“Plugs into zapier smoothly
Pros
Reply.io is one of the rare email sequencing tools that plugs into Zapier smoothly. It also connects nicely with the other systems we use. The Chrome extension is fantastic it helps me uncover new LinkedIn contacts which totally transformed how I prospect.
Cons
As an admin, I find managing the platform a bit confusing. To change another user's settings I have to sign into their account. While the base plan is affordable, I knew I'd pay extra for add-ons like automated SMS, LinkedIn automation or calling and since those premium extras are billed per user across our team, they can quickly become quite pricey.

“checks all boxes
Pros
We were looking for a reliable cold-emailing tool to replace Yesware and tried demos from several vendors like Mailshake and Outreach. After testing multiple options, Reply.io checked all the important boxes for us as a reliable email warm-up, strong address validation, a team-friendly interface and quick, helpful customer support.
Cons
I cannot really think of any downsides. Of course there are small tweaks that could be made here and there but what impresses me is that Reply actually listens to our input and implements the improvements we recommend.

“Filters and rules are good
Pros
I appreciate the variety of filters and logical rules Reply provides so I can operate it with minimal touchpoints. I picked Reply because its automation capabilities make it among the simplest tools to work with for my workflow effectively.
Cons
I find the user interface needs improvement. Sometimes bolding doesn't show in messages and outreach sequences get lost because the webpage breaks auto-saving.

“Automates linkedin messages and likes
Pros
For my primary use, I rely on it to automate messages, likes and connection requests on LinkedIn. It performs really well and setting up different workflows is easy and quick which I appreciate.
Cons
There are still some improvements to be made, particularly around tailoring the interface and settings so they better fit my specific workflow and preferences. That said, I still find it gets the core job done and delivers the functionality I need.

“Multi-channel power, pricey choice
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the ability to build multi-channel campaigns that I can configure as reaching someone through email, LinkedIn and phone within a single sequence. I also find the platform easy to set up and very user-friendly in daily use.
Cons
I do think it's on the expensive side compared with other tools that can handle the same kinds of tasks.

“Affordable tool
Pros
The interface is user friendly but packed with useful tools. Compared with other programs I use for my company, it is also more affordably priced. Plus the help center answers most of my questions really well and whenever I need extra assistance the live chat and the support team jump in quickly as they consistently respond fast and sort out whatever problem I am facing each time.
Cons
Occasionally the app acts glitchy for example, I experience problems when scrolling through my sequence list. I suspect these hiccups might be caused by the fact I am running an outdated web browser, so it's not always clear whether the fault is Reply's or my own setup.

“Everything in one single spot
Pros
For me, it puts everything I need in a single spot which really makes managing tasks and daily work so much easier.
Cons
I got frustrated when they pulled the warmup feature and spun it off into a separate product, because it broke my workflow and ended up making things more expensive.
