“automated sequences save time
Pros
What I find most useful is creating an automated sequence that runs cold emails and LinkedIn outreach at once which saves me a lot of time. Conditional variables set it apart from most tools. Support is professional and replies quickly.
Cons
Cannot attach multiple LinkedIn accounts to a single user or sequence which would easily permit rotation like with separate mailboxes.

Reply is easy to set up and connect with our systems. The automated sequences save me a lot of time. The Chrome extension makes prospecting quick and simple too. Their customer support team is also excellent!
Cons
I'd love it if Reply could pick up replies to messages I send outside of sequences since detecting those responses would make tracking conversations a lot easier.

“Locates contacts perfectly
Pros
For my part, this tool does exactly what I need. I am currently working as a BDM and rely on it to locate contacts for my clients and the support team responds quickly and solves issues effectively.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints about Reply. my only suggestion is about domain detection when pulling emails from LinkedIn. Occasionally it assigns an incorrect domain so I have to manually edit the domain to reach the correct address. Adding a way to update domains in bulk would save me a great deal of time and be immensely helpful.

A standout part of using ReplyIO for me is its exceptionally strong automation. in just a handful of clicks I can create highly personalized email sequences that consistently reach my prospects at the right moment and deliver the precisely targeted message they need.
Cons
There's not much that bothers me about the tool but I do wish I could attach images directly in LinkedIn messages which feels like a missing feature.

I'd strongly recommend using this software, particularly when you're a new business owner trying to build up your sales funnel and also for larger companies that need to handle much bigger volumes of outreach.
Cons
My only real complaint is the cap on how many messages I can send yet I do appreciate that this restriction isn't directly controlled by Reply's development team.
