clean look & great support

Pros

Reply is very easy to use as it has a clean interface and simple sequence management. Their customer support has also been amazing.

Cons

An option to assign specific priorities to individual sequences so I can better control the order they run in would be amazing.

Better inbox placement over time

Pros

Using it for over five years and it's become a tool I really trust. What I especially like is that my emails are more likely to reach inboxes so deliverability is higher and the unsubscribe links are subtle but still follow the rules. That might be one of its best-kept secrets. Though I have not tried the AI scheduling yet but it looks promising. So as long as it keeps up this level of service, I'll keep using it. Plus the support team such as Darla, Anastia and others have been wonderful. While Intercom helps, the team itself has only gotten better over the years. Big thanks to everyone for building such a solid product. I am happy to recommend it based on my experience.

Cons

The tool is pricey yet considering the features and support I feel it offers the best value.

clean look & great support

Pros

Pros

What I really value about it is how easy it is to use even for teams with limited digital experience. The interface is also user friendly so I can navigate and set up campaigns without a steep learning curve.

Cons

What I find frustrating is how the platform deals with blocked emails as it's often unclear when an email has been blocked and I am left guessing what actions to take to fix it which can harm campaign performance. I would also really appreciate clearer, more actionable notifications and step by step instructions to help resolve those issues quickly.

Setup was quick and there is always someone available to help when I have questions. Also the software is very easy to navigate as you don't need much technical experience to start using it.

For our team Reply was exactly the multi-channel sales tool we'd been looking for. Plus it combines email, LinkedIn and AI features so it met all our needs. Customer support has also been outstanding. I asked about adding more branching logic and they responded almost instantly even offering hands-on help to set it up. Overall I am really excited to keep building on this platform!

It has all the features I need and I really like how the team keeps updating it so I am always ahead of the curve. Setting up outreach sequences and connecting with other apps is also easy. I use it every day and I want to give a shout-out to the customer support team which is highly recommended!

We asked about several capabilities a few months back that competitors offered at no charge and Reply told us they'd cost more. Then a few weeks later those same features became free once they realized their pricing was uncompetitive which felt pretty irritating.

support is quick and follows up by email and phone

Pros

The support team responds really quickly and gives very helpful, detailed answers. And when chat doesn't clear things up for me, they'll follow up by email and even hop on a phone call if needed.

Cons

I'd like the different plans to be laid out more clearly, with a simple breakdown of what features and functions come with each tier.
