support is quick and follows up by email and phone

Pros

The support team responds really quickly and gives very helpful, detailed answers. And when chat doesn't clear things up for me, they'll follow up by email and even hop on a phone call if needed.

Cons

I'd like the different plans to be laid out more clearly, with a simple breakdown of what features and functions come with each tier.

fast support and reasonable fees

Pros

It is incredibly user-friendly and it packs a bunch of helpful extras that have simplified our sales workflows a lot. I also really value the fast support and their eagerness to fix problems especially Andrii who has answered a lot of my team's recent queries. The fees for what they offer also seem reasonable to me.

Cons

Occasionally I notice the system runs slowly or takes its time loading information which is frustrating.

On top of that, we were hit with a LinkedIn subscription fee that we never agreed to which feels dishonest and flat-out unacceptable. The platform hasn't matched our expectations and this whole episode has made me distrust their practices. It honestly comes across like hidden fees and a lack of transparency which is alarming. I'd tell others to double-check every line on their bills and be careful. We're hoping they make this right soon but right now I cannot recommend Reply.io after such a frustrating, unnecessary experience.

Having a dedicated account manager plus strong customer support, including timely follow-ups from the support bot, has made day-to-day use much easier. The continuous educational material, such as webinars and targeted emails, also adds a lot of practical value. After using Reply for five years, I am confident it still delivers on its promises and I don't plan on switching any time soon. Big thanks to the team at Reply!

Pros

I find it simple and user-friendly while offering a wide range of features and whenever I need assistance their support team replies extremely quickly.
