“Absolutely amazed by support”
Pros
While Reply.io's features stand up very well against other solutions, I have been absolutely amazed by their support team they helped us even before we officially became customers.
Cons
I would have appreciated more interactive tools in the editor for instance, simpler ways to embed videos, add calendar links and similar extras as optional upgrades. however, all the essential features my team required are included and work reliably.

Reply is easy to use and I really like how well it connects with Salesforce. Plus it gives access to over 82 million U.S contacts across many industries. Customer support, follow-ups and onboarding have all been excellent. Also compared to others I have used like ZoomInfo and Outreach, it performs much better. It handles LinkedIn and email sequences well, was simple to set up and connect to my CRM and includes 1,000 monthly credits to verify emails. Honestly there's nothing not to like so I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I haven't found any drawbacks for my business when using Reply so far.
