Good, simple CRM system

Pros

Its simple to use with a clear pipeline and is a solid all-around CRM.

Cons

I had to integrate with Zapier to get leads from my website into Pipedrive. Since customer service is based in the US, it can take some time to get a response to my queries.

Quality CRM Tool that is Fairly Easy to Use Each Day

Pros

Pipedrive has been a lifesaver for managing our lead flow. Without it, I am not sure how disorganized our deal flow would be.

Cons

It would be helpful to have more flexibility with adding multiple categories. Overall this is a solid CRM tool.

Amazing CRM Capabilities

Easy to use CRM

Pros

The tool offers numerous features for managing clients and leads. Its simple to write notes, create voice notes (using the phone app) and schedule follow-ups.

Cons

If I do not schedule follow-ups, my clients can get lost in the shuffle. Running reports also is not as simple as it is with Salesforce.

An excellent tool for small businesses looking to scale up

Pros

Setting it up is easy. I love the customizable visual pipeline for tracking deal stages and email marketing through Pipedrive is simple.

Cons

Editing emails can be a hassle as sometimes I need to save and exit, then re enter the system, and we have occasionally found that changes were lost.

Waste of time on a trial

Pros

After using it for a couple of hours, I could not find a single advantage to this software.

Cons

I signed up for a trial because I was considering switching from HubSpot. I expected to use the live chat feature to get answers to a few questions. However, the live chat they promote across their site turned out to be completely fake. Its just a looping answer tree with an AI bot and there is no way to speak with a real person. I spent 20 minutes trying different responses to see if I could reach someone and had no luck. Even when I tried to schedule a demo through this frustrating AI bot, I was told I did not qualify for a demo. Also its laughable that someone on a free trial, interested in switching from a competitor, does not qualify for a demo call. I have no interest in using a software that offers no real-time human support and misleads with claims of live chat when its just an annoying bot that cannot answer questions.

smart protection for business

Pros

It looks like a smart application for managing a business and I appreciate how it helps me stay on top of operations while also reducing the risk of cyber-related issues. I have found that it adds a sense of security to my day to day management work which makes it more valuable than a basic management tool.

Cons

the main drawback is the price because it feels a little expensive when I am using it mainly for internal management purposes. While I can see the value it offers, I still think the cost could be more reasonable for that particular use case.

Reporting feels too complicated

Pros

Pipedrive includes pretty much every feature I would expect from a CRM. I can use it to stay on top of my deals and keep track of where everything stands throughout the sales process.

Cons

What really holds it back for me is how overly complicated the system feels for a CRM. I found filtering and reporting much harder to work with compared with other CRM tools I have used and that makes routine tasks more frustrating than they should be.
