Predatory billing, forced to pay

Pros

The only feature I genuinely liked about this tool was the LinkedIn multi-channel outreach which worked well when it stayed connected unfortunately it kept dropping the connection over and over.

Cons

I felt the company was really predatory about pricing and renewals they never gave me any notice and simply auto-charged my card without being transparent about it. There's no self-serve option to cancel or remove your credit card from the platform. you're forced to contact support directly just to make changes. When I attempted to cancel, they still hit me with a $500 charge because I was three days past the renewal date which made no sense to me since their website lists a monthly rate of $90. This whole experience left me frustrated and I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone especially when there are many other tools that handle renewals and customer support much more reasonably.

I have no interest in sending identical follow-up emails or messages to a lead who has opened my message more than ten times and to someone who hasn't opened it at all. Reply's trigger feature handles that perfectly. Their customer support is excellent as well the team understands the platform and responds to my questions with genuine care!

Cons

Occasionally the application slows down which I notice but those instances are pretty uncommon and don't really bother me much given all the other features Reply offers.
