Unfair pricing, no refunds

Pros

What stands out most is how easy it is to use, how simple it is to set up and the powerful automation it offers.

Cons

Their pricing is like a pick and choose menu which can be useful if you want to build a custom setup. I personally prefer one complete package but that's just my style. I also found customer support lacking. Some pricing practices feel almost unfair and their auto-renewal policy caught me off guard as they won't give refunds even if you're only a day into a yearly plan which does not feel right.

smart AI, automatic response tagging

Pros

I really like the email server matching feature....it keeps everything organized without manual effort. Being able to send emails through the API is a huge plus and the way AI automatically tags all responses saves me so much time. It just organizes the whole communication process.

Clean design protects domain health

Pros

Reply is an easy to use platform with a clean, simple design that's much easier on the eyes even after a full day in the app. Before it, we used HubSpot for email sequences and it was a mess. HubSpot didn't let us control sending limits so our domain nearly got blocked. It also missed opt-outs and bounces and kept emailing those contacts hurting our domain reputation. But this one is much more focused on protecting your domain health. Their team is always ready to help and quickly investigates any issues. The reporting is excellent too as it shows our teams performance from every angle so I can see how each sequence, step, template and email account is doing. We have not tried triggers or multichannel features yet but I am confident we won't be disappointed.

Cons

What I do like is that the team has many new features planned and even has a feedback hub where you can track progress and submit ideas. I have shared suggestions before and feel confident they'll at least review them. So right now, I do not see any major downsides.

One thing I love is how user-friendly the features are and how simple the interface is as it makes setting up automated sequences and campaigns super easy.

Cons

We are disappointed that there is not a way to integrate or sync data from Lusha which is a real drawback for our workflow and limits how we can use the tool.

I love this platform especially the warm-up tool and the ability to send unlimited emails. Plus the new conditional sequence options make it much easier to build complex, branching email flows. Ans we all know that any service can have issues but their support team really stands out. Every support rep deserves credit as they respond quickly and always go the extra mile to fix problems.

Sometimes when a prospect tags someone and that tagged person replies, the response shows up under the original prospect's name which has caused confusion for me. Also I miss having a reply all button in the conversation thread. The support team is always warm and ready to help, even when I feel completely out of my depth. They include detailed explanations and step-by-step tutorials for every function. So I strongly recommend it.

Better inbox placement over time

Pros

Using it for over five years and it's become a tool I really trust. What I especially like is that my emails are more likely to reach inboxes so deliverability is higher and the unsubscribe links are subtle but still follow the rules. That might be one of its best-kept secrets. Though I have not tried the AI scheduling yet but it looks promising. So as long as it keeps up this level of service, I'll keep using it. Plus the support team such as Darla, Anastia and others have been wonderful. While Intercom helps, the team itself has only gotten better over the years. Big thanks to everyone for building such a solid product. I am happy to recommend it based on my experience.

fast setup and help is always there

Pros

Setup was quick and there is always someone available to help when I have questions. Also the software is very easy to navigate as you don't need much technical experience to start using it.

Cons

I haven't run into any problems so far. The setup was simple and I am excited to see what results we'll get.

exactly the multi-channel tool we wanted

Pros

For our team Reply was exactly the multi-channel sales tool we'd been looking for. Plus it combines email, LinkedIn and AI features so it met all our needs. Customer support has also been outstanding. I asked about adding more branching logic and they responded almost instantly even offering hands-on help to set it up. Overall I am really excited to keep building on this platform!

always adding new features

Pros

When I needed one tool for email, marketing and sales workflows, Reply was exactly what I was looking for. It has all the features I need and I really like how the team keeps updating it so I am always ahead of the curve. Setting up outreach sequences and connecting with other apps is also easy. I use it every day and I want to give a shout-out to the customer support team which is highly recommended!

Cons

Honestly I cannot find anything about it that I dislike.
