Pipedrive review

Pros

It works flawlessly on both my computer and mobile. It also uses gamification to improve lead capture conversion rates and allows me to prioritize tasks properly.

Cons

Sometimes, customer support is a bit slow to respond.

The unrivaled CRM in the industry

Pros

I value Pipedrives simple user interface, its flexibility for customization and its wide range of integrations, which is unmatched in its category. I did even call it modular because I can easily add almost any feature through third-party integrations which ensures I am never limited by Pipedrives inherent capabilities. If I prefer an all in one solution, Pipedrive still outperforms its competitors in that regard.

Cons

I am not fond of how some basic features are restricted to higher-priced plans. Although I prefer a modular setup, the lowest-priced plan makes the most sense for me. I miss features like prioritizing important fields based on the deal or the stage of the person/organization in the pipeline. I previously subscribed to Pipedrives top-tier package but I found the automation features underwhelming. They are somewhat limited and the triggers do not always work as expected.

Great for efficiency & simplicity

Pros

Moving data from my old CRM and setting up pipelines is incredibly easy. Managing opportunities at every stage is even simpler. The alerts, activities and send from Pipedrive features help me stay organized and the forecasting function is pretty decent too.

Cons

The tool is designed around the sales process and Kanban view which can be limiting when using it as a hybrid marketing and sales CRM. The insights dashboard is good but it does not allow for creating bespoke charts or tables for every possible data point, which is reasonable given the price point.

Pros

It lets me manage customer contacts really well, whether I am using it for marketing activities or for handling support-related needs. it helps me keep everything organized in one place and that makes staying on top of client communication much more practical.

Cons

At the beginning, I felt the interface was not very immediate to understand so it took me a little time to get comfortable with it. Once I became more familiar with how it works though, I found it fairly user friendly and much easier to use on a daily basis.

Pros

As I mentioned in the title, I find Pipedrive very user friendly and the interface feels pleasant and well designed which makes the overall experience comfortable to use. From my side, the configuration has been excellent and flexible enough for what I need. I also appreciate that support is available when needed and the chatbots have been genuinely useful whenever I wanted quick help.

Cons

In my experience like with most CRM platforms, it still takes a bit of time to really learn how to use it at its full potential. Once I spent some time with it, things became clearer but there is definitely an initial adjustment period.

Pipedrive for a Fintech Company

Pros

Setting up is fast and intuitive. If you have sales experience, adapting to it is easy. The integrations also work flawlessly.

Cons

Scripted service. Not customer friendly

Pros

I have found absolutely nothing useful about it. We have not been able to use it for the past 10 months.

Cons

From top to bottom, Pipedrive really needs to reassess its service. It is clear that their approach is not customer-centric. They implement policies, procedures and scripted responses that do not foster success in todays environment which demands critical thinking and a common-sense approach.

A cost-effective CRM solution for businesses with small sales teams

Pros

I really like how easy it is to start operations and gain insights from the deals pipeline. Pipedrive offers plenty of content to help me understand SalesOps and align with my deals workflow. It integrates with almost all relevant tools for data analysis. Even if its not a native feature, I can usually find the right solution in the marketplace.

Cons

I am not fond of how the dashboards are structured. Eventually, we started using other tools and in-house solutions. It gets confusing when I create multiple dashboards if I do not keep track and clean up unnecessary ones, I end up lost among all the old charts. However, if I stay organized, its a great tool to work with.

Not Bad overall but not the most user friendly

Pros

Its relatively easy to sync with my Shopify store and integrate with other programs. Also its useful for tracking emails and interactions with specific deals using the Pipedrive email functionality.

Cons

Its not the most user-friendly as some of the older members of my team have difficulty with it. Many useful features are behind a heavy paywall. I did prefer a smoother integration with Shopify, without relying on Zapier.
