Pros
In my experience, Reply offers a powerful set of sales enablement features and I have had access to excellent learning materials plus a supportive team that helped me get the most out of the platform.
Cons
I have noticed the UI can feel a bit unfinished in places. for example, sending an email from within it isn't very easy. I also want finer-grained controls for sequences and triggers. having support for boolean logic and split bifurcated workflow paths would make automation far more flexible for my use cases.

I no longer have to worry about who is already replied as those contacts are automatically removed from the campaign. The chat feature is always just a click away when I need help. The interface is clean, the analytics are simple to understand and there are plenty of useful features.
