“Data beta reveals hidden leads”
Pros
I have had a lot of fun digging into Reply's data beta it has helped me spot relevant leads tucked away inside a pretty extensive database.
Cons
For what it's worth, I find it excellent for cross-channel prospecting but in my experience the CMS side could use some beefing up to truly function as a complete end-to-end sales engine.

Reply is an excellent service and is very easy to use plus is packed with an impressive suite of resources that make reaching out to candidates genuinely convenient.
Cons
Although I have noticed a few technical limitations, I haven't found them to impede or disrupt our overall process or workflow.

The follow-up sequences work really well. I also appreciate seeing the opened metrics because they help me figure out which emails get better response rates.
Cons
On the downside, the backend management can be a bit sluggish. Frequently I need to upload a CSV for a group several times before it actually completes the upload.

I really enjoy how effortless it is to set up sequences and keep tabs on contacts and I also value the integration with Pipedrive plus various other tools.
Cons
A drawback for me is that certain capabilities, such as custom status tagging, aren't available yet. still, I appreciate that the team listens and appears committed to improving the software based on user feedback.

As with other email marketing tools, we segmented lists based on early replies and then placed contacts into the appropriate sequences. I am confident colleagues will pick up the platform quickly.

I attempted to scan pages for email addresses several times but kept getting little or no results, so I ended up bringing in a separate email-finding tool to fill the gap. It would also help if inbox alerts were more noticeable, since messages sometimes went unanswered longer than they should because notifications were easy to miss.
