“Feature-packed cloud CRM”
Pros
It feels a lot like BaseCRM which made it familiar right away. Since it's a fully cloud-based CRM tool, accessing it from anywhere is convenient. The Android app comes loaded with plenty of features and the web version gives you room to customize things to fit your workflow.
Cons
Even though it's very similar to BaseCRM, it's still missing a few important features especially texting support. On top of that, just like BaseCRM, the pricing is charged monthly per user instead of offering a package option which can get expensive.

“Huge time-saver for follow-up”
Pros
Keeping up with clients is everything in real estate and this app has saved me a lot of time. It's been really helpful for staying on top of communication and overall it's been a fantastic app to have.
Cons
There honestly aren't many downsides to mention. It's easy to use, not confusing at all and it's definitely something I plan to keep using and recommending to other people.

“Handy shared deal tracking”
Pros
This tool keeps a record of every deal in one place, lets you send emails directly from the platform and makes the information visible to the rest of the team when collaboration is needed.
Cons
It can start to feel overwhelming if it is not kept organized and updated regularly. When a lot of people are using it, you also need clear processes in place to keep everything consistent.

“Clear and simple design”
Pros
From my perspective everything feels very direct and upfront so it's hard to get confused about what each feature is meant to do.
Cons
I only tested the tool briefly and there wasn't much to actively dislike. The only real issue was that it didn't offer the level of capability our company needs which is why we're staying with Salesforce.

“Well-designed pipeline”
Pros
Everything about the sales pipeline layout feels logical and aligned with standard industry practices. It clearly seems to have been designed with users in mind and there's no unnecessary complexity at all. The whole thing is very easy and simple to work with.
Cons
Since it's still in beta, there's currently a bug affecting the Asana integration that needs to be resolved. Sadly, customer support hasn't been able to provide much help with it so it may actually be something on Asana's side.

“great sales tracking”
Pros
Coming from Salesforce, this CRM feels much more easy and user-friendly. It makes the sales process easier to follow and helps track deal progress clearly through each stage of the cycle. The system is simple to understand, easy to work in and still offers a lot of different features and capabilities.
Cons
One thing I'd really want added is Gmail integration as an email source since that's what everyone in our office uses.

“Useful follow-up and tracking”
Pros
Being able to do follow-ups and keep the information stored in one place is really helpful especially since interested people can go back and review the work later. It's also very simple to use.
Cons
Sometimes the application feels a little slow and there are still some features missing. I'm also not sure how long it will take before those improvements are added.

“Google sync and mobility”
Pros
Right away, the integration with my Google Contacts and Calendar fit perfectly into the way I already work. The mobile support is also a big plus since I can keep using the tool while I'm on the move. Pipeline makes it really convenient to keep an eye on the entire sales process without having to spend extra time dealing with administrative work.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is having more filtering options, such as being able to sort or filter customers based on their previous purchase history.

“Clear pipeline visibility”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how clearly it shows an overview of where everything currently stands. It makes it much easier to see how much potential revenue is out there. The integration with my Gravity Forms setup has also been really simple and works very well.
Cons
The biggest downside for me is that it still feels like it could offer more. I'd really like to see additional marketing funnel features built in especially email drip campaigns. If some of that were included, this software would be incredibly powerful.

“Missing exports and messy pipeline”
Pros
The interface is easy to use and the activity reminders have been really helpful for keeping me on track. The site is simple to move around in and being able to switch between companies without hassle is something I appreciate.
Cons
A major gap is the lack of any way to export the most recent notes on each deal which is really important for management when trying to track employee productivity. When too many deals sit in the same pipeline stage, it turns into a lot of scrolling which makes the pipeline view feel inefficient and poorly organized. I'm also unclear on how deals are ordered within each pipeline, whether it's by date, name or something else because it's not obvious at all.

“Fast data entry”
Pros
Getting CRM software right is hard. It has to be powerful enough to handle the job without turning into something overly complex or frustrating to use. Entering information needs to be quick and efficient because the real objective is turning leads into sales, not wasting hours typing details into the system. This one does a really good job of balancing usability with strong functionality. There are plenty of customization options but the focus has clearly stayed on helping users capture information fast. Data entry shouldn't feel like a burden and this absolutely delivers on that.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have much negative to say about it. It doesn't connect with the business software we already use although that's not really the product's fault so we aren't taking full advantage of it. Even with that limitation, I've still been pleased with the results we're getting.

“Sales pipeline tracking shines”
Pros
Keeping tabs on sales prospects is really useful here especially with the different stages clearly laid out. It works very well for monitoring and managing a sales pipeline from start to finish.
Cons
It doesn't offer much value for a customer service team trying to collaborate with sales reps inside the same system. You'll likely need another CRM tool to properly record and manage that information.

“Powerful visibility and tracking”
Pros
Usability, features and email capture stood out to me. My BD support works virtually and is located miles away so being able to see exactly what he's working on and track his progress every day has been incredibly valuable. It also helps me stay accountable with my own tasks. As the CEO and head of BD, I need to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and with PD I can keep tabs on everything quickly and efficiently which really means a lot to me.
Cons
I'm not happy that it doesn't track email metrics, like how many people opened an email or how many times it was viewed.

“great tool”
Pros
Pipeline feature stood out to me. It's the clearest and most visible pipeline I came across while comparing CRM tools. The two-way email sync is also really useful and the pricing feels very reasonable for what you get.
Cons
One thing it's missing is a built-in email marketing platform within the CRM so you have to rely on a separate tool for that. I tend to prefer other platforms that combine both features in one application.

“easy to use”
Pros
This tool keeps things simple without piling on unnecessary extras which is exactly what I appreciated about it. Paired with Yesware, it worked really well for our team. It was also affordable and unlike Salesforce, we didn't have to deal with added integration costs. I genuinely loved using it but management kept pushing to spend more on Salesforce because they wanted what they called a "big boy" CRM.
Cons
One area that could be improved is the visibility into the sales funnel and reporting. To build the analytics I needed, I usually had to export the data into Excel.

“highly recommended”
Pros
Right out of the box it was ready to use. Compared with other tools like Salesforce, the setup took very little time and the learning curve was minimal, while the features felt simple to work with.
Cons
A few system-level features can't be edited or disabled which makes certain communication a bit more awkward. The "Deals" label is a good example, I wish it could be renamed to better match the terminology a business uses, such as prospects or sales.

“Affordable and excellent support”
Pros
Getting started with this software is easy and the price is fairly affordable. Signing in is simple and the technical support team has been amazing whenever help is needed.
Cons
One issue is that the records feel disconnected. The data doesn't seem to cross-reference properly which makes finding and using information more tough.

“Helpful pipeline visibility”
Pros
A clear visual view of the sales pipeline makes it simple to track where deals are and the follow-up workflow with reminders does a pretty decent job of keeping things moving. The timeline feature is also genuinely helpful especially when you want a quick picture of activity though it would be even better if the email integration worked more reliably.
Cons
Weak point is the Exchange email integration. It appears to link messages based on the subject line instead of the actual contact so emails are ending up attached to completely wrong leads. Archived emails also seem to be skipped for no clear reason. It really should rely only on the contact's email address for matching and ignore everything else especially since as a co-founder I get plenty of unrelated emails that I definitely do not want syncing into the system.

“easy prospect tracking”
Pros
It's been really useful because I can customize it to the way I work. In the commercial area especially, it has helped me a lot with tracking every prospect.
Cons
Interface can feel a little confusing and quite a few functions are hard to find at first although that seems like something that improves with use. The page could also load faster to handle contacts more efficiently.

“great sales tracking value”
Pros
Having this in place gives me really great control over sales. Every provider works through the same user, takes ownership of each potential opportunity and follows it all the way through until it's either won or lost. Overall, it's been very useful.
Cons
The interface can be a little confusing at first and it takes some time to really understand how everything works although after a while you do get used to it.
