“Handy contact entry but risky popups”
Pros
Having one window where I can add multiple contacts to an existing deal is a real time-saver especially since I need to enter several contacts every day. That part of the workflow is really convenient and helps cut down on repetitive steps. One issue I do have though, is that the system can be a little slow to load at times.
Cons
A couple of things have been frustrating. First, it can be somewhat slow when loading. Second, the popup used for adding contacts to existing deals does not always save or refresh the information entered automatically. If the popup gets closed by mistake, everything typed in can be lost. That has happened to me 2 or 3 times.

“Clear pipeline visibility”
Pros
Seeing deals move step by step through the sales pipeline is really satisfying. The layout is visual, easy and makes it clear where everything stands. It does exactly what I need it to do without piling on extra stuff.
Cons
Handling partnerships from the deal view can be frustrating. I'd also prefer if it worked more like a contact management tool instead of being focused only on deal management.

“great contact transfer”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the pipeline, along with how user-friendly the platform feels overall. Moving contacts across several different platforms is also very convenient which saves a lot of time.
Cons
The biggest frustration is that there's only a single field for a full name. That creates problems during export because anyone with a middle initial, prefix, suffix or a hyphenated last name can end up scrambled once the data is moved into an Excel sheet.

“User-friendly and time-saving”
Pros
It's helped my team spend more time on real work instead of constantly dealing with customer interactions. The system is very user friendly so getting people trained on it only takes a few minutes.
Cons
It covers pretty much everything needed but the price is quite high for a relatively small company.

“Powerful CRM insights”
Pros
The CRM system is the standout for me because it collects a huge amount of data and then shows your company clearly how well or how poorly, customer relationships are being handled and how that impacts the business.
Cons
Honestly, I'm happy with pretty much everything. The only issue is on my side since I don't always keep up with monitoring the reports but overall it's excellent software that really helps encourage communication with customers.

“useful features”
Pros
Right from the basic pricing plan, it includes plenty of useful functionality and the UX/UI feels very user-friendly and simple.
Cons
Costs can climb quickly once extra features and integrations are added and the reporting capabilities feel a little limited.

“Easy tool for faster sales”
Pros
Their CRM is really well put together especially with how simple the interface feels. It's been a huge help for my sales team since they can manage leads without a lot of hassle, get straight to the point and move deals toward closing much faster.
Cons
Pricing does feel a bit too high for many small and medium-sized businesses. On top of that, being cloud-based can be a drawback at times especially when internet connectivity becomes an issue.

“Fast sales workflow”
Pros
Among the simpler Sales CRMs I've used, this one stands out for helping sales move fast and stay efficient. It doesn't take long to learn at all so you can start using it almost right away. The filtering and bulk edit features are especially useful when you need to pull reports quickly or reassign a large number of records to someone else in one go.
Cons
There are still a few limitations, mainly around customization since the options feel somewhat restricted. It was also frustrating not being able to create multiple deals at the same time especially after uploading a batch of customers and wanting to convert all of them into deals at once.

“Clear pipeline visibility”
Pros
Having a clear visual pipeline from the earliest sales stages through to closed deals is really useful. It gives a strong picture of where everything stands and among the tools built for this, it does that job very well.
Cons
It handles the basics well but I ran into issues with the email integration pulling in messages I didn't want included. The setup was also confusing and in the end it didn't scale to the volume I needed without losing its usefulness. It feels better suited to a smaller sales team managing around 5 to 30 opportunities at a time.

“Easy lead tracking hub”
Pros
Back when I was at a marketing agency, this software came through for me a lot. The interface is very simple and it really helps keep all the details about a lead or client gathered in one place. On top of that, the FAQ and help resources are extensive and genuinely useful.
Cons
One thing that was pretty frustrating at times was getting logged out after only a short period of inactivity.

“Trello-style workflow advantage”
Pros
Compared with competing products, the one standout benefit is its Trello-style layout. Building that kind of task flow directly inside the CRM feels much more natural and convenient.
Cons
The pricing is hard to justify. To be honest, other tools offer basically the same features for free so there really isn't much reason to pay even with the different approach this product uses.

“Versatile features and integrations”
Pros
Handling multiple users, managers and similar roles on this platform feels very easy. It comes with plenty of useful features and it also connects well with a wide range of other platforms.
Cons
One downside is that the customer support team is not as fast to respond as expected. On top of that, there is no phone number to call since everything has to go through email or online chat which can make support harder to deal with.

“Clean interface”
Pros
Getting started with it was easy and the setup didn't take much time at all. The UI/UX feels clean, simple and well organized and being able to visually assign a value to each deal is a really useful feature.
Cons
Customization around the deal value is limited. There are times when I want to build a talent pipeline for candidates and that feature doesn't really work well for that use case.

“Scalable CRM”
Pros
Coming from years of using Salesforce, I was dreading setting up another CRM for the startup I run now. We didn't need anything overly heavy or packed with enterprise-level features yet so once I came across this one, we decided to try it. We started with just 30 wholesale accounts and since then we've grown to more than 2,000. At this point, I'm managing our boutique and specialty store channel across 1,000 stores, along with my key account pipeline for major retailers, all in the same system. It's incredibly simple and very quick to learn, honestly to the point where I didn't need any demos to get going. Since then, I've explored the resources they provide and have been able to get even more value from it. The usability and overall interface are outstanding. On top of that, the pricing has been a big plus, we began on the entry-level plan and it's set up in a way that makes it simple to grow as we do.
Cons
Over the last two years, there were probably only 2 or 3 times when I wanted to create more advanced reports or run specific data exports and couldn't because the feature just wasn't there. That said, we were always able to come up with a workaround and it feels like a very minor tradeoff considering how aligned and user-friendly the CRM is overall.

“handy layout”
Pros
Opening the platform and seeing the pipeline laid out so clearly is something I really enjoy. It's simple to move deals through the stages, keep tabs on everything and the overall layout feels well designed. Bringing data in is fairly easy too.
Cons
Where it really falls short is the amount of manual work involved. I had to enter everything by hand and that turned into a major problem over time. The Gmail integrations also aren't very strong and since it doesn't pull information from open sources like LinkedIn, all the data has to be sourced manually.

“Pipes deals to the finish”
Pros
Nothing moves the pipeline and pushes deals forward quite like this does, it keeps everything focused on getting deals where they belong, on the dotted line.
Cons
The name can be taken the wrong way and come across as sounding weaker than Salesforce especially since "the pipe" seems to be pushed harder than "sales" are forced.

“Easy pipeline tracking”
Pros
From lead tracking to active projects, this software keeps the right information in one place without feeling overly complicated. It gives clear visibility into potential opportunities in the company marketing pipeline, imports client lists without much hassle and helps the team stay on top of the next step for each client.
Cons
I haven't tested the email marketing or landing page features for collecting contact information yet. One thing I'd still like to see is automatic capture of customer lead data directly from a company website.

“endless flexibility”
Pros
After more than a year of using this software, I honestly have nothing but positive things to say about it. It has been completely reliable for us the entire time. Just about anything you would want from a CRM can be handled through the platform and its integrations. Getting comfortable with it takes almost no time because the interface feels very simple. The amount of customization available through fields and the level of detail you can keep on contacts and deals is impressive. It also connects with Gmail, automatically pulls in emails and even triggers draft messages whenever a new deal is created. Features like reminders and deal rotting alerts are really useful and the reporting is thoughtfully built since you can dig into the details and export whatever information you need.
Cons
One minor annoyance is that it sometimes logs you out after you've been inactive for a while during the day but it really hasn't been much of an issue overall.

“Clear project tracking”
Pros
Working in my company's sales team, this has been a big help. It lets me keep every project organized and I can update things as opportunities grow or when a deal is lost. The visibility it gives me is excellent and I really love using it.
Cons
At times, prospects can get a bit lost among all the clients on the platform but aside from that, I really don't have any complaints.
