales managers and the settings can be customized without much trouble.
Cons
There is still a bit of a learning curve when you're brand new to the platform. It also may not be enough for larger businesses since it doesn't offer as much functionality as some competing CRM tools.

“Clean interface”
Pros
Compared with other popular CRMs I've used, this one is much more easy and doesn't take hours of self-teaching just to handle the basics. The interface is clean, navigation is simple and the contact layout makes it quick to see where someone is in the funnel along with their most recent interaction. I also appreciate that every update to a contact record is automatically logged with who made the change and when which makes it much easier to follow up and get more context on an interaction.
Cons
There are still a few more screens and button clicks than I'd like at times especially when adding new contacts one by one.

“Flexible pipeline tracking”
Pros
Being able to drag and drop a lead into a specific stage of the sales cycle is the feature I enjoy most. It really helps because sales steps don't always move in a straight line. I also appreciate that the sales data is organized by stage by default which makes it much easier to look up leads that are sitting in a particular part of the company's process.
Cons
At the same time, it doesn't feel especially unique. It's still another CRM that asks users to import existing sales data for leads, contacts and current customers. When a new lead comes in, you still have to create a new account and enter all the related details manually so there isn't really any extra time saved. That said, if this is your first time putting a CRM system in place, those steps may feel newer and the onboarding will probably be easier to accept.

“Great fit beyond enterprise”
Pros
Setup and configuration were quick and easy. I've worked with SFDC at several companies and for most use cases it feels like more than what's actually needed. This is a really strong fit for nearly every business except the very largest enterprises.
Cons
I'd love to see integrations for Google Contacts, FullContact and other contact databases. Having those connections would save me from updating the same information in multiple places.

“accurate insights”
Pros
One thing that has really worked well is how flexible it is. We can adjust and adapt the business as needed and the system keeps us updated with accurate customer information. It also helps us quickly spot offers that have very little potential which saves time and helps us focus better.
Cons
The only issue I have run into from time to time is that if I stay inactive for a while during the day, it logs me out. Aside from that, it has been useful for me and works well.

“Stellar interface and integrations”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels incredibly user-friendly and the visual interface and overall experience are genuinely outstanding. The integrations with G Suite and ActiveCampaign are also a big plus and add a lot of value.
Cons
One thing I really wish it included is a more powerful email campaign and sequence flow planner like the ones in ActiveCampaign, AgileCRM, Infusionsoft or Ontraport. If they added that, it would easily outperform the competition.

“Clear pipeline visibility”
Pros
Everything we need is built into this software. It keeps track of the full pipeline, tasks, contacts and stats in one place. The customization options let us add meaningful detail around potential customers which makes it much clearer where each deal stands and why. That visibility helps the whole team stay aligned and understand exactly where the business is at. We also rely a lot on the customizable stats dashboard and pipeline views because they give us a quick snapshot whenever we do not need to dig into all the finer details.
Cons
It is a reliable platform and it does offer some customization, just not a huge amount. If you need to build a highly detailed system that can continue to function as a deeper long-term CRM, this likely will not be the right fit.

“too many filters”
Pros
One thing that works really well is the ability to build drip campaigns and track them at every stage which has been especially valuable for our sales team even if it's not as helpful for support. It also gives you plenty of options for setting reminders and follow-ups which helps keep things moving.
Cons
Learning curve feels steeper than it should be for what the platform actually offers. You also have to set up sales filters if you want to organize and funnel that data correctly and before long there are more filters than you really know what to do with. It's not a huge problem but it does become tedious. The upside is that once those filters are in place, you usually don't have to set them up again.

“Trello-style sales fit”
Pros
When we first built out our sales team, this software was a really strong fit because it looked and functioned a lot like Trello. If you already use Trello and enjoy that style of working, there's a good chance you'll really enjoy this platform too.
Cons
As our team expanded, we started to run into some limitations. We eventually switched to HubSpot mainly because we needed stronger marketing automation along with built-in email and phone features.

“useful integrations”
Pros
Being able to customize the pipeline has been a big plus. Adding deals and moving them through each stage feels very easy and the newer integrations especially Panda Docs, have been really useful.
Cons
We ended up outgrowing the platform fairly quickly. The reporting side also needs more depth, particularly for win/loss tracking, performance metrics and sales rep-specific insights.

“Best prospect tracking”
Pros
Keeping tabs on where each prospect stands became much more manageable with this service. I needed something that would clearly show me the stage I was at with different leads and this was by far the best option and the simplest one to use.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the email open tracking. It doesn't tell the difference between me and the actual recipient so if I open an email I just sent, it still logs it as if the recipient opened it.

“Clean visuals with limited scale”
Pros
Getting around it feels very easy. I really appreciate how clearly it shows where everything stands visually. The mobile app is also very well executed especially since a lot of mobile CRMs tend to fall short.
Cons
It doesn't perform very well when you're managing a high volume of contacts or deals. Since everything has to sit inside a pipeline, there isn't much visual distinction between leads and deals or at least not enough.

“Easy interface for sales teams”
Pros
Right away, the beautiful, simple interface makes the software very user-friendly. Training new employees on it has been simple and getting it integrated into our internal sales workflow was a feasible process. It also gives our sales team the flexibility to customize the platform around our specific needs and goals. On top of that, the pricing works well for smaller teams too.
Cons
The weak point has been customer support. I'd describe the team as poor and inefficient and we've never received a reply to a support ticket in less than 48 hours.

Pros
It takes very little time to start because the workflow is simple to understand. On top of that, the support team and customer service have been very responsive and helpful whenever needed.

“Helpful sales tracking and quotes”
Pros
Running sales for a small organization feels much more organized with this tool. It gives clients clear product details and great attention during the sales process, keeps negotiations in order and makes it simple to follow the status of each one. It also helps a lot when preparing quotes quickly and in advance which has been a big advantage.
Cons
Do not have many complaints. The only thing I would really suggest is adding better tutorials for beginners because getting started was quite difficult for me at first.

“easy deal tracking”
Pros
One feature I really appreciate in this software is how it handles deal-related emails. When a deal involves people who usually are not connected to the project, I can simply cc the project on the email and it gets automatically recorded in the deal details. That makes it much easier to keep everything documented in one place.
Cons
The CRM side of the platform is not as strong as some other tools I have used. It works very well for prospecting but over time, when I need to look up more complete client information, it does not fully cover what my team needs to consistently manage contact details and track project status.
