Pros
I appreciate how it lets me tailor variables and content to fit each need. The interface is extremely user-friendly and I find it easy to navigate. I can run multiple successful campaigns at the same time without any issues.
Cons
I find it's not particularly cost-effective and I have to spend a little extra time setting up campaigns. That's about the only downsides I have encountered.

The team genuinely seems focused on customer happiness, since every question I have ever raised gets answered promptly via chat or through a video walkthrough with a support rep. Being new to cold outreach marketing, I have been able to come up to speed rapidly and have seen excellent results.

I really appreciate that they're rolling out new capabilities and while I am a fan of the data tool, I wish it offered more granular filtering by industry at the moment it's pretty generalized and made it easy to verify whether a company is bootstrapped or backed by PE/VC investors. That said, it's a fantastic and logical addition to their platform and fits perfectly for people like me indeed.

After trying many email tools that work with Salesforce, I finally found Reply and I think it will change how our team works. It is very easy to use, much less complicated than Salesforce, honestly. The support team has been outstanding and quick to help as they usually reply within 20 minutes and are friendly and practical. I also really like the monthly billing option. Paying month-to-month fits our teams cash flow and budget much better.

As it stands, I am limited to sending 400 emails per email address each day which becomes a real bottleneck when I am building out a large cold outreach campaign. For big-volume efforts this throttle can slow my progress and force me to stagger sends over multiple days. I'd love to see that limit raised in the future so I can run larger campaigns more efficiently without having to juggle accounts or timing.
