Email tracking shows open rates

Pros

I really like the email sequences I can see who opened a message, how many times they did and other tracking details.

Cons

I have found the AI assistant isn't ready yet and doesn't produce the strongest content so I still end up editing or rewriting its suggestions.

Pros

For starters I find the platform very user friendly and it functions smoothly right away. on top of that, I have been impressed by the rapid response times and high quality of their customer support.

Cons

Honestly there's not much I can complain about after four years I haven't encountered any major problems. however, the current LinkedIn outreach automation feature feels like it could use some improvements.

Honestly I find the inbox management a little buggy. I'd prefer it to be more streamlined so I can handle emails directly there something a bit closer to Front CRM would be ideal.

Pros

Reply.io is really easy to access and it can automate my email campaigns, plugs into my CRM and gives me user dashboards and useful insights.

Cons

I feel the a la carte setup of Reply.io makes it pricey once you start adding features. it reminds me of Spirit Airlines. At first glance the entry price is low but as I add what I actually need the total cost climbs to match other options. In my experience, that model ends up feeling like nickel-and-diming. On top of that, I find the AI features bundled with Reply.io and similar tools like Apollo to be underwhelming.
