Simple to use tool

Pros

Honestly what I love most is how easy it is to use, especially when I am building and managing my outreach sequences. The email search feature is a standout for me because it lets me pull up contacts using filtered data which saves so much time. I also appreciate their built-in AI assistant that evaluates the likelihood an email will be opened based on length, word choice and phrases and offers practical suggestions. Their customer support has been excellent too. they're responsive and available whenever I run into an issue. I highly recommend Reply.io to any company aiming to scale their outreach and stay organized.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any drawbacks or things I dislike about Reply.io right now.

Pros

Pros

For me Reply offers a really pleasant UI/UX and great automation with plenty of room for deep customization. I find it integrates well with many CRMs. Its Chrome extension can be very handy for finding emails on LinkedIn when it actually works and I also value the tutorials and fast, helpful support team.

Cons

I cannot use my Templates folder structure when I am building a new sequence Reply just shows every template merged into a single list, so I end up scrolling forever to find the specific one I want. It's frustrating because I spent a lot of time organizing templates into folders and then when it's time to use them that organization disappears. The Chrome extension is another pain point. it's sluggish, sometimes refuses to open at all and I often have to reinstall it to get it working again. There's also no way to stop an ongoing search at least I haven't found any control for that. That becomes really awkward on a company's LinkedIn page with hundreds of prospects when I only need a couple. While I am saving the ones I want, Reply keeps adding many others I didn't mean to capture, so I have to go back into Reply and clean things up manually which defeats the purpose of saving time.
