“Best tool since 2021
Pros
Since 2021 I have been using it and honestly it's the best outreach tool I have found. I have tried others like Apollo and Snov but their designs felt clunky and overly complicated. I am not a marketing expert but I handle outreach for raising capital so I need something that feels professional and human. Reply's analytics are clear and genuinely useful. Their customer support is also great as they are always responsive and truly helpful. Plus it is built in Ukraine and supporting that matters to me right now. So I highly recommend it.
Cons
I'd like to see an option to send messages from personal addresses like my @gmail account since sometimes I handle tasks that aren't company-related and a non-business sender is more appropriate. Another feature I'd find useful would be email content generation, not only address verification right now Reply validates emails well but generating drafts or subject lines would save me time.

Pros
Reply helps me keep my outbound email campaigns and multichannel efforts on track because it's genuinely useful in my daily workflow. Their customer support consistently tries to assist and resolve any problems I run into. I use Reply every day and really like how easy it is to set up and use.
Cons
One area that could make my routine easier is having the ability to capture accounts and leads directly within Reply because at the moment I find this feature doesn't perform reliably enough for my needs.

I have found Reply to be a very easy tool to use when reaching out to our potential clients and it also lets me sort incoming emails easily and efficiently.
Cons

I am unable to link two separate domain emails on the Professional plan and I have noticed the category tabs showing status after the first outreach aren't consistently accurate.

It is really simple to set up campaigns the workflow is logical and very user-friendly. It includes AI-powered tools, clear analytics reports and an excellent support team.
Cons
Having used Reply before they updated their plans and pricing, I actually preferred the earlier versions and miss them. On top of that, I find it really difficult to locate where on the site I can cancel my subscription if I need to.
