“Everything in one single spot
Pros
For me, it puts everything I need in a single spot which really makes managing tasks and daily work so much easier.
Cons
I got frustrated when they pulled the warmup feature and spun it off into a separate product, because it broke my workflow and ended up making things more expensive.

“Affordable tool
Pros
The interface is user friendly but packed with useful tools. Compared with other programs I use for my company, it is also more affordably priced. Plus the help center answers most of my questions really well and whenever I need extra assistance the live chat and the support team jump in quickly as they consistently respond fast and sort out whatever problem I am facing each time.
Cons
Occasionally the app acts glitchy for example, I experience problems when scrolling through my sequence list. I suspect these hiccups might be caused by the fact I am running an outdated web browser, so it's not always clear whether the fault is Reply's or my own setup.

“Syncs Pipedrive and best support
Pros
The interface is really user-friendly and it syncs both ways with Pipedrive directly. It gives me all the features I need plus the best support.
Cons
Occasionally I have run into sudden pauses mid-campaign that disrupt the flow and are frustrating to deal with.

In my experience, I found Reply easy to pick up for launching a basic campaign. Once I tried to go deeper, the step-by-step guides and customer support removed most of the friction. Being able to create reusable email templates means I can spin up multiple campaigns without fuss. And the tracking and reporting tools clearly show which campaigns perform best.
Cons
I have really liked using Reply and the small glitches I ran into were handled by support pretty quickly. The library of how-to articles and videos could still use more content to be truly comprehensive.

I am a fan of the email sequences and the template analytics across the various templates. Their simplicity is fantastic. anyone can quickly create templates and sequences to boost their B2B sales.
Cons
I'd like improved statistics and a single dashboard that lets me manage all my campaigns at once, so it's easy to see which stage every sequence is currently in. It would also be great if the tool could clearly tell the difference between a bounced or rejected email and one that's been accepted by the recipient.

Pros
Honestly I found the interface incredibly easy to use and liked how it fetched results so reliably. I could also sort the reports into different ranges without hassle. From my view, its outreach capabilities are impressive and it really boosts my productivity.
Cons
I do notice it runs a bit slowly and sometimes fails to locate all the contacts I need. It could also do with better email integration, since the sync kicks in immediately at startup and causes issues for me.
