“Built-in safeguards, personalized hubspot help
Pros
One thing I value most is how easy it is to build sequences, set up automations and connect everything to HubSpot. And A/B testing is also simple to run. Customer support has been outstanding too. Even though we are a small account by typical SaaS standards, they treated us like a much bigger client. We got hands-on, personalized help with setup, not just instructions on a website. I also appreciate the built-in safeguards that help keep our domains from being marked as spam.
Cons
We've noticed there are more extra fees than I'd prefer which is a bit annoying. To enable calling features on our account we have to keep a minimum balance in the platform wallet and that requirement feels unnecessary. It's a minor gripe overall and I expect it will become irrelevant once we're fully operational and established.

“provide self-learning resources
Pros
Having tested a number of cheaper outbound tools, we were genuinely excited when we found it. It has a great interface while packing plenty of helpful capabilities. I also appreciated the excellent self-learning resources and whenever we reached out for support the team responded promptly and helpfully.
Cons
Right now the LinkedIn integration feels pretty glitchy. Because of those issues, I have reverted to using a separate LinkedIn-focused tool until it's more reliable, so that part of my workflow isn't depending on Reply at the moment.

“love the dashboards
Pros
I am a big fan of the interface it's clean and the dashboards make it easy for me to keep an eye on all my metrics. Customer support is also excellent. they respond quickly and on average I get a reply in about four minutes!
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that the automated texting could use some improvements it's connected through a third-party provider Twilio which means I cannot track those messaging metrics directly on the dashboard.

Pros
As a small team, we rely on Reply to help us compete beyond our size when it comes to outreach. It's freed up so many hours each week that we've been able to refine our hiring forecasts and planning.
Cons
In our experience, the LinkedIn email finder is useful but doesn't always locate or provide accurate addresses. It also sometimes mislabels replies as interested or not, so we end up monitoring and fixing those manually.

What I appreciate most is how easy it is to use and I can get a campaign launched in minutes.
Cons
I'd like it to allow a higher daily sending limit 200 emails per address feels too restrictive for my needs.

Out of all the tools I have tried for cold outreach, Reply has been the most effective. The interface is clear and simple to use and I really appreciate the LinkedIn integration along with the thorough campaign tracking. On top of that, the browser extension with email search is incredibly helpful, a genuine lifesaver.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any real downsides. Whenever we've encountered a problem, their support team has been fast to respond, providing clear information and hands-on help so we can resolve issues as quickly as possible without much fuss.

Using this platform is incredibly simple which is a huge plus for me. It seems user friendly and everything falls into place. Beyond that, I can run unlimited split tests on any email within a sequence and set up triggers that send prospects to alternate email sequences depending on how they behave which I find really impressive. Overall it has become the software I rely on most for my business.
Cons
However, the LinkedIn Chrome extension the email-finder still needs improvement and when I used it it actually risked getting my account flagged on LinkedIn which was worrying.

Setting the app up and getting started was easy and I was able to use it without a steep learning curve. Whenever I have noticed any problems, their support staff have been incredibly patient and helpful.
