“Personalize every message
Pros
Reply.io is a fantastic solution for automating outreach. It's simple to pick up and the support team is always on hand whenever I have questions. The layout is clean and user friendly and the range of tools makes it really easy to track, manage and tailor my outreach campaigns. I especially appreciate that Reply.io lets me personalize every single message which helps me get noticed compared to other outreach. I would definitely recommend it for anyone handling outreach automation.
Cons
One area I wish they'd improve is the Chrome extension it can be a bit sluggish and sometimes fails to locate all the contacts I need. I don't think these are dealbreakers because they seem fixable. The reassuring part for me is that the team is committed and always willing to help when issues pop up.

“Logs into Salesforce automatically

I am really happy to finally be able to automate personalised email sequences at scale it has made a huge difference. What's ideal is that every message can also be logged into Salesforce, something many competitors still don't offer.
Cons
I haven't run into any major issues so far. Every now and then the templates fail to refresh inside particular sequences, though that hasn't caused any real trouble. It still saves me hours every week.

Out of all the platforms we've tried, Reply.io has been the standout for me. I am seeing a steady stream of responses and whenever I run into problems their support gets back to me quickly with thorough, actionable guidance. For me, setting up sequences is pretty easy and because I can keep track of everything, the tool feels highly effective in managing outreach.
Cons
I wish I were able to add more than twenty-five contacts at once from the DATA tool. that capability would be fantastic and would really streamline my process.
