Automates follow-ups, tracks every metric

Pros

Being in a sales role where I send lots of cold outreach, Reply has become the single most important tool I rely on. Often I won't hear back until the second or third follow-up and Reply automates all of that for me while also keeping tabs on crucial metrics like view counts and reply rates. Because of that I can easily A/B test different email styles and monitor how each campaign performs. Honestly Reply makes managing cold email campaigns so effortless.

Cons

The only real thing I wish it had is a built-in spellchecker for outreach messages. I normally double-check for typos by pasting my drafts into another editor before sending which is an extra step I'd rather not have to take.

Best ROI, integrates Salesforce smoothly

Pros

Reply.io definitely ticks all the boxes for me. Over the years I have tried numerous sales automation platforms and I can say without bias that this tool delivers the best return on investment. In earlier projects I leaned heavily on Lemlist it's a fine product but it doesn't feel as mature or as feature-packed as Reply.io. What I really enjoy about Reply.io is how smoothly it integrates with Salesforce, the ability to see when recipients open emails !!! and the options to use triggers and AI to drive my campaigns.

Cons

I'd love for link tracking to be added preferably with the ability to track multiple links. That said, I am not trying to complain. having that feature would make it much easier for me to map and understand our customers journey.

I have noticed they're always rolling out fresh tools and new integrations and they help me improve how I reach out to leads using email and LinkedIn.

Cons

In my view, the link tracking and the accuracy of reporting could be improved. it's really my only complaint and getting that right would be the cherry on top.

Shelly offer the best support

Pros

It is an excellent tool for creating email drip campaigns, managing follow-ups and attracting more customers. Also it is easy to use and tracks open rates, replies, interest and other helpful metrics. When I needed extra help, their chat agent Shelly was the best support person I have ever worked with as she is extremely helpful, encouraging and genuinely kind. Reply should definitely keep her on for life.

Cons

In my view the GUI could use some modernization. It feels somewhat dated and resembles a character-based interface.

Pros

This service is excellent for automatically reaching out to clients and handling follow-ups on my behalf.

Cons

My only complaint is that outreach is restricted to LinkedIn and the available functionality there feels quite limited.
