Pros

Setup is pretty easy, support responded quickly and it's simple to modify and update, while the price matches what's provided

One year, still strong results

Pros

For nearly a year now I have been using Reply and I genuinely like how it operates. The interface is simple and user friendly too and it includes all the tools I require to kick off my marketing campaigns. Overall it is very easy to set up and I have seen strong results. Whenever questions pop up, their support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

Cons

I cannot think of any drawbacks at the moment. Reply provides everything I need and up to now I haven't run into any issues.

This offers a really efficient way to uncover new contacts within our field and their customer support is excellent I can usually get help fast whenever I need it.

Cons

Every so often the LinkedIn sync fails on me and I have to restart things manually to get everything working again.

Removes reply headaches

Pros

It removes the headache of dealing with replies, opt-outs and bounces. It's much simpler for me to filter my emails significantly easier than using Salesforce from my experience. Whenever I get stuck, customer support replies in chat within ten minutes and helps with anything I don't know how to do.

Cons

So far no issues I am happy with it and would recommend it to others.
