setup fast, support day or night

Pros

What I really appreciate is how simple it is to use and implement getting started took no time. Their customer support replies within minutes, day or night and they're really attentive and helpful. The platform has a wide range of features, integrates easily with other tools, lets me attach files and photos and offers a clean, useful reporting system.

Cons

Honestly up to now I haven't encountered anything about this app that I dislike when I compare it with other applications available on the market.

Connects linkedin, saves time

Pros

What I really liked is that it connects with LinkedIn so I can send connection requests, InMails and even like posts all from one platform. That alone saved me a lot of time. Setup and daily use are simple and the support team has always been quick and helpful. My team and I rely on this tool every day for our outbound outreach.

Cons

At the beginning I had to provide an email address to add any contact which was a bit restrictive but after an update they allowed adding contacts without an email. That change made it much easier for me to keep our entire database centralized on one platform. Right now I cannot think of anything I dislike about the product.

Learning is easy

Using this felt really simple, it's my first time trying automation software like this and I have enjoyed how manageable the learning curve has been. The customer support has also been outstanding, my account manager spent multiple hours on Zoom and via email helping me get set up, not only with Reply but with email outreach in general. The continued support has been excellent and reliable too.

Cons

It took me quite a while to get comfortable with the product. I had to spend a fair amount of time working with customer service and my account manager to learn it. Also, a lot of features aren't relevant to my fairly simple use case.

I tend to ask lots of questions and consistently receive prompt, thorough, high-quality responses!

Recently I have run into a recurring problem with the progress bar on the main dashboard it doesn't reliably show how many emails have gone out so the indicator often misrepresents the current position. For instance, it may indicate under 50% completed but when I open the sequence itself everything shows as sent and finished. That mismatch is annoying because I end up spending extra time opening and checking each sequence manually to confirm the true sending progress which slows me down.

Locates contacts perfectly

Pros

For my part, this tool does exactly what I need. I am currently working as a BDM and rely on it to locate contacts for my clients and the support team responds quickly and solves issues effectively.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints about Reply. my only suggestion is about domain detection when pulling emails from LinkedIn. Occasionally it assigns an incorrect domain so I have to manually edit the domain to reach the correct address. Adding a way to update domains in bulk would save me a great deal of time and be immensely helpful.
