highly recommended!

Pros

Honestly it's incredibly easy and user-friendly. Also I can automate almost everything. I have already sent over 1,000 emails and the warm-up process keeps things safe. Their customer support is amazing and very quick to respond. I would absolutely recommend it, 100%.

Cons

There isn't much I dislike about the software. in my experience they've really simplified the whole workflow, so it's genuinely easy to use.

i like its safety settings

Pros

One thing I appreciate is the safety settings and send delays that throttle deliveries. There's an integrated warm up for new accounts, analytics at email, sequence and account levels, a custom tracking domain option, HubSpot sync and overall exceptionally responsive support team.

Cons

I don't have major complaints about Reply.io. There are things I'd like added but they're tied to my particular workflow and Reply.io's support team has welcomed my suggestions, treated them seriously and has been attentive to the feedback I have shared so far.

Prospecting runs automatically in background

Pros

the way prospecting runs automatically in the background is a huge time-saver and incredibly handy. It does an excellent job uncovering potential leads and seamlessly pushes them into my outreach sequences. Our CRM integrates effortlessly with it and whenever I have needed assistance the support team responded super fast and was genuinely helpful every time.

Cons

I have found the cost can be quite high if you're a small business just getting off the ground. Native integrations are somewhat limited, so I had to rely on tools like Zapier to link it up with other apps properly. Also, there isn't a full CRM built into the platform which means I need to keep using an external CRM solution.

New sdr or experienced, both welcome

Pros

This platform is simple and user friendly whether I am a new SDR just getting started or an experienced user. The support I have gotten has also been consistently quick and helpful.

Cons

a few of the features could use a cleaner UI, though it's nothing major.

Automates workflows with accuracy

Pros

It really makes my day-to-day routine so much easier by effortlessly automating my email workflows with flawless accuracy!

Cons

I'd love the ability to have a contact be assigned to multiple campaigns at once so I don't have to duplicate records.

Top platform, ui/ux outstanding

Pros

I am convinced Reply.io is the top outbound and outreach platform available today, no debate. The UI/UX is outstanding and the level of customization is huge. Finally I see a product built on strong foundations for email deliverability and multichannel automation, including LinkedIn. Big congrats to the team.

Cons

For me the Chrome extension could use work. It doesn't feel stable enough, especially when I am using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and that needs attention. The product overall is the best but could use a bit more polish. Also adding more custom variables via liquid syntax would make outreach much more personal such as things like mutual connection, time of day morning, afternoon, night or tenure in current role.

Couple clicks needed launch sequences

Pros

The best thing about this tool is how easy it is to use. I can put together lists quickly, then launch sequences against them without any hassle as everything takes only a couple of clicks to get running.

Cons

I do encounter the odd bug now and then but the engineering team responds pretty quickly and usually has them resolved in short order.

Delivers promises!

Pros

The software does exactly what it promises and includes the best tools for building sequences and organizing contacts. The support team is also incredibly quick to respond and very helpful whenever something isn't functioning correctly.

Cons

One area I'd like improved is deeper tracking for instance, the ability to track clicks on individual links. Right now I can only tell that someone clicked a link but I cannot see which specific one when I include multiple in the same message.

love the simple interface

Pros

Having tried several email automation platforms, I'd say Reply delivers the strongest data insights, helpful support and an overall interface that's genuinely simple and pleasant to use!

Cons

Honestly I cannot really find faults with it overall but one recurring issue I notice is that the app occasionally becomes a bit laggy which can be frustrating.

a/b testing flexibility is my fav

Pros

One thing I really appreciated how Reply ties into Hubspot and the extra flexibility to dispatch steps either as replies to the earlier email, completely standalone messages or BOTH. It also simplifies A/B testing, letting me effectively wring out every ounce of overall performance from a campaign.

Cons

Although the integration makes it easy to track and keep Hubspot our CRM up to date, Reply still functions as a separate platform, so I have to be meticulous about mapping and syncing the right HS fields to ensure both systems register responses correctly. That said, Reply provides email features Hubspot lacks, like the flexibility to choose between sending messages as replies or as completely separate emails and I need to monitor updates to avoid mismatches.

I really value the sequences and the automatic personalized photos placed directly inside the email body
