“used for seven years still evolving”
Pros
Over the last seven years I have seen it evolve dramatically. it's simple to use, continually developed with ongoing improvements even though it was a market leader from day one and the transformation I observed firsthand has been astounding. Their customer support has been world-class.
Cons
Honestly I cannot think of anything negative to share I don't recall encountering a single bad experience or situation with the product.

“Connects fast with many customers”
Pros
I have found this tool excellent for helping our business connect with a large number of potential customers very quickly. Their customer support responds promptly whenever I had questions about linking the software to our email. We ran into a couple of hiccups along the way but I was able to get them sorted out fast with their help.
Cons
It would be great if sequences could be grouped into folders when many are running at once. I'd find that useful because whenever I add new contacts to a running sequence, I currently have to search through the whole list to locate the correct sequence.

“Price hikes, no transparency”
Pros
The interface is simple and easy to use and I find it to be a great tool for prospecting.
Cons
I have been bothered by how they're finding subtle ways to raise prices, often without notifying customers. For example, when our credit card expired and I tried to add the replacement, Reply.io informed me I couldn't keep the original rate I had to accept the higher price to continue. It's a clever but frustrating tactic that seems to reflect a wider trend among SaaS firms this year. Although the product still works and we might stick with Reply for now, I am planning to switch when an opportunity arises because ethical practices matter to me more than a single vendor's feature set.

“Friendly interface and fast support”
Pros
What I appreciate most about Reply is its user-friendly interface, while I am also impressed by the breadth of features it offers and on top of that, their customer support is prompt, efficient and consistently fast.
Cons
One thing that bothers me about Reply is that the user removal process in the Team management section doesn't work perfectly and sometimes fails or behaves inconsistently.

“simple, flexible, foolproof tool”
Pros
For me it's simple and flexible with a very wide range of features and great LinkedIn integration. It handles everything I need, feels brilliant to use and is basically foolproof.
Cons
I find that some things, like managing contacts, require linking them in a specific sequence instead of just applying a saved template. Also, the Findy app can be a bit glitchy at times and as with most address scrapers the emails or phone numbers it pulls up are sometimes missing or not accurate.

“Great data but glitches are a lot”
Pros
After roughly six months of using this, I am due an update on my thoughts. The interface is very user friendly and the UID looks clean. Having tried several other platforms before, this one really stands out as my favorite. The support team has been both responsive and well-informed. Whenever I have had questions or run into issues, they've been quick to help. I am also pleasantly surprised by how accurate the contact information from the extension is for the US market. I run three other tools alongside the Findy extension and there have been times when Findy surfaced contact details that the others couldn't find.
Cons
I cancelled my subscription because I wasn't using it enough and the contact finder failed about one time in every four attempts. During the first five months I had to reach out to customer support four separate times due to recurring problems. It became a cycle of reinstalling the extension, restarting the browser, disabling and re-enabling other extensions and trying various other fixes just to get it working again. That alone discouraged me from using the tool much. When it functions properly, the data it uncovers is reasonably accurate for the US market see pros above but it performs rather poorly or returns nothing at all for European contacts. I realize that's a limitation many contact-finder tools share though. I also experienced some glitches with my sequence steps which I assume were partly due to learning how the system works. I am still not completely convinced that one-off sendouts actually send correctly my self-test didn't go through and I would really appreciate an easier way to access a the list of contacts I sent to and b the campaign statistics. For that reason, I tend to avoid doing one-off sendouts through reply.io.

“better response rates now”
Pros
I love how user friendly Reply.io's interface is as it makes building and handling campaigns pretty easy and the analytics give me data to keep improving my approach. What stands out for me is being able to customize messages so they get better response rates. The API is also impressively capable. On top of that, its customer support has been outstanding. Whenever questions or issues come up, their team responds quickly and professionally which makes me feel confident. All in all, I can recommend it as it's a valuable tool for anyone aiming to improve outreach and communicate with their contacts more effectively.
Cons
At the moment we can trigger campaign steps via Zapier but we'd really like the same capability available for Make.com as well.

“Even frustrated learners love it”
Pros
Reply is very easy to use even for someone like me who usually gets frustrated learning new software. Their customer support is wonderful as they are friendly, caring and always quick to respond. Since email is central to my marketing, it has made it much easier to manage both warm follow-ups and cold outreach. Plus it keeps everything organized and simple to run.
Cons
Honestly I cannot think of any real complaints about Reply. it's excellent.

“we love strong reporting”
Pros
The interface is very user-friendly and the support team is responsive and excellent. Plus it connects well with HubSpot and other CRMs. Setting up sequences is simple and convenient with multichannel options like LinkedIn and the reporting tools are strong.
Cons
Occasionally my email and LinkedIn accounts drop their connections automatically. when that happens I am notified immediately which is helpful.

“Clean dashboard, reliable delivery”
Pros
I have found the dashboard to be extremely comprehensive while keeping a clean, minimalist look that's easy to scan. When I set up the email sending properly, the delivery is highly reliable. On top of that, their customer support has been remarkably efficient for me.
Cons
Sometimes I am left confused because the tutorials and explanations about how the tools actually work aren't very clear which makes it harder for me to get the most out of the features.
