“AI-powered reports are good

Pros

It is really simple to set up campaigns the workflow is logical and very user-friendly. It includes AI-powered tools, clear analytics reports and an excellent support team.

Cons

Having used Reply before they updated their plans and pricing, I actually preferred the earlier versions and miss them. On top of that, I find it really difficult to locate where on the site I can cancel my subscription if I need to.

Pros

This software is definitely my favorite as it feels noticeably different compared to instantly.io, smartlead.ai and five other cold email tools I have tried. The UI is super responsive, reacting within seconds and I was able to put a campaign together in just a couple of minutes. Everything is very well organized and easy to reach so getting around makes real sense. After signing up, it only took me a few minutes to get the hang of the platform. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that it can generate AI-personalized opening lines and even tailor entire emails.

When I tried to sign up on the platform, I discovered I have to reach out to customer support to enable the monthly billing option. otherwise the sign-up flow only presents annual plans by default.

The interface feels very user-friendly, HubSpot syncs reliably and overall I am pleased. We're eager to watch how the various automated email sequences perform and help us nurture leads now that we're operating as a SaaS business. So far everything looks promising and I am excited to see longer-term results.

“Email automation step by step

Pros

What I really like is the email automation and the step-by-step process it provides.

Cons

I do notice a few customization options missing, such as not being able to remove steps from a sequence and I would love if there were a way to run LinkedIn automation on its own without email being mandatory that change would make this tool much more flexible for my workflows.

It is packed with rich features and surprisingly easy to use. the documentation is thorough, support is fast and on-point and they put modern Generative AI capabilities to good use.

That said I wish the data were available for accounts as well because right now it's limited to contacts only and the subscription should include more data credits.
