“Simple to use tool”

Pros

Honestly what I love most is how easy it is to use, especially when I am building and managing my outreach sequences. The email search feature is a standout for me because it lets me pull up contacts using filtered data which saves so much time. I also appreciate their built-in AI assistant that evaluates the likelihood an email will be opened based on length, word choice and phrases and offers practical suggestions. Their customer support has been excellent too. they're responsive and available whenever I run into an issue. I highly recommend Reply.io to any company aiming to scale their outreach and stay organized.

I honestly cannot think of any drawbacks or things I dislike about Reply.io right now.

“Easy start and integrates Pipedrive”

Pros

Getting started was easy and their support team has been very helpful and quick to respond. Also the features are simple to use and I like that it integrates with many other tools especially Pipedrive which was important for our workflow.

Cons

I'd like to see a larger B2B contact database it's a bit limited for our needs. Also, I'd appreciate having a monthly billing option instead of the current plans.

Pros

For me Reply offers a really pleasant UI/UX and great automation with plenty of room for deep customization. I find it integrates well with many CRMs. Its Chrome extension can be very handy for finding emails on LinkedIn when it actually works and I also value the tutorials and fast, helpful support team.

Cons

I cannot use my Templates folder structure when I am building a new sequence Reply just shows every template merged into a single list, so I end up scrolling forever to find the specific one I want. It's frustrating because I spent a lot of time organizing templates into folders and then when it's time to use them that organization disappears. The Chrome extension is another pain point. it's sluggish, sometimes refuses to open at all and I often have to reinstall it to get it working again. There's also no way to stop an ongoing search at least I haven't found any control for that. That becomes really awkward on a company's LinkedIn page with hundreds of prospects when I only need a couple. While I am saving the ones I want, Reply keeps adding many others I didn't mean to capture, so I have to go back into Reply and clean things up manually which defeats the purpose of saving time.

It is very easy to use and it offers various tools for email marketing.

Cons

Occasionally the replies I receive still end up in my spam folder, though I suspect that's probably Outlook's fault.

Building sequences in Reply has become one of my favorite parts of using the tool. It offers handy templates and an interactive way to configure sequences exactly how I want them.

The dashboard gives me clear, actionable insights across all of our different drip campaigns. Because of the platform's clean layout, locating the specific data I need is fast and painless. Their support team stands out as one of the best I have noticed as they almost always respond immediately when I reach out and they move quickly to resolve any issues I run into.

um if there were one feature I'd love to see added, it would be the ability to export all of the responses we collect into an Excel file so we can manipulate or share the data more easily.

Pros

I find the calling, email and LinkedIn features work reliably and it lets me create manual emails as the initial step.

Cons

The calling feature occasionally glitches and I think the dialer needs some improvements.

“No steep learning curve”

Pros

The dashboard and all of its features are really easy to navigate, so I didn't have to deal with a steep learning curve to get comfortable using Reply.io.

My frustration is that when I want to send test emails I must enter each recipient's email address manually, rather than being able to choose or send to a group of addresses at once.

To begin with, I have to say Reply works excellently for outreach as the guides and instructions are pretty easy and I find it really convenient to run multiple email accounts across different campaigns.

Cons

I'd really appreciate it if Reply added the ability to combine LinkedIn and email outreach within a single campaign, since that integration would make multi-channel outreach much smoother for me.

The team at Reply is very responsive to my questions and they gave me the best, step-by-step guidance to set up a secondary email account.

Cons

My plan had been to schedule several batches of emails to send on particular dates but Reply doesn't offer that capability yet. they're planning to add it soon.

“Sorts replies, plus automatic opt-out”

Pros

Importing contacts is very easy. I can sort them into lists, build email templates and set up campaign sequences. What I appreciate is that follow-ups run automatically and it sorts replies by type like interested or not interested. The sequence metrics are useful too as I can see email opens, opt-outs and more. The automatic opt-out feature helps keep recipients happy. Also their support team is helpful and responds quickly to my requests.

Cons

I preferred when Reply.io included email warm-ups directly on the platform. These days I have to switch over to MailToaster to warm emails and that extra step disrupts my workflow and feels like an unnecessary hassle.
