Clean UI, linkedin stands out

Pros

As a user, I think this is an exceptional tool. The UI feels very clean and easy to navigate and the LinkedIn automation feature is, in my opinion, its standout capability. That particular function really differentiates it from other options on the market.

Cons

I wish there were more folder options for organizing sequences because I end up creating a huge number of them and then get confused by similar names. adding better folder sorting would improve Reply noticeably. I am really just nitpicking at this stage but it would help a lot.

I have discovered the platform offers a wide range of user-friendly tools and keeps improving over time and their customer service and support staff are always prompt and genuinely helpful.

Cons

For me, there's nothing to complain about I find Reply handles everything smoothly and using it has been a genuinely great experience.

Overall I have been really impressed by how many ways I can reach clients whether through email, a LinkedIn note or a WhatsApp message. Even when someone isn't logged into the platform every day, the tool still pushes the sequence to completion. It's very automated and has saved me tons of time.

Cons

My main gripe is that a lot of companies use filters that block external emails and Reply doesn't really indicate the likelihood an email will bounce or be blocked. Also, when I change a contact's name for a specific campaign and later want to restore the earlier names, there's no automatic rollback I have to go back and fix each one manually.

With only a few clicks, we can put together customized, high-impact follow-up sequences that actually engage prospects and produce measurable results. The Jason AI and the AI content assistant feel like having our own marketing strategists on call. They offer smart recommendations and fresh ideas that sharpen our messaging which helps ensure our emails land well and connect with the people we target. Another major perk I appreciate is the automatically managed inbox. It frees up a huge amount of time and effort, so we can spend energy on nurturing relationships with leads instead of wrestling with manual email triage. What really impressed me, though, is the level of customer care. From the start, we were met by warm, helpful support staff who were clearly ready to help. They even assigned a Customer Success Manager to our account Ms. Hanna Kir who has been proactive, responsive and available in real time whenever we needed assistance. It's comforting to know we've got such committed support behind us.

Cons

I do notice a couple of drawbacks. First, the annual billing might not work for every budget. Even though the platform offers great value, some of us would prefer more flexible payment options. Another issue is the limited bulk upload from their database. Adding leads in small batches such as only 25 at a time can be slow and frustrating, especially compared to other tools that allow much larger imports.

That said, I do find the interface a bit hard to use but that's partly because the analytics are so detailed. I have also noticed some features only work well when my account is set to English. For example, automatic keyword sorting has trouble with other languages, so I have to find workarounds. Luckily, I can report these issues to the dev team and they are quick to add improvements to their roadmap.
