“Tailored sequences feel personal
Pros
The customizability of the sequences is what I really appreciate as it lets me tailor outreach so it feels highly personalized and relevant.
Cons
Honestly I have nothing negative to say as the tool is pretty easy to use and I haven't noticed any issues.

“configured everything in one day
Pros
Setting up the sequences was easy and I had everything configured within a single day.
Cons
I ran into problems importing contacts like many entries with non-English letters and various special characters didn't import correctly so I ended up manually updating a portion of the contact list.

“great for multichannel with full visibility
Pros
Reply is a great tool for anyone trying to manage multichannel marketing and sales while eliminating channel silos. In my experience it gives full visibility into how each channel performs. The support team is always warm and ready to help, even when I feel completely out of my depth. They include detailed explanations and step-by-step tutorials for every function. So I strongly recommend it.
Cons
The feature set pretty complex so I had to spend time learning how everything works. But that same complexity gives you access to advanced tools that many other platforms don't offer.

Pros
Overall the platform offers a lot of features at a very fair price which is great for a small team like ours. I mean could use everything including reporting, right away with almost no setup. Onboarding and support were fast and very responsive too that is something I really appreciate especially compared to bigger vendors that only focus on large companies. Extra tools like email warm-up have also been genuinely helpful.
Cons
We've run into some technical issues here and there although they were addressed and fixed quite quickly each time.

I found the cost to be somewhat steeper than I anticipated paying. It also took me awhile to work out the initial setup. A few defaults were set to zero and I didn't notice that at first so I ended up troubleshooting to understand why my campaigns weren't going out as expected.

“Better inbox placement over time
Pros
Using it for over five years and it's become a tool I really trust. What I especially like is that my emails are more likely to reach inboxes so deliverability is higher and the unsubscribe links are subtle but still follow the rules. That might be one of its best-kept secrets. Though I have not tried the AI scheduling yet but it looks promising. So as long as it keeps up this level of service, I'll keep using it. Plus the support team such as Darla, Anastia and others have been wonderful. While Intercom helps, the team itself has only gotten better over the years. Big thanks to everyone for building such a solid product. I am happy to recommend it based on my experience.

Reply is very easy to use as it has a clean interface and simple sequence management. Their customer support has also been amazing.

An option to assign specific priorities to individual sequences so I can better control the order they run in would be amazing.
