proven the best for me

Pros

Using this platform is incredibly simple which is a huge plus for me. It seems user friendly and everything falls into place. Beyond that, I can run unlimited split tests on any email within a sequence and set up triggers that send prospects to alternate email sequences depending on how they behave which I find really impressive. Overall it has become the software I rely on most for my business.

Cons

However, the LinkedIn Chrome extension the email-finder still needs improvement and when I used it it actually risked getting my account flagged on LinkedIn which was worrying.

there is no learning curve

Pros

Setting the app up and getting started was easy and I was able to use it without a steep learning curve. Whenever I have noticed any problems, their support staff have been incredibly patient and helpful.

Cons

To be honest, I haven't come across any drawbacks.

Chrome extension helps

Pros

What I really like is the clean, simple UI, plus the flexible scheduling features and the excellent Chrome extension that helps me finish manual tasks and reach out to new leads on LinkedIn. Setting up sequences and email templates is easy and works really well too.

Cons

I feel the HubSpot integration still isn't perfect right now. It's improved over the last couple of years and if you know the tricks and spend time working around some rough edges it can function pretty well. Still, it doesn't match the polish of true native integrations, although you don't necessarily need extra tools to get it to work it just takes patience and effort.

Cut prospecting time by seventy percent

Pros

Our team relies heavily on outbound sales and using Reply has reduced the time we spend prospecting and reaching out by roughly seventy percent. the LinkedIn extension is a huge help!

Cons

I have noticed that because they're expanding, occasional minor issues pop up like a button not responding or the browser extension acting up but after I report a problem, their team typically resolves it within one to two days.
