“best Hubspot alternative
Pros
To be honest, I picked Reply mainly because HubSpot sequences cost way too much. What surprised me is that I gained far more than just another SaaS product as the support team actually cares about my business and wants me to succeed. Reply's platform feels powerful and stays up-to-date with digital marketing trends, including AI features. They even steer me toward useful extras, like complimentary MailToast and the built-in Google Postman integration. I am a very satisfied customer.
Cons
I still rely on HubSpot for my CRM so moving data between Reply and HubSpot has been somewhat rough. At the moment there's no direct Reply integration with CRMs and that gap makes the handoff feel clunky.

Pros
Personally I find it incredibly easy to use, offers highly detailed reports, includes powerful AI capabilities and the support team is extremely quick and friendly!
Cons
Honestly I have enjoyed every aspect and haven't run into a single problem whatsoever.

Reply.io is my go-to platform because it is very easy to use even when I am short on time or not very technical. I also really like the variety of templates and deep customization options which help me write messages that feel personal to different audiences and get better results. One feature I find especially useful is the dedicated inbox for each campaign as it makes sure our sales team sees and replies to prospects quickly, saving time and making sure good conversations don't get missed. The customer support team is also excellent as they are quick to respond, know their stuff and always help with troubleshooting or advice. So I confidently recommend it to anyone in sales or SDR roles. Its simplicity, automation and great support make it a valuable tool for any size organization.
Cons
I'd love the option to schedule a campaign to begin on a specific day of the month since being able to pick an exact monthly start date would make planning recurring cadences much easier for me.

I have relied on Reply since 2016 and they've played a big role in helping me generate a substantial number of leads for my company. The team is wonderful consistently friendly, professional and helpful.

Pros
What I really liked is that it connects with LinkedIn so I can send connection requests, InMails and even like posts all from one platform. That alone saved me a lot of time. Setup and daily use are simple and the support team has always been quick and helpful. My team and I rely on this tool every day for our outbound outreach.
Cons
At the beginning I had to provide an email address to add any contact which was a bit restrictive but after an update they allowed adding contacts without an email. That change made it much easier for me to keep our entire database centralized on one platform. Right now I cannot think of anything I dislike about the product.
