“Organized lead tracking”
Pros
Right away, this tool felt very well organized and it has really helped me stay on top of potential sales, while also letting me redirect and manage the leads that come in from different sources especially forms and landing pages. It gives me a clear view of how my work is progressing, how much I've sold during the month or across any specific time period and it makes it easier to move those leads forward so I can offer my company's products.
Cons
I haven't come across any major downsides. If anything, I'd like to see more API integrations for publishing forms on other websites. It would also be nice if the pricing were a bit lower although I understand that's part of how their business model works.

“Affordable start”
Pros
It doesn't cost much and the basic plan already comes with a lot of useful features. Once your business grows and you want to move up to options like email integration, follow-ups, templates and products, the pricing does start to feel a bit high.
Cons
The embedded forms on a website don't look all that polished and I also think the basic plan could use a few more improvements.

“Easy navigation and useful features”
Pros
Getting around the software feels effortless and each step naturally leads to the next without any confusion. The drag-and-drop option is really useful and it includes all the features I actually need.
Cons
Haven't come across any real flaws in the software. It's accessible, simple to navigate and very user-friendly overall.

“Too basic for reporting”
Pros
This tool works well for keeping tabs on a small team. The interface is easy which really helps when sales is only a small part of everyone's role.
Cons
The downside is that the product doesn't offer much in terms of features or reporting. It feels very basic overall and seems better suited only for a small team.

“Perfect fit for small teams”
Pros
Compared with heavier options like Salesforce, this feels much more suited to a small business. It gives our team everything we need to succeed in a CRM without all the extra complexity. The interface looks polished, feels simple and is simple to work with and the metrics and key information are presented clearly at a glance. One of my favorite parts is how customizable the pipeline is.
Cons
Form Builder is the one area I'd like to see improved. It needs some design updates before it becomes truly useful so for now it's probably a feature we'll leave untouched.

“Flexible pipeline and goal tracking”
Pros
The pipeline is very user-friendly and can be set up however you want. I also appreciate how the platform encourages more activity and keeps you motivated by showing progress visually. You can set goals and build activities around them which is really helpful.
Cons
Email side is where it falls short for me. It doesn't feel properly integrated unless that's something you have to pay extra for. Right now, you have to add an email address in BCC and because of that, you end up missing the replies.

“Useful integrations but tricky permissions”
Pros
It was fairly easy to use and it didn't take long to learn. The webhook connections with Zapier are really helpful and the Kixie phone integration is a nice plus.
Cons
One part that can be frustrating is restricting access to data for certain users. That was especially difficult to figure out at the beginning.

“Clean lead tracking”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface felt very easy for tracking leads and closing sales. The minimal design is a big plus too since it stays comfortable to use all the time without getting in the way.
Cons
Honestly, no real negatives come to mind. Other tools may offer similar features but if this is exactly what you need, it does the job well.

“Affordable tool”
Pros
Monthly pricing per user is quite affordable especially for how many features are included. It also connects with Zapier so just about anything can be integrated with it and we route leads from all over the place into this system across 10 different programs. The custom fields are a big plus and the built-in integrations with Google products are really useful. Overall, it's very simple to use.
Cons
At the same time, it's really built only for lead management because its lead capture capabilities are very limited. There is a form builder included but it looks bad and feels extremely basic. Because of that, we have to rely on another service to create attractive, customized lead forms and then send the responses into this platform through Zapier. There are also some PHP callback options for submitting leads but unless you're a very experienced programmer, they're hard to make sense of. On top of that, once you start handling large volumes of leads, the data can load really slowly.

“helpful support”
Pros
It delivers great value for the price and the interface is simple to work with. Customer support has also been reliable and helpful and the product keeps getting updated with new features on a regular basis.
Cons
Template automation is not quite as simple as it is with some competing tools. That said, once you get used to how it works, it stops being much of a problem.

“Powerful pipeline reporting”
Pros
Getting started with it was easy and the Pipeline Report views are something I really enjoy using. Customizing the reporting fields is simple and the mobile app has been especially useful for keeping up with things on the go. I'd still love to see the Sales Forecast feature added to the mobile app.
Cons
It still needs better support for SaaS and recurring revenue sales. I'd also like the email capture to be automated for more than one email account and right now emails don't automatically get assigned to a deal when you're working inside that deal.

“Incomplete Features and Slow Integrations”
Pros
The idea of syncing with Gmail is genuinely useful and on paper the feature set covers most of what you'd expect. The interface looks decent and the pricing feels fair if everything worked the way it should. Even with all the missing functionality, I'm still using it.
Cons
Still, almost none of the features are carried out particularly well. It really feels like beta software the whole way through. The site doesn't exactly crash but it comes across like the developers mapped out all the right features and only finished about a third of the implementation. The Gmail and Google Calendar integration is incomplete and slow and importing leads is frustrating enough that it creates nearly as much work as it's supposed to eliminate. I'm on the Gold plan.

“Flexible drag-and-drop workflow”
Pros
Working with it feels very simple thanks to the drag-and-drop setup and I really appreciate how flexible the system is. One feature that stands out in daily use is that it requires a next step to be assigned for every case or deal which helps keep everything moving and prevents tasks from being forgotten.
Cons
The biggest limitation for my needs was the lack of support for multilevel marketing. There are no features that let each user pay independently or track the performance of their downline so it really only fits flat sales structures.

“helpful support”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels approachable thanks to the online tutorials and a clean interface that doesn't take long to get used to. Customer service has also been excellent whenever help was needed. The pricing is reasonable, the monthly payment options are convenient and the level of customization makes it work well for different needs.
Cons
A couple of things could still be improved. The scrolling in the tables can be a bit awkward at times and there's currently no way to pull the latest update from the Notes section into each account or deal account. It would also help to have an option to link two company accounts together under the same parent umbrella.

“Handy CRM for client growth”
Pros
We absolutely love using it. It's a easy CRM that helps us keep track of client relationships, prospects and new accounts all in one place.
Cons
One thing we'd really like to see is an in-call feature or a way to connect Google Voice for calling. Email open notifications and click tracking would also be really useful additions.

“Smart design”
Pros
Two things I enjoyed most about it were its design and how simple it is to put SMS marketing into action. The platform is very manageable overall and even more so because everything feels comfortable to use the whole time, without anything getting in the way or making the experience unnecessarily complicated for anyone.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints. It's a very great tool for expanding email marketing efforts, offering a different approach to handling this area and helping achieve a variety of goals.

“Excellent value for growing teams”
Pros
Right from the start the pricing felt much more competitive than most other options. It works really well for small to mid-sized teams and the overall design is simple. Using it is pretty self-explanatory and getting everything set up was easy too. A bit of reading is still helpful but it's about as uncomplicated as possible without having to bring in a third-party consultant. Customer service has also been a strong point.
Cons
I'd still like to see more filtering options added. Filtering by team member, client name or business type can be a bit awkward at times. In some cases, it ends up being faster to export the data and sort it in Excel so that's something I hope gets improved in future updates.

“Favorite tool”
Pros
Out of all the CRMs I've worked with, this one has been my favorite. It's very simple to pick up, includes all the features I'd expect and the Kanban-style pipeline is incredibly flexible, honestly, it even makes using the system enjoyable.
Cons
Maybe I wasn't using it correctly but the revenue forecasting part of the pipeline felt a bit odd. I'd love an option to use the probability of closing a deal at a certain stage without having that same probability affect the revenue projection.

“Client tracking that clicks”
Pros
Handling activity across several clients is a big part of my job and this software fits that workflow really well. I often need to position similar solutions for different clients and being able to build pipelines that match that exact process has been incredibly useful. It's simple to navigate, keeps progress visible and connects well with my email, calendar and contacts. On top of that, whenever I've had a question, the support team has responded quickly and followed through.
Cons
Nothing to mention here.

“not fit for large companies”
Pros
One of the best parts is that it's free and getting started only requires your email plus a bit of personal and company information. It also helps a lot with planning sales strategies, acting almost like your own advisor, while giving you visibility into which products sell the most and which team members are performing the best.
Cons
The downside is that it's not really the right fit for large companies since it seems much more focused on smaller teams.
