Pros
the interface quite friendly and I never feel left on my own because the support team responds very quickly to any question. Also it is easy to use while still being a full-featured program.
Cons
Having better placement on Google would make it a lot easier for me to discover information about them, although I understand that might take time to achieve. I'd also appreciate more documentation and a wider selection of YouTube tutorials to help me get the most out of the product.

This platform is really user friendly and easy to learn and start using. The customer support team gets back to me quickly and is genuinely helpful which I really like! Problems that would drag on for days with other established tools are often resolved in under 30 minutes by it. I also like that it hosts educational webinars to help build skills and share practical tips and tricks. Thanks for providing those!

The design could be more user friendly and easier to understand. Also the Salesforce integration still isn't perfect and could use some work. It would also be nice to have more customization options like adjusting the layout or rearranging columns. A Gmail plugin like Outreach.io has would be a great addition.

I think the help feature is fantastic I got connected with Shelly in the chat and she was incredibly patient and helpful, walking me through and resolving several problems that actually turned out to be my own mistakes.

Cons
